Cet hôtel est à recommander. Proche de tout ce qui est à visiter dans le centre de Budapest. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue derrière (fashion street) et était d'un calme absolu. Petite précision: nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre supérieure pour le prix d'une chambre standard(surclassement). Personnel à l'écoute et aimable, très bon service […] de la part des concierges, room service très diligent, chambre nettoyée tous les jours, serviettes changées (même deux fois par jour, alors que certains commentaires disaient qu'il n'y avit pas de serviette), lits prêts à notre retour, petite bouteille d'eau offerte le soir. Le service pour les soins et traitements est de qualité. La piscine est petite mais permet de se détendre. Des menus spéciaux sont offerts certains jours. Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais nous recommandons de faire une réservation avec petit déjeuner, il semble que cela soit moins cher. Le seul petit bémol, c'est que nous sommes fumeurs mais que les fen^tres sont bloquées donc quand nous rentrions le soir, cela sentait le tabac. Nous conseillerions à l'hôtel de passer un produit contre les odeurs ce qui a été fait une fois seulement. Nous sommes fumeurs mais nous n'aimons pas l'odeur du tabac froid. Hormis cela, rien à reprocher et nous ne sommes pas d'accord avec certains avis émis par d'autres clients (nous les avons lus avant de choisir). Autre précision, tous les concierges ne parlent pas français, donc il vaut mieux pratiquer un peu l'anglais. autre recommandation, n'hésitez pas (si vous en avez le temps) à visiter l'île Margrit et prenez le métro ou le bus, ce n'est pas cher et c'et très pratique. Hôtel très bien situé, quartier agréable, proche des curiosités touristiques et des transports en commun. Déco soignée et chaleureuse, grands espaces. Chambre fonctionnelle bien insonorisée. Buffet petit-déjeuner très varié et de qualité. Restau non testé car profusion de bonnes tables à moindre coût dans le quartier. L'hotel est idéalement situé. Il est à la hauteur de ces 5 étoiles. Le personnel est très pro et l'accueil impeccable. La piscine, le sauna et le hammam sont a recommander.

parfait. Chambre superbe et accueil sans defaut. je suis un client regulier du Atrium Hyatt ( Sofitel aujourd'hui sur Roosvelt Ter) et tres agreablement surpris par Kempinski. Pas sur le Danube mais vue sur Andrassi et la place remplace allègrement. Danune est a une minute a pieds.

clean, spacious rooms ideal for business stay. Nice safe location close to shopping district. Spa facilities great though the pool is a bit small

Reliable and solid. The only place I stay in Budapest.

The hotel and accommodations were excellent. A beautiful room, excellent restaurants in-house, and a fantastic concierge staff. Would stay there again when I visit Budapest.

Top of the line! Appreciate the fact that internet is not charged. Hotel is truly 5 star in every way.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kempinski - the staff is very helpful and polite, the spa area is very nice, breakfasts are very good, and the rooms are very comfortable.

I stay at the Kempinski at least once a month for a few nights at a time. I am always very satisfied and hence why I return. Their loyalty program has kicked in for me and I my room was upgraded which was a pleasant and much appreciated surprise. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, if you are in Budapest you should stay here.

When I booked The Kenpinski I had no idea how wonderful the experience would be. The location was central to everything and the staff went out of their to accommodate our every wish and need. We loved Budapest and everything about The Kempinski.

Just steps from the main Metro terminal, at the head of Budapest's great shopping street, and within walking distance of many of Budapest's historic sites (and an easy metro ride to many others), the Kempinski is an ideal location to access all of Budapest. It is elegant, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The staff exemplify the Hungarian warmth, charm […] and helpfulness. The only negative is that smoking - even cigar smoking - is allowed in the lobby and part of the restaurant. Not a big problem...many fantastic restaurants are steps away, including Gerbaud, one of Europe's best coffee and pastry emporiums. Lisez la suite

Absolute a fantastic hotel, right in the center of Budapest.

The Wifi connection is appaling..... The staff was not helpful and could not deal with the Wifi issues

A clean and comfortable hotel with very helpful staff, always smiling and cheerful. Rooms were a good size and well maintained. Good location, within easy distance of all major sights. Wide variety of choice at breakfast.

I stayed at the Kempinski in Bratislava and the High Tatras in Slovakia a few days prior to my stay in Budapest. The Corvinus did not measure up to the standard I had come to expect with a Kempinski Hotel. The fitness center and spa are nothing special, but the biggest dissapointment was how they handle the segregation of non-smoking and smoking areas […] in the lounge. Even though tables are posted as non-smoking, they allow "special guests" to smoke. When I confronted the manager about a smoker in the non-smoking section, I was told the he was a more important guest than I, and they would not ask him to stop smoking. It seems they have a double standard for their guests. If you want to be treated fairly, I suggest you stay at another hotel in Budapest. Lisez la suite

The hotel is very nice except the A/C was hot and the filter of the A/C was too dirty untill i asked the hotel to clean the filter.

My wife and I were extremely please to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary by staying at the Kempinski Corvinus Hotel in Budapest. The hotel satisfied all our requirements and made for an excellent base to visit the surrounding sights. The hotel is convenient to arrive at by using the public transport system, using the bus from the airport to the […] local metro station and from there to our destination. A stunning hotel with superb service, centrally located too!

Great location, free wifi, very comfy room. Very friendly staff who upgraded me to superior room as i had stayed there before. My last experience was quite average but this one really sold it to me.

I took my sister there for a w/e as a b'day treat however the experience left me regretting my choice of hotel. the room was tiny & very old-fashioned. the last evening, i even had a massive spider make an appearance. definitely NOT what i expect at a 5 star. the staff were ok, not overly friendly. only the concierge was very helpful. in general its […] a great location & a average hotel. The location of this hotel is perfect. It's close to the pedestrian streets, close to the river front and convenient for the hop on hop off bus tours. The room was beautiful and the front desk staff and concierge were very helpful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

the hotel is situated very central - close to the city center and public transport. Very friendly staff, rooms clean and comfortable - the hotel has a good atmosphere .The only thing the cleaning lady did not come until about 2 o'clock in the afternoon.

Most comfortable hotel I've been in years. Personnel hospitality very welcoming - quiet, comfortable, luxurious rooms - perfect location to river, shopping, restaurants, but not too touristy or crazy. Park next door, wonderful restaurant on-grounds and nice spa on-grounds.

We loved the Kempinski in Budapest and absolutely wort it when you get a great rate. The hotel is very conveniently located in Pest and is a few minutes from the Danube. The quality of the hotel is obvious but the friendliness and flexibility of the staff is the real bonus of this wonderful hotel. They really go out of their way to go the extra mile for their guests - brilliant. The hotel is also brilliantly located for getting around - especially the Pest side - with good walking access nowhere being too far and the […] main metro station linking all 3 lines just outside the main entrance. The breakfasts were expensive but on balance so good that they were worth it. I stopped at this hotel on a motorcycle tour of Eastern Europe. Despite the unorthodoxy method of arrival, I was immediately greeted by the hotel staff. Real interest was shown in providing a safe place to store my bike (in the garage below the hotel). I stayed two nights, and had a great time. The concierge arranged for an amazing "behind-the-scenes" […] tour of Budapest with "Budapest Sights", which was AMAZING! I then had a 1.5 hour Thai Massage at the spa. It did wonders to relieve the stress I had accumulated traveling and riding a motorcycle for so long. Finally, the morning buffet is great. It has an wide selection of baked goods, cold cuts, and fresh produce. The omelet I had there ranks among the best I've EVER had. I would STRONGLY recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Budapest. This is just a very nice hotel well run and situated. It's just around the corner from the main tourist square and not far from the Chain Bridge. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was very nicely appointed except a little on the small side and did not a flat screen TV. To be fair , we were initially given a larger room but preferred a smaller room […] overlooking the park. Bathroom was really nice, room was very clean. It felt like an all around very nice hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel, it was like a palace. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, The Vaci street, and the sights of Budapest. We loved this one, and would go back again.
