"Hotel very accomodating"
The hotel was very accomodating in that we enjoyed ourself in the city, we stayed another night at the same hotel, same room. We didn't even have to move our stuff for another room. Great in my eyes.
"Holiday vacation"
We went there for a couple nights during the Christmas season and we enjoyed our stay. The location was convienent and in a decent area. THe only thing we did not care for was the breakfast items. They had ready made waffles instead of the waffle irons that other places may have. Other than that, it was a decent stay
"This was a great location for us."
The location was excellent. We had access to plenty of restaurants and the main highways to the rural areas. The hotel room was nice and comfortable.
"Smokey"
The rooms have 2 full size beds, not 2 queen size beds like most hotels, probably because the rooms are so small. Cleanliness of our room was ok, but the whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke throughout the hallways. Apparently they have many smoking rooms, all on the same floor with the non-smoking rooms. The smoke smell was overwhelming, had we […] not been so exhausted we would've gone elsewhere! I will say though that Brad at the check-in counter was very friendly and helpful...this hotels only saving grace. Lisez la suite

"Nice and clean"
I've stayed in Jackson a few times and this is one o the better hotels. The rooms are always clean very friendly staff and is a great price.
"Not the Hampton Inn, but kids didn't care"
clean hotel, friendly staff. Beds were really squeeky and air conditioner made a ratteling noise. Sink was deeply scratched. NIce that it had a microwave and fridge in room.
"dirty room"
My guest arrived before before I did ,and had trouble with attendant about getting key for room.Even though her name was listed.She furnished ID and he still would let her have access,until she got me on the phone and had him talk to me. When she got to room and was trying to find an outlet too plug in laptop she found a used condom behind the night […] stand. The carpet was filthy,when you walk around barefoot your feet were dirty. most of the staff were nice,others were not. Bad experience would not recommend. Lisez la suite

"Disappointing"
Though the reviews were nothing terrible for this hotel, it was a terrible visit. The female desk attendant was very unfriendly, the toilet in our bathroom did not flush and the shower faucet handle fell off, our desk chair kept wobbling and was about to fall off it's base but the last straw was when I felt something crawling on my arm and saw it was […] an ant... as I approached the trash can, I saw there were ants COVERING it!! Yuck, I would not stay there again nor would suggest it to anyone else! Lisez la suite

This was a very nice hotel - the room was clean and comfortable - the only problem we saw - was that the carpet needed to be cleaned. Other than that - everything was very nice.

Our stay at Baymont Hotel was not an pleasurable experience. first of all, the hall way and room smell of cigarette smoke.Secondly, the room assigned to us has exposed wires around the window air conditioner, also, the sprinkler head that was position in the middle of the ceiling has missing hardware that cover the installation of the sprinkler head. […] Somene inserted paper material to cover the existing hole around the sprinkler system. the connecting door to the other room was damaged. the facing of knob was loosing hanging on the door and the door has scracthes around the door knob. the bathroom toilet is too low for comfortable. the shower/ tub drain opening will not stay open to allow proper draning of water. Finally, we asked housekeeping staff to make the bed and clean room on the third day of stay and she did not make bed and clean up. Sorry, i forgot to say that the attendant at the desk on the third day of stay has no working knowledge of th e wi-fi computer system and admitted so. Lisez la suite
"The Baymount Inn & Suites - Jackson"
The hotel was located in a very nice area with plenty of convenice, the hotel itself could use a little updating...the bathrooms were small, it is called ( INN & SUITES )!!! But all in all it was a very nice stay, the staff was very nice, i did'nt have breakfast so i won't comment!!
"The Jackson TN location"
The staff is not friendly at all. I did appreciate the breakfast and the variety was good, however the day I was there, there was a karate competition in town and the staff did not refill breakfast.. She came in to do it, looked at it and then walked out. I worked at a small hotel myself and I know this is sometimes time consuming, BUT it is part of […] your job. The hotel was okay for the money but the hot tub and pool I felt like it needed to be cleaned better.

"Its dated"
For the cost of the hotel, you don't get what you would at a Holiday Inn Express, or a Hampton. The fitness center was in horrible condition, and the place itself is dated.

We have stayed here twice now and like the hotel. My major complaint is with the breakfast. The room can only seat about 10 people. Both times we were there, I did not get breakfast due to everything being gone. That does not make a good start to the day with me!

"worked for what I needed"
The printer did not work and the desk person was no help They did not offer to call their IT people just said it had not worked for some time. This was a big deal as I COULD NOT PRINT OUT BOARDING PASSES FOR MY FLIGHT OUT.
"Needs Improvement"
Front Desk Clerk was efficient but mechanical and not very friendly. Noisy atmosphere: kids running in hallways, rooms not soundproofed, poor selections for continental breakfast, and staff using guest breakfast area to feed themselves and their family members. My advice: This is a hotel to avoid. Spend an extra $20 and stay at a better hotel.
"Great location and clean"
This motel is in a very nice area, right off of 40. The motel was clean. Yes we would stay there again.
"Get what you pay for."
It was fine for the money. The pool area was great. The room was okay. The sink didn't drain well, and you had to hold the handle down to get the toilet to completely flush. They did have a leak down the hall while we were there, and the musty smell was very strong in the hall. But it never did get in the room. We couldn't find a do not disturb sign […] and the next morning my husband slept in because he had been up late working and housekeeping came in while he was still in bed. So, be sure to get a sign on your door the day you arrive. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. For the price, it was adequate, but if you are used to staying in a 3-4 star hotel this will definitely be a disappointment. Lisez la suite

This was an outstanding hotel-quiet,clean and comfortable and in an idea location. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this establishment to all of my friends who are passing through this area.

Baymont Inn and Suites in Jackson, TN needs a bit of work. Each time I came to the front desk I had to wait and sometimes ring the bell more than once to get service. The breakfast was not sufficient in quality nor quantity and I was forced to go elsewhere for food. The pool did not have enough towells for the people swimming.

My stay at the Baymont Inn in Jackson, TN was great. Although I didn't get an opportunity to use all the amenities due to my schedule, I did make a point of validating them and was quite satisified. The condition of the room and the service were most impressive.

We stayed at Baymonet Inn a few years ago and it was really nice and clean. So when we planned this trip there was no question in what hotel we would stay in. We stayed for 3 nights this time and it was great. The hotel staff were very nice and it has been taking care of. Our room was nice and clean as well as the hotel. "Very comfortable room"
We enjoyed out stay and rooms were very comfortable. The bed was great. The room was clean. The only problem I had was the air conditioning was not very cool and we couldnt get it to go down any lower. We stayed in room 128 which was very convienent to the entrance/exit. I travel to Jackson tn area and will stay again.

The hotel was fine for the price, but they claimed to have waffles and there were none. The closest thing to real breakfast was toastable french toast.
