The staff was great and the room was clean, generally quiet. But the bed was AWFUL. I had booked a second night and left for a hotel across town in one of the mid range chains for only $10 more. It was worth it to not have to stay in that bed one more night.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel besides when checking in I stood there for about 10mins waiting for someone to come to the desk and help me.

Not a bad hotel for staying overnight, I wouldn't stay an extened amount of time as the walls are "thin". The TV was stuck on one volume, I had to wash off the remote before using it. Bathtub could've been scrubbed down. It is located right next to the freeway. All in all it is a place I would consider staying one night again.

The first night, out room was dirty. There weré stains on the curtains, chair and foot rest. Also in the bathroom counter was stained. The bed was so filthy. It was stained badly as if someone died and bled out on the bed. We complained to the hotel and Fusha changed us to different room. Christi was very helpful, found me an available room away from the entrance, and allowed me to check in a bit early so i could make it to lunch with my friends and then go onto my event without having to backtrack in between. She has always been very helpful , and is one of the reasons I continue staying at this establishment. The location is good, […] near I-80 without much freeway noise. staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

The room was clean enough but the beds were something to be desired. OUCH!!! Oh and they did not have any guest essentials like a sewing kit, or get this a "wake up call" they dont do wake up calls at this hotel. WHAT??? I would rather pay a few bucks more to have a better bed to sleep on-

We found this hotel on Hotels.com and read over the description, but was lead astray when checking in. They do say they have hi speed internet access, but what they do not disclose is that there is a charge. The front desk clerk was rude, the room was uncomfortable, and the hallways stunk like dogs and stale cigarettes. I have stayed in smoke and […] pet friendly hotels before, but this was atrocious! I ended up leaving at 2 am because the noise level was ridiculous and the night clerk was unavailable to help control the other 'guests'.. A bit niosier than my previous stays. Wasn't happy with smokers congregating outside near front entrance, had to turn off the A/C because of the smoke being drawn into my room. The full kitchen & easy chair are the main features that elevate this facility above the similarly priced motels. No pool, no hot tub/spa.

The price was right, and the front desk person was friendly, but the beds were very uncomfortable and there was a trash area on the floor that smelled horrible. Next time I will pay the extra money for a place that is not an extended stay hotel.

Room was nice and clean, staff was attentive and friendly. Some guests were a little shady and noisy though.

I must say this place was not bad and it was a reasonable price. The room came with a kitchen and all the utensil's. I do feel that they need to upgrade there beds a bit, it was not the most comfortable. Great location in Roseville. I would stay again.

We arrived on Friday night headed to the casino. the cost is about 25.00. It was a easy ride and the hotel is close to almost everything. staff was very nice and the huge refrigerator and kitchenette will be useful for those who cook. Lots of traffic and people staying there. Over all its was great for the price. Be sure to get a non smoking room.. […] as you can smell smoke in the halls but not in your room.. Lisez la suite

This hotel was really noisy, my room was right over the freewy. No hair dryer was provided, and no wake up calls offered. Other guests were loud coming and going, and the hall reeked of smoke.

My second time staying here in less than a month. I wanted to get a room with DVD hook-ups and the lady at the front desk let me find the room first, before checking me in. It took 3 trys. lol The staff is very caring to your needs, great amenities for the money. Non-Smoking Rooms have the Flat Screen TV's with the hookups. Full size fridge, microwave, stove and great customer service. The concierge even checked in on us by phone about 30mins after we checked in to make sure everything was as expected. I've stayed in other hotels with a lot less ammenities for more $$$. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but you get a lot of bang for your buck!! I'll stay here again.

nice clean rooms, fairly quite area, thin walls....take ear plugs. great stya for the money. can't beat it. Get the king bed!

Christy is a credit to your staff! She was extremely helpful in several ways, bright, cheerful, helping me find local businesses, etc. What a delight finding such a customer service oriented person. I've never had someone this helpful at less than a 4 star hotel before. I will stay here again next time I'm in the area !

Overall a good hotel with good employees. However, I was not given the right size bed. I was suppose to get a king but got a queen.

Work for me, because I like to have extra room, and the convenience of a kitchenette, so as to eat more healthily, and w/out having to go out for every meal.

This hotel was definitely more for your money. I was plesantly surprise to see an actual kitchen with a stove and full size refrigerator. This room was well equipped. My only negative is that the bed was not too comfortable. However, I will be back. Great for just a weekend getaway.

You can't walk right in - rather you must buzz the attendant to even walk in to the front desk. The attendant asked me in a suspicious tone if I had a reservation. I told her that I did and gave her my name and at first she told me that I wasn't on the list but then eventually she found me. When I went inside, it was ten seconds or so until anyone walked […] out to the counter. When I asked if the hotel was in a bad neighborhood (due to the max security) she looked at me like I was nuts and said no. Overall fine but the greeting sure wasn't friendly. Lisez la suite

Check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and organized. They could upgrade their beds, like a sleep number or premium type. Also we were a little surprised that shampoo and lotion were not included but the Microwave, Frig, Oven, and Sink made up for it big time! Great service at check in and in out. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We chose this hotel based on price only. It was clean and neat, with kitchen facilities. I would not consider it for a romantic night away, but quiet and appropriate for a stop over or when visiting friends or family in the area. Close to everything, a great location in a good area.

Good location, relatively quiet, great staff ! My only complaint is typical motel mattress is harder than I'm used to at home.... If I have occasion to stay in Sacramento/Roseville area again, this will be my first choice !

I've been staying here at least once a month for the past 6 months and have had consistantly great service. The rooms are just right for a person or two with the beds being firm, supportive and comfortable making for a nice night's sleep. I'll be back again and again.

I stay in the Sacramento area at least once a month. Roseville is a suburb and has a good atmosphere in comparison to downtown Sac. This Extended Stay is well run with great front desk personell who are always very happy to help. The rooms are nice and well maintained. Most importantly the beds are nice, much better than Motel 6 and the like and almost […] as nice as the Marriot hotels found in the Cal Expo area of Sacramento. The parking was a little noisy, staff needs to remind residents of the "quiet time" I stay here once a month and will continue to do so.

This is the hotel in which I stay at when visiting the Roseville area. I'm averaging one visit here per month over the past six months. I've visited the Ramada West Sacramento a number of times over the same period and can say that the Extended Stay in Roseville is considerably better in every respect, including the rate paid. And since I had to pay […] $35.00 for a taxi from the Ramada to the airport on my last trip, I'd rather stay at the Extended Stay in Roseville. Lisez la suite

Great room for the money and location. However, we had some issues with the air conditioning. But overall GREAT deal.

I found the staff to be fairly rude, and had no real interest in customer service. I thought the price was high for the lack of services that they give. One day a week cleaning etc. The room smelled bad, carpet looked dirty and dingy. the person on duty in the early evening should was really not very good.
