Calme et tranquil, idéal pour se préparer quelques repas(cuisine équipée), lave linge et sèche linge. Dommage que le wifi ne soit pas accessible de la chambre.

hotel parfaitement adapté à un séjour en famille, accueil personnalisé, appartement immense (ménage fait tous les jours) avec une cuisine équipée où tout est fourni (poudre machine à laver et lave vaisselle, liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchons, sopalin... il y a aussi un sèche linge. Une grande table à manger, un canapé convertible, une terrasse pour y manger à 4. Un grande chambre avec un lit immense, télé, accès terrasse et jacuzzi.. Une salle de bain spacieuse (gel douche et autre fournis). Il y a 3 piscines dans le complexe (serviettes fournies, avec cascades, 3 ou 4 jacuzzi à 40°, table de ping pong, billard (tout est prété), des chaises longues à perte de vue, un ponton qui donne sur un lac avec crocodile et tortues. L'accès au tennis est gratuit et ils pretent les raquettes et les balles. Le restaurant est très bon, le bar est accessible, et les parcs Disney sont à 5 minutes. A recommander pour des vacances relaxantes!

Tres bonne impression générale. Chambres spacieuses et tres propres. Entretien sans reproches du resort en général. Piscine exterieure chauffée des plus agréables. Personnel à l'accueil irréprochable . Un tout petit bémol quant au choix des plats préparés proposés.La carte mériterait d'être un peu étoffée avec quelques plats en plus dédiés aux clients d'outre atlantique. L' hotel est situé à mi chemin de Dysney et Universal, à proximité d'autres attractions de premier rang. Sans oublier un supermarché à 5minutes et un excellent Premium Outlet à 15minutes de marche.Nous retournerons donc sans aucune hésitation dans ce même hotel lors de notre prochain voyage

Incroyable confort : chaque combo est composé de 4 chambres, une grande cuisine, un grand salon, 3 salles de bains, 4 wc. Beaucoup plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Piscine, jaccuzzi, l'endroit est très calme et pourtant très proche des parcs (Disney et Sea World notamment) Je recommande fortement cet hôtel (attention cependant : pas de ménage inclus dans le prix et le check-in se fait dans un hôtel voisin, pas si simple que ça à dénicher)

Dans le quartier de Région Centre-ville Disney-Lake Buena Vista à Orlando, cet hôtel qui porte le nom de Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista est très pratique pour les voyageurs d'affaires et se trouve tout près de Orlando Premium Outlets Vineland Ave, Mary, Queen of the Universe Shrine et Lac Bryan. Centre des Congrès Orange County et SeaWorld Orlando se trouvent également à proximité.
Caractéristiques de l'établissement

J'ai réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants. La chambre est assez petite, le petit déjeuner correct sans plus car trop de monde. Le personnel aimable. Malgré tout, pour y dormir le soir après les parcs d'attractions, il convient parfaitement car proche de tous les parcs.

Hotel trés bien situé (5 minutes des outlet et disney). Chambre spacieuse. Petit dejeuner parfait. L'hotel est trés bien tenu et calme. A reserver sans hésitation.
"Universal ORLANDO"
Nous avons passé 2 nuit dans cet hôtel en bénéficiant d'offres spéciales très intéressantes. Etablissement de qualité avec chambres confortables et bien insonorisées, petit déjeuner copieux, salle de fitness, piscine avec jacuzzi et à peine à 15 min d'Universal Studios. L'hôtel était "full" lors de notre séjour, cela veut tout dire...

Idéalement situé près des parcs de Disney ou de Universal ou Seaword et des fameux Outlet Premiun d'Orlando. Voiture tout de même indispensable mais comme partout en floride. Parking gratuit. Hôtel très propre, au calme avec petit dej inclus très correct.... Tout est bon rien à redire
"Hotel bruyant"
Tout d'abord la clim marchait en continue et au bout d'une nuit bruyante, ils ont changé le module par un soi disant neuf. Néanmoins il s’arrêtait de temps en temps. L'autoroute est à coté et un bruit de fond persiste. Il faut dormir avec des bouchons d'oreille. Sinon la chambre est correcte et le petit déjeuner aussi. Charmant hotel propre et agréable. Très bien situé proche des parcs d'attraction (Disney ou Universal) et des outlets pour le shoping. Personnel acueillant et courtois. Petit déjeuner agréable, inclus sans aucun supplément, varié comportant entre autres des fruits frais des pancakes à faire soi même du lait chocolat thé oeufs yaourts ..... Overall, happy with the stay. Had my wife and children with me. Did not get fresh coffee for in room coffee pot each day is my only minor complaint
We enjoyed it very much. The clerk Shelia behind the check in desk does an excellent job and should be commended.

"Great Service"
During this visit, I had a medical emergency which caused me to be rushed to the hospital by ambulance in the middle of the night. The staff were extremely accomodating, offerring to watch my 6 year old son so that my wife could accompany me to the hospital. Their level of service consistently exceeded our expectations. Excellent and friendly staff at the desk and all around the hotel. We like the Buena Vista area, much better than Int. Drive area. Convenient to airport/area attractions and Outlets.

"Hampton Inn - Lake Buena Vista"
Stayed for 5 nights - Disney Vacation. Perfect spot if you choose to be off Disney property. 10 minutes from Epcot, 14 to Magic Kingdom, less than 5 min to Downtown Disney. Friendly staff, great breakfast (go before 8:30 to avoid the crowds), my 8 year old loved the Mickey waffles. Good solid hotel.

The free shuttle service to disneyworld is very convenient (although it only goes to Epcot; to go to the other disney areas you need to take the shuttle to epcot then another free disney bus to whichever park eg animal kingdom). Great hotel, nice, clean, great staff and great location.
Excellent service and cleanliness. The breakfast in the morning is excellent in its variety. The location is relatively close to restaurants and the Disneyworld parks but don't expect to be able to walk to anything. It's a great hotel for the price but not especially convenient for the visiting the Disney parks unless you have your own transportation. […] I have only two suggestions for the hotel: there are great tasting waffles that you can make yourself in the waffle iron but there was only one available during our stay and was often a long line so we only got to indulge on our last day when we had more time to wait. There should be at least 2, maybe even 3 to accomodate the large number of guests (I have seen at least 2-3 at other Hampton hotels). There is also a shuttle offered to the Disney parks but the times are very limited. There needs to be more options in the return trip as we ended up taking a cab or bus at our own expense 3 out of the 4 days we were at the parks due to the inconvenience of the shuttle schedule. You will only be dropped off/picked up at one location and you are at the mercy of the disney park shuttle service to get you to the one stop on time. The times offered are either too early (6:40pm) or too late (10:00pm). I would suggest they offer a time around 8pm! Lisez la suite
"They sent me out to the dumpster with a flashlight"
That really says it all. There were a few nice things about the place - some of the staff was helpful, however the list of disappointments overshadowed anything positive. The breakfast was low quality with something dry resembling eggs, but it was free so it was worth the money. Our biggest complaint comes from carelessness of the housekeeping staff […] followed by ambivalence in the management staff. My son and I went to Legoland together and had a nice father/son day that we decided to commemorate with a caricature, drawn by one of the Legoland staff. Cost of admission for the two of us plus the caricature was around $150. The drawing was stored in a poster tube, and kept in a Legoland bag. The hotel housekeeping threw it out while we were away. They left foodstuffs out, and other actual trash in bags was left in the room. When we spoke to the staff late at night after determining that our momento was missing, they offered their apologies but no help. They could not reach their manager, nor housekeeping, and said they would follow up the next day. They offered us a flashlight so we could go look through the dumpster ourselves (amongst shards of illegally thrown out flourescent bulbs and other things). Even though there was a shift change, the person getting off didn't offer to help (they operate with a small front desk crew). The manager spoke to us the next day, said he inquired with the housekeeping staff which of course could not remember anything, and basically threw up his hands and said he didn't know what else could be done. I played phone tag with him after that but I was always the one initiating the contact. They offered no compensation or make-right of any kind. This hotel did not operate as if it were a location that cares about reputation or providing a hospitable environment. We went there because of the generally good reviews up to that point. Hopefully our experience will help open a few eyes, either at the hotel itself or for careful travelers Lisez la suite

Very good service, have to wake up a bit early to get breakfast and a seat in the morning but not to much to worry about. Clean, efficient, and extremely comfy surroundings. Room was on point, definitely recommend this hotel.
"not up to Hampton Standards"
Kind of surprised..breakfast bar was not kept up very well. Had to ask for forks, had to ask for spray for waffle maker. Spills were not cleaned up promptly. Also...to the moron that asked us to stop banging around that was beneath us...the "banging" that you heard was the firework displays at Disney...if you had called the front desk instead of disturbing […] us...you may have found that out..:) Not a good practice to go knocking on doors when you don't know what is on the other side. Just used to a certain standard and "perfectness" with Hampton Inns...not seen here..oh... and turn the temperature on the spa down...we saw no warning signs or rules posted near the spa as far as rules..and warnings...all in all... comfy beds and hot showers was all we needed...:) Lisez la suite

Only complaint: the nice HD flatscreen TV was hooked up to an analog cable. All the HD programs were very fuzzy. Everything else was great.
when I booked this hotel I asked if they had shuttle service to Magic Kingdom was told yes. The failed to tell me that it only ran 2 times in morning & 2 in the evening. Was not happy about that as my husband has to use wheelchair and it was inconveniet . we wasted our tickets for the Magic Kingdom as I drove in the morning with plans to take shuttle […] back after he rested. I didn't want to drive in the dark. Also the park is 10 miles from the park. I would not recommend it to anyone wanting to go to Disney. Lisez la suite
The hotel is awesome for the price you pay.Nice, new and very clean. The location is perfect if you like to be close to the best restaurants and Disney. We will stay again, we had a great time.

This was a very good hotel for the money. Nice breakfast area with helpful staff. Close enough to all the attractions. Would not reccomend the shuttle service to Disney unless you are okay with being on their schedule as it only runs once in the morning 8:50 and twice at nite. 6:30 & 10:00.
God location and free parking. room was comfortable but dated. Free wi-fi was a big plus. Breakfast &coffee was very good. I have stayed here many times and think it's one of the best values in the area.

This hotel was perfect for my stay. I was in Orlando for business, but also had some free time and had easy access to Disney World. The staff was great and the hotel was very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again if I was back in the area.

Hotel was close to everything and the Mickey waffles were a treat in the morning. They need to clean up more often in breakfast room, keep the syrup replenished. And possibly add another waffle iron.
