Hôtel très pratique en cas de longue correspondance car il y a un service gratuit de navette avec l'aéroport . Demander au centre d'infos à l'aéroport de la commander pour vous en arrivant à charlotte. Hôtel propre et lit confortable. Pas de restaurant autour sauf un dinner à gaufres. Le petit-déjeuné est inclus. Hotel bon marché et parfait pour se reposer entre deux vols et se remettre du décalage horaire.

We had a very GOOD breakfast. We had one room but when we got there my daughter wanted a room of their own and the front desk found us rooms next to each other.

"Charlotte for 2 days"
Went with my family to spend a couple days in Charlotte on our way to Myrtle Beach. Hotel was about 10 minutes from downtown, pretty easy to get to. Surrounding area was a little questionable but not bad. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great especially the make your own waffle station. "LA QUINTA SOUTH CHARLOTTE"
We traveled from Michigan during my daughter's spring break. The hotel was clean and nice, but it was difficult to walk anywhere. Also, it was 80-90 degrees outside and the pool was closed. We will definitely stay at another La Quinta but not in Charlotte during Spring Break.

"Charlotte convenience"
We had a very nice stay at the hotel and added an extra evening. My only complaint is that doors seem to stick and so they are loud when opening and closing.

I really enjoyed my stay at La Quinta Charlotte Airport South. The lobby, hallways and room was nice and clean. The breakfast was sufficient, the front desk was nice. I would definitely stay there again.

"One Flaw Upon Arrival"
When I arrived at the hotel (3pm), there was a driver, whom I assumed worked for the hotel, taxiing guests to the airport and elsewhere, emulating and blasting his rap music. I don't care what music you like, you don't blast it and make bodily movements that act out the music. This is HIGHLY unprofessional and i would love to see this person removed […] from their job. Once again, I don't care what your musical tastes are, they have no place being blared out and acted out while on the job. Other than that, a nice stay, but the area is putrid and in dire need of a makeover. The infrastructure, too, is in poor shape as it doesn't allow you get back onto Billy Graham Pkwy or 77. There are 2 La Quinta's in and around the Charlotte Airport. My Flight got in to the Airport after midnight so I had to take a cab to the hotel. Not being from around there I just asked the driver to take me to the La Quinta hotel. He did, when I got to the front desk the very nice young lady informed me that I was at the wrong hotel. I asked if the […] reservation could be transfered she said it could not, because I had pre paid though the web. So I ask how could I get to the other hotel. She started to give me directions. I informed her I took a cab here. She said no problem and called a gentleman over and asked him to give me a ride to the other hotel. He turned out to be the hotel shuttle driver. I stayed here after the bowl game because so many hotels filled up before we had the chance to get a room. It was better than I expected from reading the other reviews up here, but not by much. Dogs bark all night and are free to roam in the DINING AREA/lobby in the morning. Room service came at 9AM even though we only had the room for one night. I […] was also worried about my car due the the surroundings. When you check in, they get you to write down the license plate just incase something happens to it! Its kind of spooky and loud. The staff was very nice and the hotel was a very good price for the conveniences and location. A cot was available at no additional charge which was helpful to those of us staying. Being on the second floor the slight issue with the room was it was a bit close to the elevator and ice machine which we could hear at night. "Okay for La Quinta- So-So Pet Friendly"
The hotel itself was of good quality for this class of hotel. However, there were numerous rooms on my floor where the people were making a lot of noise. As far as Pets, the pet floor is the 4th floor, which means either an elevator or stairs. Most hotels put the pets on the 1st floor which is far wiser for many many reasons. On the immediate premises […] there really isn't anywhere to walk a dog, but there are sidewalks surrounding the hotel where you have plenty of room to walk your dog. I stayed here while I moved my son into college. I was very satisfied. I especially liked the fact that you allowed dogs. The hurricane was in full force on this week-end, and many people were there because of this. It was great to see that they could move inland to safety and save their furry family members as well. Great service. Friendly staff.

The room was clean and had everything I needed. The location of the Hotel was great and was in an area where traffic was not too heavy and it was easy to drive around.

One morning during our stay, we only had hot water for one person, but other than that uncomfortable issue, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and close to the airport.

Nice, adequate place to stay. Decent location, easy off the freeway. The only disappointment I had was that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Also, the continental breakfast was very basic. Coffee was horrible. However, the rooms were very clean and staff was very helpful and kind.

Stayed 4 days. Room cleaned only once. TV Service was horrable. Free contental breakfast not maintained till 9:00am as advertised.
All the hotel staff was great. Especially Ferlando at the front desk. What a helpful person. Gave great directions and recommended good restaurants. We would stay there again.

I enjoyed our stay there. The only annoying thing was paper thin walls..... I could hear dogs barking. On our comforter was dog hair and lipstick or make up stains. But I loved our vacation, it was much needed.
