Excellent accueil, franc et chaleureux. Chambre spacieuse, avec tout le confort à l'américaine (frigo, micro-ondes, bouilloire, café, thé...). Le tout en plein coeur de Banff (5 min à pieds de la gare Greyhound). Possibilité d'utiliser la piscine, hammam et jacuzzi de l'hôtel voisin. Bref une bonne adresse, le tout pas franchement hors de prix vu la destination (Banff c'est un peu le Courchevel canadien).

Chambre très confortable et propre (préférer une chambre ne donnant pas sur l'avenue principale). Personnel très sympathique dont certains parlent le français. Le restaurant (petits déjeuner, déjeuner et diner) sur place est très bon. L'hôtel situé sur l'avenue principale (passagère) est un peu éloigné du centre. Il faut compter 10 à 15 minutes de marche pour se rendre dans le centre mais l'hôtel offre gratuitement des pass pour le bus (arrêt juste à côté). Le parking est également gratuit.

Sur les hauteurs de Banff, un peu à l'écart du centre ville, l'hôtel propose des chalets bien équipés. La vue aux alentours est belle mais certains appartements situés en rez de chaussée sont un peu sombres. L'absence de restauration à l'hôtel même est un handicap. La piscine et le spa extérieurs sont un plus.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.

L'hôtel est très propre et les lits sont confortables. Télé et internet sont fournis. Il est préférable de demander une chambre du côté opposé à la voie ferrée: il est passé au moins 9 trains de marchandise; mon mari les a comptés... Pour ma part, j'ai dormi. Séjour de 4 nuits, deux semaines avant Noël 2011. L'hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel est chaleureux et efficace. "Exceeded expectations, again"
This was our third trip to Canmore staying at the Ramada Inn. For the price, this is a GREAT hotel. We requested, with Hotels.com, a room on the top floor with a view and we got it. The room was a fair size, very clean and the beds comfortable. The room had a fridge and microwave, which are nice to have. There was a slight chemical smell to the room, […] which was quickly taken care of by the staff. We received a courtesy call from the front desk after a few minutes of being in our room making sure everything was satisfactory. It was then that I mentioned the smell, most likely furniture polish or something, and within minutes we had someone knocking with a room sanitizer. It worked great, too. We had a great time at the pool and waterslide with our three children (hard to find a hotel that allows five to a room, without charging more). The breakfast well basic, was good. How can anyone complain about complimentary breakfast, anyway? The staff are very friendly and helpful. We love Canmore and Banff, enjoyed some wonderful hikes, and walks around both towns. "Excellent place for a weekend getaway"
Wonderful hotel. Our room was quite large with a view of the Three Sisters mountain range. While we faced the train tracks, the sound didn't bother us at all--even with the window open. "Weekend Trip to Canmore"
This was our first stay at the Ramada Canmore. We stayed in a 2-queen bedroom on the road side (quieter than the rail side) on the 3rd (top) floor. We really enjoyed the pool & waterslide & 3-story high winding spinny waterslide! The hot tub was nice too with powerful jets. The view of the mountains from the pool was really nice too. The ice machine […] on our floor wasn't working, but it did have a sign letting us know to use a machine on another floor. The room was very simple, but clean and had a nice view of the mountains. The TV was a little on the small side, and it would have been nice to have the option of ordering movies on the TV. The bedding was very cozy, but I found the mattress a little too firm for my liking. The complimentary continental breakfast the next day was fabulous! With different brews of coffee, varied juices (apple, cranberry, orange, grapefruit), hot scrambled eggs, hot sausage links, assortment of pancakes, waffles, assorted breads and bagels you could toast, assorted muffins, danishes, mixed cereals, butter, cream cheese, oranges, etc - what a great selection of all-you-can eat delicious complimentary food! "Great hotel for weekend getaway"

"Trains are Loud and Often"
The hotel is nice, the water slide was fun and the breakfast was a great bonus, but the Hotel backs onto the Railway. Friday night to Saturday morning there were between 8 and 12 trains, and the whole room shock each time and woke us all up. The other nights, there were only 2 or 3 trains a night. We stayed with another couple. Our room was clean and well maintained. Their room had dirty bedding and they asked to be moved to another room. Overall the stay was good but probably wouldn't be our first choice when staying in Canmore again.Avis véridique Expedia

Good for a skiing weekend. Nice staff and a good breakfast. Our room was uncomfortably hot and we all had a hard time falling asleep, which was unusual in February. We did appreciate the corner shower, nothing worse than shower curtain clinging to your legs.Avis véridique Expedia

"Favourite stop-over hotel"
We've used the Canmore Inns & Suite a number of times when we are travelling in Canada. Its about 1.5 hrs from Calgary airport which is ideal after a trans-atlantic flight. Some of the rooms are starting to look a litlle tired but are clean and everthing works. The staff are friendly and helpful. "Ramanda Inn great for small families"
Third floor, near elevator close to breakfast buffet. Lots of little kids. Ask for quiet room if you don't like the pitter patter of little feet burning around. Room 370 is a nice king size bed with a couch, good room if you want to keep be close to the action. We will remember to ask for quiet one next time. Firstly the jetted tub is a very good way to relax at the beginning or end of your day. Our bath salts are sourced locally by a company in Canmore, Rocky Mountain Soap Company. The towels in the room that you occupied are standard, and if you did need more, please call down to our 24 hour front desk and they would be happy to accommodate your request. The location of the hotel is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. We are glad you had the opportunity to take advantage of that. We did have a few hockey teams in house during your stay with us. We do try to keep the teams together by opening up our Ball Room and provide several games for the hockey teams so that they are all in one room. We do advise both the parents and team members upon check in that quiet time is at 10:00, and they must adhere to this curfew. Our Hot continental breakfast buffet is located on the main floor of our west wing, so it was very convenient for you to enjoy breakfast. "Good family stay on a budget"
For the price, this is a nice family hotel. We like it because you can go right out the back to walk on the trail systems and get to downtown. The kids like the waterside. Hot tub is a little small. I'd recommend the second floor, as the first floor seemed louder. Plus we were close to the pool and you could hear the screaming of children on the slide […] and people constantly up and down the hall. Good breakfast buffet included. Overall, I'd say it is a good family place to stay if you are minding your budget. And if you pay a little exta you get a roadside room instead of railway. We always choose railway. Beds at this hotel need to be upgraded-this had a negative impact on our stay! Chlorine levels in the pool were extremely high. Kids were coughing! We only used the pool once as a result.
