L'hotel est relativement calme bien que placé entre l'autoroute et une route à circulation importante. L'exxtérieur de l'hôtel mériterait d'^tre rénové et mieux entretenu mais les chambres sont grandes, confortables et propres.bon accueil

This was a very nice stay and convenient. The breakfast was great. I read a review that the breakfast was not worth it...wrong-o. We left not wanting anything. It was very very crowded that night and still it was great. The bed was just a bit harder than other Hampton Inns that I have stayed at. But the room was very large and clean. "Hampton Inn & Suites Flagstaff West"
Very nice hotel. Stayed with two other families. There were 16 of us in total. We rented 6 rooms. Everyone loved the hotel. Loved the breakfast. Kids loved the pool. All empolyees were very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.
"Hampton Inn is always a great value"
In general, Hampton Inn always meets our expectations. Clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Down bedding doesn't hurt either! The lobby area of this hotel is so warm and inviting with a fireplace and comfortable seating. The computer/reading area on the 3rd floor was very relaxing and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is ample and tasty, […] good coffee too. All in all, Hampton Inn is a good choice in my book and this particular hotel is no exception. Great value for the price. Our stay was for one night and all went well. Clean room, very nice complimentary breakfast (not mentioned on the website), helpful professional staff, and just a few minutes from the airport by taxi.

As part of a family trip during spring break to see the Grand Canyon we decided to stay in Flagstaff. This was my first stay at a Hampton Inn and I was surprised and impressed with everything during our stay. The hotel is in a great location with a great number of restaurants and shopping in walking distance from the hotel. The Grand Canyon was also […] a short 1.5 hour drive with a nice scenic route. The hotel was up to date with a nice indoor pool and spa. Their breakfast was really good and was part of the room cost. A good veriety to choose from for a continental breakfast ... Wafels, eggs, fruit salad, Danishes, veriety of breakfast drinks, etc ... I would recommend this hotel if staying in Flagstaff and look forward to trying Hampton Inns in other cities. Lisez la suite

"Great Hotel...Horrible View."
My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times, and this was our worst stay. The hotel is great. The service is excellent and we really have nothing bad to say other than the fact that we had a room in the basement and the small window looked out to an area about 3' x 5'. "Liked the amenities, but no airport shuttle"
Had all the services I needed for days between trips to Grand Canyon: pool, laundry, free computer use with internet access, sauna, and a nice breakfast included. Staff was friendly and accommodating. One drawback was lack of shuttle service to airport.
Good room, great breakfast, but missing those super comfortable beds that Hampton is known for. Beds were adequate though - just not the cushy softness we love about Hampton.

Wonderful place to stay. Convenient, plenty of parking since I always come through with a truck and horse trailer. Great breakfast. You can't go wrong.

"Stay here as last resort"
On a recent stay to Flagstaff stayed at the Hampton Inn as it was the last room in the city. We had the top in a room where the curtains didn't close all the way (hello sunrise at 517 AM) and as it was a corner room we were less than 20 feet from the freeway (love those motorcycles late at night). The air conditioner cover was broken and the hallway […] noise was loud. Who gets ice at 417 AM? Would not recommend and certainly not at the price we paid. Lisez la suite
"too expensive"
It was good but we have stayed in hotels just as nice for half the price.
The only thing is my room did not have a refrigerator and micro wave
When I booked this hotel it advertised that every room had a fridge and microwave in it, when I go there the rooms we got didnt have either one. I have babies who need warm milk at all hours of the night and it would have really helped it I could have known in advance to prepare for this situation. The beds are not to comfy but passable.

Wasn't that impressed with this hotel. I ended up staying a second night in Flagstaff at the Hilton Garden Inn which is nearby and was about the same price and much nicer.
"Comfortable stay for travelers"
My experience at Hampton Inn so far has been positve. The only suggestion I would have is to have tea in the room as there are some tea drinkers out there who need that cup of tea(black) first thing in the morning.
This was the worst stay I have experienced in a hotel! You walk into construction..fine I understand improvement but after hiking around the Grand Canyon to come back to 2 + hours of drilling..headache city! The topper was the 2 hours of emptying of the ice machine after the drilling! I finally went down to ask the front desk night staff when it was […] going to end and the blonde woman could only give attitude and state "well they have to empty the ice machine.."! So the ice machine for some reason has to be emptied of ice..perhaps this could have been done during the drilling??? In the morning, James at the front desk was very understanding but sadly when the bad taste is there it is difficult to wash out no matter how much mouthwash you use!! So at least the room was clean and breakfast was ok however if you stay I would request a room away from the ice machines!! Lisez la suite
"Yearly sledding trip"
My family go up to Flagstaff every winter to go sledding. We have stayed at this Hampton in for the last 8 years and have always had great service.

"Too Close to Highway"
This hotels is very comfortable with very nice features at a fairly high price for the area. It is located very close to the interchange of I17 and I40. My wife is a light sleeper and the constant noise, air breaks, and honking from the two highways left her exhausted the next morning.
