"Near Legoland & London"
This was the perfect place to stay for a night after our long day at Legoland which is only a 15 min. drive away. I chose it because it was also close to motorways and roads leading to central London which is where we went the following day. We were particularly impressed with the very friendly and polite staff. The only negative is the £9 parking charge. […] There is plenty of off road parking nearby if you wish to avoid this charge. We parked on a nearby road which had no yellow lines. I would recommend the Marriott to others. Lisez la suite
"Marriott Heathrow - restored my faith in service"
I stayed here for 2 nights with my family because of its location close to certain attractions. Recent visits to 'other' chains of hotels have left me feeling rather dissapointed. This hotel has restored my confidence that there are people out there who care about customer service. The staff were all very friendly and could not do enough for us to ensure […] our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is very clean, the rooms very comfortable and the food was excellent. Top marks to the manager for running such a great hotel. Many Thanks. Lisez la suite

"The Marriott Windsor Hotel close to pubs and other"
Our stay at The Marriott Windsor although only an over night was very pleasant.Having stayed at a Marriott before in Bournemouth and we were very impressed. Although The Windsor Marriott was not so personal being a much bigger hotel the standard of the room and the staff we found to be excellent. So very pleased with Marriott Hotels and will definately […] use them when ever we can Lisez la suite

"The Marriott Windsor in London - Close to Heathrow"
The Marriott Windsor is very convenient to Heathrow Airport. When traveling back to the airport, it is easy to get to the hotel. Langley has a great fish and chips shop which is within minutes of the hotel.
"Marriott hotel heathrow windors"
Easy access on bus at a reasonable fee from heathrow airport Comfortable room, very nice staff. About 10 minutes to Windsor castle and surrounding shops by cab. Will stay here again.
super hotel will definately stay there again
"Not great"
Tiny room, double bed was the size of a single, poor reception service! I was close to walking out of the hotel!
"Marriot Heathrow"
The Marriott was exactly what was needed for an overnight airport stay with 2 small children. Our room had two double beds and was extremely quiet. Key points; Efficient room service; Some confusion over which Hoppa bus serviced which Marriott; Breakfasts expensive - like any other Heathrow hotel. Overall a very acceptable stay.

"Close to Legoland"
It was nice to arrive the day before our trip to Legoland and to make use of the leisure facilities ( Swimming pool + gym on site ). The staff were all very helpful, especially the ladies at breakfast : Thank you !
"parking charges"
i was not very happy that during our over night stay we had to pay 9 pound to park our car over night within the hotel carpark!
"Great hotel - location could be better"
Very nice hotel, rooms spacious and comfortable. Brasserie has good food and good atmosphere. Service is good too. Swimming-pool and outside playground on-site, great for kids. Very good value.
"Marriott Hotel Windsor"
Good clean accommadation, very friendly staff, cooked breakfast could be a little better a bit to greasy. All round very good.
"Terrific airport hotel"
The hotel was terrific for an overnight stay before going to Heathrow.
"Weekend away with the girls @ Ascot"
What a great hotel. We arrived early and were checked in straight away - fantastic. The room was great the hotel staff very helpful and informative. The cocktails in the bar were divine!! What more could a group of girls want. Excellent service and great room. We'll stay there again.
"Weekend stay in Marriott Slough hotel"
I booked this hotel for its good location and facilities. I wanted to make most of my long weekend. Unfortunately I was disappointed with hotel's services. Check in was OK, quick, they confirmed my reservation (made via Hotels.com) and advised of the hours and location where breakfast was served. Room had all what we needed, comfy bed,but too small […] for two normal sized adults. flat screen TV, bathroom with a bath tub. When we went for breakfast next morning, I was disappointed when serving staff said that we don't have breakfast included in our package and that we need to pay for breakfast cash. I said that I am sure that we have breakfast included, that I paid extra for breakfasts. They checked with reception and said again that we don't have breakfasts. I went back to my room and showed my booking confirmation. They apologised, but if I didn't work in customers services myself, I wouldn't have much understanding for their behaviour and this would caused me my day being destroyed. Last straw to my weekend was when housekeeping staff wake me up Sunday morning at 9.00, although we were up to to check out later this morning. Also when we asked for local map, the concierge gave us Windsor Legoland map instead. These small bits left us disappointed with our stay in this hotel Lisez la suite

You have to pay the car park (imagine if you stay for 2 weeks) and not free wi-fi. Poor facility for 4* hotel.

"Heathrow Layover"
VERY pleasantly surprised; probably the best value we received in 2 1/2 weeks in Europe. Front desk was very courteous and helpful Room was high quality and very clean. Concierge was outstanding in the morning - explained the shuttle service, schedule, terminal we required - even went to the ticket machine with me to buy the tickets. All staff were […] courteous, professional, and competent. Only thing to watch out for is the taxi scam that Heathrow has going. Don't just get in the regular taxi queue! Even though the hotel is only 5 miles from LHR, because they are "out of the London area", the taxi fee is L39! Call the hotel to arrange "their taxis" (about L20), or take the bus (runs 24 hrs./day for L4.50/pp). Lisez la suite

Very much NOT free internet anywhere in the hotel. 15 pound for 24 hours!!! Hotel hopper comes every 30 min if you are lucky. Breakfeast pretty good and room clean. Onc e at the tube station, it's another 45 min to london center.
"Marriott Heathrow Windsor in near London"
This hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. Did saty in the room much but I slept like a baby:) We did not eat breakfast there as we wanted to enjoy that on the economy. Im glad we chose that as the breakfast at the hotel was pretty pricey. The hotel is close to the Airport the shuttle travel was about 8 pounds round trip.

"Marriott Heathrow Windsor"
We stayed at the Marriott Heathrow Windsor hotel from the 22nd - 25th of Dec, due to the flight cancellations with the snow at Heathrow Airport. I have stayed at a few other Marriott hotels, and I’m afraid to say, that although this hotel was nice enough, it wasn’t up to the standard that I’m used to at other Marriott hotels. To be fair, the main problems […] were with the service, i.e. on different occasions I phoned reception for service, and twice I just didn’t get anything/hear anything back for hours, until I phoned to see what was happening. However, I put this down to it being such a busy time due to extra last minute guests due to the disruptions at the airport. But the room was to a high standard, clean and comfortable. The restaurant served good food, and the waiter was a friendly funny guy! I would probably stay at this hotel again, if I were to stay at a hotel whilst waiting for a flight from Heathrow! "Marriott Heathrow Windsor"
Nice property, great fitmess center, good concierge recommended The Ostrich Inn (3rd oldest pub in merry ole England). very accomodating staff. Parking lot requires re-design-one has to drive around the entire property to exit. Not very convenient. Hotel looks dated on the outside, bt the inside is very nice.
Hotel was just 2 mins from bus stop, transport and Legoland just 25 mins away. Service with a smile from everyone who served me, my husband. Child friendly also, will defo be back.
"Marriott Heathrow Windsor Hotel"
Our visit (my wife, daughter and I) was for one night only. As expected from Marriott the hotel was clean, well maintained and the room well serviced and very comfortable. However, two points of disappointment to note. Firstly, although the information provided by reception was spot on there was no smile or warm welcome to get our stay of to a good […] relaxed start. Next came the car park fee bombshell. I'm sure this is stated somewhere in the small print but come on!!! What a rip-off. A great location for us to stay while we visited Harrow and Windsor. The breakfast lived up to expectation with a wide selection of food and drink but again the staff were 'a bit off.' No smile or nice fuzzy feeling of welcome and enjoy yourselves. If we were to visit the area again, but for a longer period, I would think twice. Lisez la suite

"Marriott Heathrow Windsor"
VERY NICE HOTEL..WILL BE BACK AGAIN SOON.
"the marriot windsor - not what we expected"
Just beware the initial price you see is not necessarily what you pay. Our experience is that further charges will be levied via a letter under your door during your nights stay. Therefore what initially appears to be a 'cheap' nights stay turns out to be rather expensive therefore not being value for money.
"Marriott Heathrow Windsor Hotel"
Very nice clean and comfortable hotel. we stayed for 4 nights for family function with multiple rooms. Very friendly front desk staff and we checked in quick. We asked for rooms together and we ended up with 2 rooms close to each other and rest of the rooms on different floors on the other side of the hotel. Breakfast is expensive approx. 20 pounds […] you can book with breakfast I would definately recommend. Not much to do around unless you take a taxi to slough but not too far. If overnighting in London and you don't mind travelling little bit definately a great value. Our A/C stopped working and it was very hot in the room they brought the fan but could not fix it till next day.Didn't offer another room at 3.30 in the morning. Lisez la suite
"adequate"
Adequte for 1 night, we used it as overnight before going to airport. Service good. Restaurant good, swimming pool too shallow and changing rooms dirty. Double bed small but comfortable. Breakfast expensive.
"Will be back their in two weeks cant wait"
The hotel was well equipped and very well managed. I would recommend this hotel to anybody needing to be around the Heathrow area. I usually stay at hotels in this area a couple of times a month and from now on will be using this one only.
"excellent hotel, rather inconvenient"
Clean, spacious, deluxe, professionally run. Great value. I arrived by hotel shuttle bus after 2 week cruise, and cruise provided transfer to Heathrow. I am a senior citizen, traveling solo. Inconveniences and delays were mainly my fault. Didn't check to note there are two Marriotts with Heathrow in their name. There were seven hotel shuttle bus routes; […] H3 and H5 both go to Marriotts. I planned to take a local bus to walk around Windsor. They ran only hourly on Sunday. Hotel seemed patronized by families arriving by car to see Lego Land and Windsor castle, and airline staff. The hotel was located on a busy wide traffic circle. Crossing three pedestrian traffic light zones, I missed the local bus because I headed for the wrong stop initially. The desk clerk had told me to cross the street to reach the stop. Being American I headed to the right to cross the circle instead of walking around the left. Should have waited to leave my largest suitcase with the porters. Didn't need it. Struggled through at least 5 closed fire doors. Enjoyed a great, expensive hotel breakfast and ate at one of 2 local grills within walking distance, featuring 5 pound platters. Lisez la suite
"Great hotel for families"
We stayed only one night while waiting to fly out the next day, but we had a really lovely stay. The staff were very polite and friendly, they even made an exception for us as we didn't know you needed to book time to go to the pool, but they squeezed us in anyway. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nice beds. There was a small playground and […] a heated pool to take the kids to. The neighborhood was a bit iffy, so I wouldn't recommend going walking at night, but the hotel itself was very safe. The room rate we chose included breakfast and they put on a full English breakfast which was fantastic!! I would recommend going early though, as we didn't wait at all for a table, but by the time we left there was a line. Just one thing to point out, this hotel is called the Marriot Heathrow Windsor, so we assumed it would be next to the airport, but it isn't. There is another Marriot that is considered the Heathrow Marriot which we ended up at first and ended up spending far more on taxis then we should have. If you take a cab make sure they know which hotel it is, or there is a shuttle bus from the airport which is a lot cheaper than taxis, but with small children and a lot of luggage ordering a taxi was just easier for us. "Superb will definitely stay at this hotel again"
We stayed at this hotel for one night as a base for legoland, which was excellent as it's only 10/15 minutes away. Check-in was unfortunately slow - even at 7:30pm. Had to park on a field owned by the hotel (in hotel grounds) due to lack of spaces, but it is summer & lots of people holidaying. Staff were very pleasant & helpful, breakfast was excellent […] with plenty of choice. Our room had two double beds which were very comfortable. Room size was also good. Would definitely recommend. "Very Impressed"
The room was very well equipped and comfortable. Parking is easy and collection after a week away was straight forward. The bus to Termnal 5 was efficient and clean. One small issue I had was having to wait a whle in a queue for reception twice. Receptonists were courteous and helpful, perhaps an extra one or two would have made things ideal.
"Not impressed"

"Great room for the money"
Our room was very clean & very comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was that the refridgerator was actually a cooled mini-bar. My husband is a diabetic & needed to freeze his ice packs. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Be careful with the mini-bar, anything moved around in it is charged to your credit card. They do change your bill for you, […] but the shock of getting the bill under your door, was pretty substantial. Lisez la suite
