HYATT house Austin/Arboretum - Austin

Hotel propre et bien tenu. Calme. Chambres très spacieuses pour une famille de 4 adultes. Petits déjeuners très complets avec de la vraie vaiselle (pas en plastique !) En semaine, buffet dinatoire inclus.

Just stayed there 1 night. King Suite. No door between rooms. Comfortable pull-out bed. Clean, ro issues.

I had an extra family member in my room and thought he'd have to sleep on a rollaway bed but all the rooms come with a fold-out couch that was very comfortable. The kitchen was much bigger and better equiped than I expected. There's an extra bathroom sink outside the bathroom so two people can get ready at the same time. The airconditioner was more […] like central air than a window unit, so it was quieter. The employees were all very friendly. The pool and spa were a little small but not an issue for me. We only stayed one night but they have the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. We travel quite a bit and their staff was very helpful and extremely nice. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Centralized convenient location, clean hotel and helpful friendly staff. Place was nice, would recommend and stay there again.

We were very comfortable in our hotel room however, we were very close to the breakfast buffet. We could hear the staff setting up the kitchen for the guests and we could hear the guests coming and going. So if we ever stay at Hyatt House again, I will request a quieter room.

When making the reservation, the description made me think the room would be a suite; not so. the room had two queen beds and a living room area and full kitchen all in one room. It looked good, but it was too small for the four adults staying there. We only stayed for one night so it wasn't too inconvenient. The beds were too soft and we all woke up […] with back aches. It can be hard to pick a hotel in Austin, the town is huge. This hotel is a bit out of the way, but at less than half the price of a downtown hotel it is great value. The rooms are great, with a mini kitchen and sitting area. The bed is extremely comfortable, one of the best i have ever sleep in. The staff are very friendly, and you even get a free […] breakfast every morning. There is a ton of shops and restaurants near by, and quick a few within walking distance eg panera bread, wholefoods etc. The hotel did not seem to busy so I would urge you to give it a try as it is excellent value. We usually stay at this hotel when we visit family... We are usually satisfied, except this time there weren't towels in the room and the breakfast was less than stellar.... I was a little disappointed with this stay.

This was my second time here and the customer service is great. The people are very nice and I just love the overall feel of the place. No complaints.

Stayed here for one night only. The room was very clean and it was a pleasure to stay here. Refrigerator, microwave were all welcome additions. The breakfast was really good. The location is very near to the shopping and dining places in Austin; so that was convenient as well. Will definitely stay here on any future trips to Austin.

Very nice hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Kind of like a home away from home. Breakfast and social dinners good, especially for someone like me who was relying on taxis to get around.

I was very happy with my stay at the Hotel. My needs were taken care of. The danish rolls were wonderful, I was hoping you had them each day. I would have liked a newspaper at my door that some hotels furnish.

Second time we have stayed there. We visited family west of Austin but wanted to have easy access to the sights and restaurants. Close to shopping, restaurants and movies. Enjoyed the breakfast, pool and staff.

This hotel was a big surprise. The layout was open and the furniture comfortable. The full kitchen is a great added bonus and sometime we will have to go there for an extended stay. Just one night is not enough. Comfortable and clean and easy access to highways and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

The whole place is absolutely beautiful. including the rooms. Everything was spotless and you didn't hesitate to crawl between the nice fresh smelling sheets. I would recommend it to anyone. We booked for 1 night and were wishing we had 2 nights. Just a neat place to hang out.

The hotel is very nice, but they were overbooked. and despite that we had booked weeks in advance, we were bumped to a lower rate hotel for the first night.

We searched and searched for a 2-room suite to accommodate our family of 6, and this place was perfect! 2 rooms (with a door in between--the kids were thrilled to have "their privacy"!) A pull-out queen couch with a chaise, so the couch actually slept 3 kids! The 4th slept on the couch cushions on the floor! The Hyatt Place is always a good one to stay at, no matter what city you are in. Very satisfied with the accommodations here. The bathroom faucet was loose in the sink, but it still worked so that was no problem.

All hotel staff were very helpful, and friendly. I will be staying there again.....

I recently visited Austin and had a problem with my hotel. I called Hotels.com and they assist me with a new booking at the Summerfield. I was able to check in early, my family can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality. As for the room very clean and well maintained. Great place to stay when traveling with a family!

I was really surprised at the convenient layout and cleanness of the room. We had absolutely everything we needed. The breakfast was really good. I am very satisfied with this hotel and location near the Arboretum and The Domain in North Austin.

Simple comfort, complementary breakfast and evening soup and chili bar in the heart of the Arboretum, Domain and 360 triangle.

Jessica understands customer service. She was helpful at check-in and helpful when we needed our towels dried. Jason and Patrick came to my aid with one of the most painful headaches I have had in years. They were helpful with advice and just caring in general. Thanks to these three people!!

The staff was great! The breakfast was very nice and the hotel offered great size rooms to be able to stretch out.

THIS WAS A VERY NICE AND COMFORTABLE PLACE. THE ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS AND VERY CLEAN. THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND THE WALK IN CLOSET WAS GREAT. THE KITCHEN AREA IN THE ROOM WAS WELL STOCKED. THE ONLY COMPLANT I WOULD HAVE IS THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE BREAKFAST AND HAPPY HOUR COULD NOT KEEP UP WITH THE CROWD.

The stay was great. Great, clean comfortable rooms. The breakfast was nice. Happy hours in the afternoon a big plus. I recommend this hotel

Very pleasant

The breakfast is served on a small room, and the servant does'n't make the replacement of various itens (bread, coffee, etc). Only, this is a negative point. The others (room and service) were conveniently.

The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. It had full kitchen facilities with granite countertops. I did not need to use the kitchen on this trip, but it was nice to have these facilities available. I would definately stay there again.

We had an overall great experience. Staff was knowledgeable of surrounding area and could recommend a great but different restaurant so provide an "Austiny" experience for us.

Everything went very well with the room and the Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free wifi worked great and there was a free wired connection also avail. in the room. The room layout is good and a good size. The room was clean and the bed was firm but not uncomfortable. The breakfast on a Sunday morning was much more then we […] expected. It had juices, milk, sodas, coffee, and water. There was cereals, bagels, muffins, and also scrambled eggs, links, cheese, and pancakes If I had a complaint it would be that the toliet had a small leak, but there were plenty of towels to use and I used a couple on it.
