TB hôtel avec un petit déjeuner compris très copieux ! Rapport qualité/prix très intéressant et personnel très accueillant. Seul reproche = faire payer les connexions internet semble un peu exagéré surtout à 2 dollars les 15 minutes.......... Propreté et comfort impeccable avec un écran plat dans la chambre.

La décoration de l'hôtel et de la chambre est surranée, le lit était d'un confort moyen et petit (140 cm). L'emplacement est très satisfaisant, très central. Les chambres sur l'arrière sont très calmes Le parking et le petit-déjeuner sont compris dans le tarif de la chambre, ce qui est rare dans cette région. Le personnel de la récpetion est très sympa.WI-Fi gratuit.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont magnifiques, ce sont de véritables appartements avec tout le confort nécessaire, la cuisine est entièrement équipée, le mobilier est magnifique. Nous y sommes allés à 4, 2 enfants et 2 adultes, et nous avions beaucoup d'espace pour circuler. Le balcon est très appréciable ainsi que la piscine chauffée. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermé, c'est certain.

"Wow ! Mieux que le Fairmont..."
À cinq minutes à pied du "centre-ville", irréprochable endroit, personnel sympathique, très très jolie chambre, chouette hot-pool pour se reposer après une journée de découverte... Que demander de plus? À mon sens, c'est encore mieux que le Banff Spring hotel où nous avons passé aussi une nuit, question d'essayer... ;o)

"Wonderful stay"
The hotel was quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the friendly fire in the lobby filled the entire hotel with a wonderful smokey aroma. We would definitely stay here again.

A great base for a ski week. It's the second stop on the bus route for the ski resorts which means that there is no hanging about on the way out or way back from the mountain. "The perfect night"
My friend of 40 years and I wanted to spend a little girl time together. I looked on Hotels.com just to see if there were any descent getaways in Banff, AB. There were lots, we booked a one night stay at the Banff Caribou Lodge. They offered everything we needed. We were inpressed with the service at this hotel and would recomend it. I wasn't expecting […] but loved that they offered free bus service to go downtown. Hotel was great, but the steam room was out of order for the whole stay. Great food close by even though your twenty minutes from the main strip if your walking, and a taxi like everything elss is crazy expensive. All in all had a great stay.

The room was pretty cramped, we travelled with our 3 month old and the hotel staff were not very accomidating. The hotel was farther away from down town then i had remembered so walking wasn't an option, although the bus would have been fine if nit traveling with a small child.

Been there many time always nice good quality for the price. Nice heated underground parking always nice in the morning when its cold. The keg restaurant as good ffood and the service that night was really good.

There was no hot water! Not even in the hot tub. So not only was the hot tub lukewarm it was also dirty - YUCK! The beds were poorly made with the bottom sheet not reaching the bottom so the mattress was exposed. Banff is wonderful - this hotel is not!
Beautiful Hotel with great surroundings. The only draw back was that the train passes in behind of the lodge but only heard it one time during our 1 night stay. The Keg is a GREAT restaurant & the food was phenomenal! Would highly recommend this lodge.

We stayed one night between Christmas 2011 & New Year and wished it could have been longer. The staff were very friendly & helpful & the room very comfortable. It easily accommodated our party of 4. The location, while on the edge of town, was only a 10 minute walk into the town centre. We would return and recommend this hotel to friends.

Nice hotel, staff were friendly. Sheets were not large enough for the beds so they crept up through the night and you ended up sleeping on the plastic mattress cover. When we asked to have that fixed the front staff apologized but then nothing was done about it for the next night. Also walls and doors are very thin - you can hear everything in the hallways […] - quite noisy through the night. People might as well have been in the room with us. The room was clean and comfortable and the spa was just what the Dr ordered after a full day of skiing at Lake Louise. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and has a Keg Restaurant on the premises. Heated undergound parking is always a bonus as you dont have to scrape the snow and frost off your vehicle in the morning, assuming you not takeing […] the bus to the ski hill that stops right out front of the hotel. The hotel was nice and clean although the beds were a little uncomfortable! We paid a little extra for a room with a view and were given one on the main road which created noise at night. We booked this hotel for its close proximity to the town and for the pool. It was a little too far out of town than we would have liked and the pool is like a hot […] tub! "Nice enough"
Stayed here a few years agotoo, .First room was opposite hot tub and smelt of chlorine but no problem in a quick room change, good service. 2 nd room nice, good standard , no complaints. Lovely bed and sheets! Location is on Banff Ave, one of the further ones but nice walk into town unless it was raining . Hot tub and sauna not hot enough ,but look […] nice. "Very nice Place, but to much chlorine in the Pool"
We really enjoyed our stay at this Place, but you couldnt go into the Pool, way to much chlorine in there, so the eyes burnt very bad
We like the location. The staff were friendly. The bed were uncomfortable and the room was to warm wasn't able to get a good night sleep.

The hotel room was fine. However I would never go for dinner at the Keg there again. There was a large birthday celebration at a table near us and they were extremely loud. The entire evening was ruined because of them. I was extremely surprised that they were not asked to leave. Wonderful location and very helpful and accommodating however, the cleaning staff tend to be obtrusively loud in the hallways and fail to clean surface areas and floors (bathroom). Although this is a wonderful, quaint hotel I have experienced excessive noise from loud, young guests under the influence of alcohol yelling in the hallways, rooms, etc. […] This, often is not controlled unless patrons complain excessively. "cleaning a room"
everything was ok with us, the lady who welcomed us at the reception was very friendly and we were well informed. Only one small thing that I wasn't satisfied was that my room was not cleaned when I got back to the room; i left my room at 10:00 am, and came back to the room 3:pm.

Exceptional customer service from front desk manager (George) who went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. The staff made this trip outstanding and ensured a comfortable and serene stay!
A clean comfortable place to stay. Currently undergoing some renos, but very nice. The rooms are a bit on the small side, however decorated nicely and the beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Although this may sound uninspiring, the choice is wide and we found their dinners to be good value for money, with excellent meat.
