Waikiki Parc Hotel - Honolulu

I found the hotel in a great location, close to beach and shops.The room was clean and modern.Staff were friendly and helpful.I would stay there again on my next holiday.

We are a couple and were looking for a nice hotel that is close to the beach. The location is great, right behind the beach, and service was good too, we also enjoyed the free Valet parking. However, the room was slightly disappointing, it was quite loud and the view was to a car park (very common in Waikiki though, as we found out during other stays). […] Please note that other hotels in Waikiki have similar short commings, so relatively speaking the Waikiki Parc Hotel was very nice I would recommend the hotel, it is definitely convenient, but we felt we overpaid for the quality of the room Lisez la suite

Hotel is very convenient for both the beach and Waikiki in general. The staff is super friendly and efficient. We had an issue with our in room safe, the battery died, and a maintenance person was at our room in less than 5 minutes after we reported the problem. The only downside is you do hear the beeping of buses and trucks when they make delilveries […] in the wee hours of the morning. Ear plugs may be necessary if you are a light sleeper. Position is great near major area. The good thing it's located on a very quiet location. Hotel has a nice pool, and their sister hotel infront has the beach front. Anyway, the beach was about 1min walk away. This is a peaceful hotel with very good amenities. Staffs are super friendly

The Waikiki Parc is well located, one block from the beach and The Beach Walk shops and restaurants. We had a nice room with a spacious patio near the pool deck with a partial view of the ocean. The room was clean and comfy, nice pillows bedding and towels, plantation shutters and a flat screen tv. Excellent service and delicious food in Nobu restaurant […] downstairs, with a discount for hotel guests. We only stayed one night on a layover enroute to Australia. What we thought would just be an inconvenient delay in getting to our destination, ended up being a delightful stay and well worth the taxi fare ($40 each way) and the extra cost for the hotel near the beach. Way better than staying in a dump at the airport. The staff was very friendly, happy and helpful. The adjacent beach front properties provide plenty of activities and rentals for fun in the waves. Nice hotel with Nobu restaurant. We thought it was on the beach, but you actually have to go down this narrow path between two other hotels to get there. But not bad of a walk. Free parking was nice. We booked a city view with a King Size bed. But, when we checked in, they had no Kings avialable. So, we ended up with an upgraded room (Mountain view) […] BUT with two full size beds. I like staying at this hotel. It's very nice and it's a little expensive at times but not as expensive as some of the others. It's worth what you pay for.

We stayed 2 nights at the Waikiki Parc hotel and were very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and helpful with providing information about local restaurants and shuttle information to and from the airport and Pearl Harbor.

Great hotel for the price-Pool and Gym are average, but close to all things you come for, and staff is ultra freindly.

Perfect location to get in and around the nightlife in Waikiki. Extremely close to the beach. The rooms were clean and had a classy touch.

The Waikiki Parc is located in an excellent area of Waikiki, close to the excellent beach and many restaurants, with high-end shopping opportunities also immediately nearby.

The Parc staff went above and beyond their responsibility to their customers (us). We had a horrible travel schedule through Honolulu arriving at 7 am and departing at 1030 pm the next night. Their friendly staff stored our bags, allowed us a day shower to clean up, provided us beach gear and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early after returning […] from a day at the Wikiki beach. On our departure day, they allowed us to store our bags, relax by the pool, loaned us beach gear, and allowed us use of the day room shower to clean up prior to traveling the following evening. We will stay at the Parc next time we are in HI. The staff was top notch and we could not find a speck of dust anywhere in the building, room, facilities, or even the hallways. Thumbs up from us..... Hotel was great, in a good location. Only extra charge was the internet in the room.

This hotel is amazing. Service was top notch and having Nobu in the hotel was more than expected. The only negatives were that there was no wifi offered in the room at all. We had to sit in the lobby to get online and only could be on for 15 mins at a time. The other is that the pool was only 4 ft deep and there was not hot tub. We couldn't be happier with this hotel. The location was perfect - near to the beach, restaurants, shops, tour departure area, etc. It was small enough to feel that you were getting personalized attention, but not so small that they didn't offer a full range of amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive. We never had to wait more than 2 minutes […] to get our car parked in the valet parking (which was included in the hotel.com rate!) They had a free wine and cheese happy hour which was a nice touch. The room was a little cramped for us 2 adults and 2 teenaged children, but this is not atypical. I would give a 4~5 star to this hotel. Clean, contemporary , and kind staff. Our room was a little small, but acceptable. The only little things are that the shower curtain did not smell nice, and the bed sheets were kind of small, so they shifted and came out after sleeping one night. I will stay here again.

Pros: Ocean view. One block from beach, one block from Kalakaua Ave. So easy access to surf and food. Free coffee in morning from restaurant and from Bus Ctr in afternoon. Fitness center. Pool deck is nice. Cons: Oceanview rooms have ocean view but no view to Diamond head as the monster Sheraton obscures everything to the left (check it out on google […] maps). A/C really doesn't work well enough in rooms. Pool deck can be a little windy and heavily shaded by Sheraton. Noise from delivery/garbage trucks to sheraton can be distracting in nighttime hours. We arrived early and the hotel was able to check us into our room before noon which was great since in Hawaii you don't want to leave things like suitcases in full view while parked, it just invites crime which we heard over and over again. The pool was very nice with very comfy couches around the pool although a hot tub would have made it better. When […] we left our sliding glass door open at night to hear the surf we were rudely awakened very early in the morning by the trash trucks below, although a small sacrifice considering the incredible view from our balcony. Very nice hotel, great location, staff was wonderful! Very happy with the choice we made to stay here! Stinks to pay 20.00/day for parking but that seems standard in Hawaii.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff was exceptional. The big drawback was the street the hotel was on was very noisy around 5:00am as trash trucks,delivery trucks could be heard and woke me up each morning. The hotel had 3 computers free of charge which was nice as most of the time they were not in use. Rooms are small and especially the bathroom. […] However in honolulu you spend most of your time away from the room. We had a nice ocean view room. The hotel is quite nice, with a trendy lobby. We had a 23rd floor city view room, which was spectacular. The size of the room was reasonable. The hotel is quiet with excellent soundproofing and few rooms/floor. I don't think I ever saw another guest in the hallway on our floor in four days. I needed a place to stay for one night as we were headed back to the mainland after 5 days. The Parc was 1/2 block from the beach and after check-in I was told we also had "use" of their sister property the Halekulani. The Parc was within walking distance of the beach, shopping, restaurants, and was only a 20 minute drive to the airport. Ate at Nobu […] on ground floor, the cucumber sushi and the beef were outstanding. Great atmosphere and drinks were very good. Rooms might be a bit on the small side, but only needed to use it for sleeping...your in Hawaii. Overall, great place, would stay again if in Honolulu. Lisez la suite

Older hotel that was been recently renovated. Very sleek and modern lobby. Superb staff. The rooms still show some signs of their older roots, but most people would never notice. Great hotel value, and the location couldn't be any better for restaurants and shopping. A decent beach is about 2 blocks away. Highly recommended.

Our expectations were exceedingly overreached by the staff and the response to our needs. With the hotel so close to the beach, we were pleasantly surprised wiht the ease of going to the beach and being able to use two different adjoining resports for entertainment and meals. Our meals at the Wakiki Parc were excellent in every way. With top quality […] shoping just a block away and all services required easily obtained, we would readily use this hotel in future stays. Waikiki Parc was a good hotel for two nights in Honolulu. The staff was very polite and helpful and upgraded us to an ocean view. The room was small with two double bed and no place to sit other than the chair at the desk. There were three of us, so it was tight. Nice having Nobu on the lobby level. The Waikiki Parc is a great value if you're looking for a nice, modern room and a great location. Can walk everywhere from Alamoana Shopping Center to Diamond Head and everywhere in Waikiki. Very quiet location despite being in the heart of Waikiki. Also has a great pool and very close to beach access.

Very chic hotel. Lobby was cool, rooms were smartly decorated. Staff was very helpful. Great location, within walking distance to everything. The only downside was that our bathroom had a musty smell. Other than that, everything was great!

At first glance, Waikiki Parc Hotel looks like an upscale, nothing but the best hotel. The check in went flawlessly, however when we got to our room, that is a different story. The room was small, there was potato chips on the floor from the previous guests and the bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. We immediately went back down stairs to talk […] to the manager. He told us that he would look at the room himself and send someone to clean it. I suggest that we wanted another room, but he said that the hotel was full and that was not possible. I know that there were rooms left because they offered an upgrade to the couples checking in next to us. After they "cleaned" the room we went back and did not see any chips on the floor, but the bathroom smelled like it was still unclean. We chose this hotel because of its location near but not on Waikiki Beach. We had a view of the ocean and a shady balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby, including Orchids where we enjoyed a spectacular dinner. The desk allowed us early checkin, so we could catch up on sleep after an overnight flight. This hotel had a great location. Was walking distance to all the sites in waikiki. Right next to a trolly and bus stop for anything else in honolulu. Pool was not great but beach is less than 100 yards away. Would recommend walking a little down the beach toward diamond head for softer sand with less shells. Hotel offers free rentals for boogy boards, […] chairs, surfboards, and floats...saves a lot of money, but have to get them before they run out. The hotel itself was great. The staff was even better. The only minus was the noise (car alarms, trucks backing up). Even with that, i would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel has become our instant favorite. We were greeted with friendly service from day one. We fell in love with the hotel's sleek modern style. Our room, refreshing and soothing. Convenient, comfortable room and concierge and hotel personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Love staying on Waikiki and being so close to the beach. Beach view pretty good, but buildings kind of in the way. Did not like the restaurant.

It was a small hotel. There is basically no front lobby. Parking was expensive and inconvenient. The parking lot was tiny. Self parking was about 2 blocks away and it was $10 per 24 hours. I stayed at the ocean view room but the view was pretty dissapointing and we ended up keeping the blind shut all day. The hotel is close to everything including Waikik […] beach. Boutique type hotel. Modern decor, clean and simple, adorned by color. Convenient to Waikiki Beach. Hotel staff exceptionally polite. Would come back again. Room a little tight for 4 persons, but not a problem with a 3 day stay.

If you are on a budget this is a nice hotel that is close to the City life in Waikiki. Pool is a bit of a disappointment on the 8th floor of the hotel with views of other buildings. My Deluxe Mountain view room was really a view of a couple parking lots with the Mountains in the background behind the high rise buildings. Can't really leave your lanai […] door open because of the City noise. Room was very clean, maid service excellent. If you are used to the Royal Hawaiian or Moana Surfrider this will be a disappointment, but...it was a good value for the money. If you are looking for a romantic tropical get-away this is not the place for you. Since this hotel is located directly behind a couple beachfront hotels, the price seemed to be lower. My Wife and I spent part of our honeymoon in this hotel. We had a great view and they even gave us a gift for being on our honeymoon. The concierge set us up with a great Luau. They had places to check email and print boarding passes.
