Hotel trés classe et trés bien situé sur une rue commercante au centre de toronto je le recommande sans pb à tous on se sent comme dans un grand hotel alors ke le prix est abordable. Seul bémol la salle de bains un peu petit et l'eau chaude ki faisait des siennes car on arrivait pas à la regler

Bon rapport qualité prix, impératif d'avoir une voiture, piscine et jacuzzi, salle de sport, après une journée de visite, c'est toujours sympa. Petit déjeuner continental compris

20 minute drive to Downtown Toronto. Pillows like rocks. Everything else was great
our stay was wonderful it was our first time out as a family and it was great what I saw was what i got but the only thing was they forgot housekeeping but that's OK was overall happy very quite and sweet room was really good a lil small but great i would stay there again

I was very impressed with the facility we stayed at. It seemed very luxurious compared to some other motel/hotel. The Front Desk staff were very pleasant and looked like they enjoyed being there. It is a well kept facility and would not hesitate to stay there.

"Close to the highway"
The hotels technology is pre-dated. They messed up my reservation. Made me pay extra to stay that night. Check in took 2 hours. Hotel receptionist wasn't trying to accommodate me in no way and gave the impression that she doesn't care about this job. They kept blaming everyone but their own old school technology. Overall i was very upset at the hotel […] and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, the area is as well very poor, close to Jane and finch Lisez la suite

This stay was comfortable and a great place to stay. Just do not say Free Internet when you have to pay for the connection Fee.Free Parking and Free Internet are the most important options for my traveling accommodations.

The hotel was what we expected. It was clean and the room was nice however, it was not the room that we booked and paid a little extra for. They told us that room was not ready even though we were checking in around 3:30pm. Also, although the room looked really clean, all four of us woke up extremely congested and as an allergy sufferer, I know there […] was something (perhaps in the carpet) that really aggrevated my allergies. "Good Value"
For the $$$, Extended Stay Deluxe is great value. The room was satisfactory. 2 adults, 1 child staying. Knowing we would be arriving late at night and leaving very early in the am, a request for a QUIET room as far away from elevator was totally ignored. Room was next to elevator and facing the busy street. After a long drive through a wicked snow storm, […] we found the front desk staff to be very unpleasant. "Like I expected"
I stayed at this hotel due to the proximity of the University, which is minutes from the door, although it's on the wrong side of the road. The room was nice, a little small, but had all the conviences for me to come in late, eat, enjoy tv, chnage and tuck into my bed in a seperate room. The courtyard would be more beautiful in spring and fall, but […] it appears that every room has an 'outside' view. The hotel wasn't as clean as I would like. The carpets in the rooms had unknown dark stains on them. The loveseat in one of the rooms we had was stained and old, while the other room's loveseat was newer and cleaner looking. The smell in the hotel when we arrived was of garlic and something cooking. The housecleaning lady wasn't very friendly or accommodating […] when I asked her for a kleenex box, because we had just run out and I hadn't noticed sooner when she was outside our room. "Our family experience at the hotel"
The hotel reservations over the phone from hotel.com were great. Answered all my questions and were very nice. At the hotel the lady at the desk was very rude. When she asked for a credit card I handed mine and she looked at it and said OHHHH a PREPAID well we have to take a $100 for deposit. I asked can I give $100 cash she said NO only on the card. […] So she did. We are very imbrassed being there and treating us like how dare we have a prepaid visa and cash. Everything was fine but the mattress in the sofa bed was super awful. So bad my son slept on the floor. We let the front desk know about it and they sent antoher mattress up.
This is the second Extended Stay hotel I have stayed at, and the second excellent experience I have had. I am going to start looking for these hotels in the upcoming cities I visit. The value for the room size is unparalleled!
"A disaster!"
They put us in a smoking room even though the hotel's site describes it as smoke-free (which I now understand to mean that the common areas are nonsmoking). Everything in that room had a layer of grit on it, there was mold and humidity on the ceiling tiles, and cigarette burns on the sink, counter and blankets. We had a 2 BR (3-beds) suite and slept […] 2 adults and 4 kids in there. When we asked for extra blankets on the first night, we were rudely told "there are none." When we asked for 4 blankets for the second night, we got one. Some of the staff were kind and others rude. Breakfast was vile. I've seen other reviews where people claimed that it was OK "for the price" but I checked out early and went somewhere a little more expensive for much, much better accommodations...the Staybridge Suites. "Ok stay but not what I reserved and prepaid for"
I have stayed in this hotel before and it serves it purpose for location and price. This visit was not as satisfactory. I had prepaid for a King bed and when I arrived there was not one available yet the hotel chain had already had my money for a week. So word of advice, do not prepay. Then the room they gave to us reaked of smoke, they did move us […] immediately but that is the first time I have ever had to asked to be moved. I stayed at this hotel while volunteering at the Rogers Cup Tennis Tournament. It was a great fit - close to the venue, extremely comfortable bed and a suite set-up that allowed me to spend 4 days there without feeling cramped and to wake up refreshed. Also the hotel provided a hot breakfast and light supper which worked well around my schedules and […] saved me a lot of money eating out. The staff were helpful and the cost included free wifi which meant I could keep in touch with home easily. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting this end of the city and especially those who plan to stay more than a day or so - the kitchen facility and extra space worked great when my daughter and grandson came to stay overnight. "Vaughan Extended Stay Deluxe"
We had a great stay, the staff were very friendly. The overall asthetics of the room were a little outdated, the price was great, the kitchenette in the room was updated and very convenient, the only problem was the room was said to be non smoking, but smelled of smoke.

First time staying at a Extended Stay property. We were very satisfied. My husband who is extremely hard to please gives this property a 10 out of 10. We would recommend this property to anyone and hope to stay at another in the future.

This was probably the best value I have had in a long time..Sure the hotel is a bit dated but, that's okay. You get a breakfast and a light dinner..It's not fine dining but it is included in the price and good enough. The bed's a comfy and the rooms clean. "An amazing trip"
We wanted to stay in a nice convenient location with my family and my inlaws. The hotel was in a perfect location, clean, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel was nice. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel located near enough to downtown Toronto but in an area where one can appreciate the peace and quiet needed on a vacation. Easy access to major highways. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
