"Maybe the best of lLondon"
The hotel was charming. A grand dame if there ever was one. The staff was perfect in their friendliness and stop at nothing to help. The food was outstanding and despite its cost, was worth every cent and more. We were a little away from central London but the Marylebone station was steps away to wisk you anywhere you wanted.

"The Landmark London"
Gorgeous hotel in a convenient location. The only downfalls I found were with the restaurant which was extremely pricey and I missed having a coffee/ hot water pot in the room (room service costs were VERY pricey as well). There is a Marks and Spencer simply food right across the street at the Marylebone station which can compensate however.
"One night stay"
Top hotel but be warned. No kettle in your room. Struth - the only thing I want first thing in the morning is a tea bag, a plastic pot of milk and a kettle. £22 sir......
"Exquisite Traditional London Hotel"
Traditional London at its best.....this is an exquisite hotel and one of the finest in London for or those who want a traditional and not a contemporary hotel without sacrificing quality. Sandstone walls in lobby with gothic arches and marble floors open out into a palm filled atrium lavishly decorated for a traditional Christmas set the stage for a […] magical London holiday getaway. Lavish large marble bathrooms, large rooms in all categories which include heavenly beds and beautiful atrium views create an atmosphere of refined elegance. The staff was friendly, attentive and cooperative. We preferred Hyde Park corner location but this hotel was far superior to the Hyde Park 5 star hotels most of which are contemporary and commercialized and this will be our choice now when we visit London, It could not have been a better experience. great hotel for the price...
"The Landmark Hotel, london"
Immaculate hotel. Very pleasent staff. Enjoyed dinner & breakfast. Stones throw from Marylebone Tube station.
"great but..."
This is a terrific hotel. Wonderful service. Convenient even if the neighborhood is a little dull. But it's easy to get to where you need to go. The biggest issue for me was having to take a smoking room when I reserved a non-smoking room. I thought this was going to be a deal breaker but there was not really a significant smell of smoke in the room, […] and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy, offering to clean it again on the spot, spray room freshener, etc. Lisez la suite

Rooms, building, situation very good. Experience spoiled by charges for use of swimming pool and crazy cost of breakfast.
"Amazing stay"
A real 5 star with a perfect location! Will stay again for sure.
"Landmark historic big hotel"
We enjoyed our three days at the Landmark hotel. The lobby was spacious and lovely and the room relatively large and comfortable for a European hotel. It was easy access to tube stations and not exorbitantly priced for a five star hotel. Room service was pleasant and tasty and priced to be expected. I appreciated small touches like umbrella available […] to take with and oversized tub and comfortable bed. Only complaint was since I had an inward facing room I found it difficult to gauge the weather since I couldn't see outside of the hotel. Nonetheless the view from my inward facing window was quite pleasant. Lisez la suite
"Not a 5-star"
My office inadvertently booked me into the Landmark instead of the Langham. Fine, I thought; let's try a new place in London. Bad idea. The hotel looks ominous from the get-go. The concierge staff are a bit too "mate" and not enough "sir." The front desk failed to deliver newspapers to the room, despite -- upon check-in and the following morning -- […] two specific requests that they do so. And the room was pretty bare bones -- a dingy comforter (not duvet), a bed as hard as a plank, irregular cleaning service and no tea kettle. Oh -- and $23/day for internet. Maybe that flew five years ago, but at a 5-star today? On the plus-side, I did arrive early and they were able to accommodate me with a room. And if you need easy access to the tube, it's right there. Still, this is not a 5-star hotel. It's a monstrous place that caters to trade groups and package tourists. I'll stay on at the Langham from now on.... Lisez la suite
"Big"
Nice stay, large hotel with big/grand rooms and the room was very large and quite lovely, i will go back.
"Landmark Hotel in London"
Our family of 4 stayed there for 5 days at the end of August 2011. Location is close to metro and double decker buses. Hotel was nice and clean and not super expensive. There is free internet room with only 2 computers for the whole hotel. In room internet is very expensive. Make sure there is no wedding scheduled when you are there, or you will not […] get any sleep until 1am because of noise (especially if your room is in lower floors). Also be warned that conceirge service is not free and they will charge you extra when you buys anything from them (Bus tickets, etc). Lisez la suite
"Room great - Location OK- help not so OK"
Arrived from overnight flight and room not ready. Understandable but guest had checked out of the room so it could be ready soon but the officious woman at the desk said it would be up to 3 hours. Concierge did not seem to know much - not even Chartwell - one of the most visited sights in UK. Room was great; breakfast was so expensive. Location was […] right across from a train station. Two free computers to use. Lisez la suite

"Landmark steps away from the tube!"
We loved this hotel. it is very nice and elegant. It is very close to a nice tube station that has a convenient store and other restaurants. Staying here made travel very easy around London. We loved everything about it. Did not like the fact that you have to pay to use the pool. Other than that I would there again in the future.

"Great Hotel"
The landmark is my favorite hotel in London. The hotel is classy, has understated elegance, a nice swimming pool, a beautiful lobby, a great bar open until late, nice staff, and a perfect location. It is amazing!
"Landmark London- a beautiful property"
Was pleasantly suprised by the quality of the hotel. Beautiful room, great concierge and a pretty inner court. Room service was about twenty minutes and did not eat breakfast so cannot report. A little far from my usual stays but the taxis and tube were easy to access. Marleybone high street is very pleasant and Baker street a good route to Oxford street. […] Would definitely return. "The Landmark is perfect for a shopping trip"
Myself and a friend stayed here for a shopping trip and it was perfect. Great hotel and location. We ate in the winter garden restaurant which was lovely but expensive. Would stay here again but eat out next time.
"Just beautiful"
Great hotel, certainly one of the best, the only negative point was that the room was smelly, probably a previously smoking room (I requested a non-smoking room)
"1st Class Service - Large Rooms for Europe!"
The service at the Landmark London is probably one of the best I have experienced worldwide - and I have stayed in A LOT of hotel rooms.

"London Landmark"
We were surprised at how great the location of the hotel was, right next to the Marylebone station of the Underground, but still a quiet safe neighborhood like feel in central London. Very clean and surprisingly BIG rooms were excellent. Loved the interior facing rooms with a skylight over the common area. Best Hotel of the 6 we stayed in on our 2 week […] Europe tour! Only negative was the breakfast NOT included in the rooms, and it was very expensive! Also, there was a charge for wifi in the rooms, which I can't stand when 4-5 star Hotels charge for wifi! "landmark - stay away from this hotel"
bad service - they will tell you why they don't make eggs over easy ,thin walls and doors - you can hear people walking down the corridor, away from central london resulting in a lot of taxi rides, pretentious staff, over priced, would not wait to get out
"Great for adults, not really meant for children"
The hotel is beautiful, and the service and location are fantastic. It's very convenient to hop on the bus and get directly to all of the places of interest: shopping, site seeing, dining, etc.. If you have children, the downside is that the pool is off limits to children most of the day. And, on top of that, they want to charge a lot to swim in it. […] This is the first hotel in my vast travels to actually get charged for access to a swimming pool with very limited time slots for kids. Because of this, I cannot recommend this hotel to families with young children. Otherwise, if your children are over 18, then everything is fine. Lisez la suite
"Landmark Hotel"
Perfect services, amazing afternoon teatime. Take the time to have dinner at the Wintergarden Restaurant - you will enjoy it very much.
"A good hotel in a good location for a good price."
Worth the money. Not too expensive for such a good property. The tube and tour busses are all nearby. Hotel staff was very helpfull.
"Great!"
Fantastic hotel in a great location. We were made to feel very welcome and the room was very comfortable. Only minor downside was the shower - very difficult to control temprature. Otherwise highly recommended.
"Wonderful hotel"
My daughter and I stayed at the Landmark for the weekend and it was amazing .We had treatments in the Spa which was Lovely and luxurious . Breakfast was superb .Staff were very professional and helpful,.our room was a good size and had all comforts. We could not fault this beautiful hotel and its location ..
"Great Hotel"
The Landmark was an excellent hotel and lived up to it's 5 Star rating. The rooms were spacious particularly for a European hotel. The Underground was across the street which was great. The one comment I would make is the restrauants/bars in the hotel are very pricy but I guess that is to be expected for a 5 star hotel.
"Stunning hotel"
Absolutely loved this hotel & would definately stay there again. Great location next to Marylebone Station so really easy to get around London. Reception & concierge staff extremely accommodating, we were upgraded to better room - it was luxurious and the bathroom & bedroom spotlessly clean. Car park expensive, £40 for 24 hours but what do you expect […] - it's a 5 star hotel in central London. Lisez la suite
"Expectations are rarely met but this is an exception"
We spent a weekend break here and after reading the reviews we were not disappointed. We stayed away from the minibar and menus but made full use of the small but excellent Spa which is free if you pay for treatments. The staff are indeed very helpful and pleasant. We will be going back.
