Accueil très courtois, personnel tres serviable. Emplacement, tarifs et prestations interessants, navette OPRYLAND 5 mn, airport 12 mn, dowtown 15 mn. Piscine et fitness-center agréables pour la détente. Rapport qualité prix excellent, nous y retournerons. et nous conseillons de prendre une suite car très pratique avec sa kitchenette. Petits défaut le grand lit est un peu dur et la clim bruyante (signalé).

Les murs ont besoin d'un rafraichissement mais dans l'ensemble, il n'y a pas de problème d'hygiène. Sinon le petit déjeuné est excellent.

"More urgency"
The young lady on the front desk has ZERO sense of urgency when checking people in. I have stayed here twice and usually when I get to the hotel I'm BEAT. Both times I've been in line behind up to 4 other guests checking in and her personal chit chat more than doubles the time that should be required to check someone it. Small talk is fine if there […] is no line. My advice? Tell her to develop a sense of urgency, politely, when people are waiting. Lisez la suite

"Hamton Inn, Nashville"
The staff at the hotel were so wonderful. But the room we booked thru Hotel.com was not what we paid for. We booked a room for 5 people and we got a room for 4 NO fold out couch as we were told. The staff at the hotel explained that they dont even have the room available that we were expecting. I will in the future book with the hotel not a third party. […] We were very cramped in a very small room and 1 person had to sleep on the floor. As the hotel had no roll aways available. As I said the staff was wonderful sending extra bedding and pillows to make a make shift bed for the 5th person traveling they were as helpful as they could be considering they did not even have the room we were promised. Thank You to the staff. Shame on you hotels.com for giving the wrong infomation to travelers. Lisez la suite
"Hampton Hotel in Nashville I-24"
I was very disappointed with my stay. I'm a big fan of Hampton hotels but this hotel was below the standard of what I have experienced in other Hamptons. The room was extremely small. The rugs and furniture were stained. The bathtub had mold and mildew around it. Overall, it seemed that the hotel was not well maintained. Very nice room. Bed was as comfortable as mine at home, with soft linens and blanket. Shower was great for a tall person. The breakfast area is small, but the quality and variety of food more than made up for that! Worth the stay!

Someone needing a place for quick stay, you wouldn't go wrong. Wouldn't want to spend much time there because of the location and eating facitilities
I was nervous to stay around the Antioch area, but after researching I felt like I would be safe in a Hampton Inn. First it was difficult to find off of GPS. After finding it the front desk allowed me to have an early check in. She was very helpful and kind. They did above and beyond to help me the week I was there. I even had a UPS package that I […] needed to get out and the front desk lady offered and brought it to a UPS drop off for me. They have a cold breakfast (but a nice breakfast). The room had a fridge and micro. The parking was always available in the front and never did I feel unsafe. It is by the Hickory Hollow Shopping center and Right by the HWY 24 ramp. Lisez la suite

Our stay was okay i would have liked to know that we only a a shower and no bathtub, the shower door was very loose and dangerous to open and close, the staff was friendly but getting to the hotel from the interstate was somewhat confusing but overall it was just okay

"Great Room"
The room was very clean. The beds at Hampton Inn are so comfortable, maybe the best hotel beds any where.
"Enjoyable Stay"
The staff here was very accommodating. We needed to extend our stay a couple of times and they were always able to help us to stay in the same room. The help staff was very friendly as well. The furniture in the room was modern and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
