"Terrible service"
This was the wors hotel I experienced in 10 years. First is that when we checkt in they ware saying that we don't have reservation with them. we had to wait. The front desk very ferm spoken. The room it was very very min veiw it wasent the one I was expected. We forgat a charger , we called them about 4 time and they sad nothing found, mabe because […] I did not left tip? I wan't happy with the hole thing in this hotel. Thank you Lisez la suite

Ideal to take in all the riverside facilities - disappointing that the car park was not part of the price!

"Great New Years Eve Stay"
We had a very comfortable stay, a beautiful buffet dinner with live Opera and everyonie was helpfull adn friendly. We will stay there again soon.
"poor service"
messed up our dinner reservations for New Year's eve. Loud parties in hotel rooms kept us up all night long. Any complaints fell on deaf ears.
"OK hotel with good location - stunning view"
Everything was fine, the kids loved the outdoor pool (we went in late December but the outdoor pool was heated). BUT I parked less than 24 hour in the parking lot under the Hotel - it was 55 dollars!!
"Beautiful intro to Canada"
This hotel is beautiful with a breathtaking foyer area and views. Perfect location for cruise departures or if you re visiting Vancouver or transiting to another area in Canada. Only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer. Beautiful views from rooms, tea/coffee facilities in room and rooms large, roomy and very stylishly modern.

"expensive"
Too many extra charge. The room is quite small for what I pay for. But, it is pretty clean, and the staff is very nice too.
"the pan pacific -a great water view"
a must for dinner, great food
A must for anyone taking cruise from vancouver, the service of taking luggage to the ship is a great help and the position close to all the sights around the harbour

LOVED THE LOCATION QUALITY, ETC BUT IT WAS A LITTLE PRICEY. NEXT TIME I WILL CHECK OTHER HOTELS NEARBY FOR RATES.
"Is ok but there r better"
Stayed here for a night. Hotel rooms r dated and needs a Reno. Toilet paper is the cheap single ply type so u can imagine wat the rest of the room's like. There r def better hotels in the same area which'll cost not much more if u get the right deal
"Great Stay"
Everything went great at this hotel. Location was perfect and the room top-notch. Would recommend highly.
"Pan Pacific - the ideal location at the hub of Van"
Excellent hotel and setting, extra for harbour view well worth it. Central to all main attractions in downtown Vancouver. Only negative is that the swimming pool and sunbathing area always seemed to be in the shade!
"Pan Pacific Over-Rated"
We would not stay here again. Except for the porters, who were terrific, the employees were sullen and lied rather than take responsibility for their mistakes. I don't think morale is good at the hotel and the employees do not seem to like serving the guests. Perhaps they are jaded from catering to the constant cruise ship business. The restaurant food […] was mediocre. The decor was cheap modern and minimalist. There was a general skimping on all things, including linens. For the price, not up to par. We did not feel comfortable nor cared for at this hotel. I should say the concierge staff was helpful. No problem there. Lisez la suite
"Great view in Vancouver"
What a wonderful view and comformable bed. This was a perfect location for boarding the boat for the Alaska cruise.
"Location"
The location of this hotel is fantastic if you are intending to take a cruise to Alaska. The hotel lift takes you straight to the ship terminal. The room was very spacious and the bed was huge.
"Great location and amenities"
The Pan Pacific is a tremendous location for accessing all of Vancouver, especially all the buses, charters, boat trips, etc. Also (relatively) close to Stanley Park (20 min. walk) and many good restaurants. Restaurant on site is expensive, but not outrageously so. Room was a little disappointing for the pretty penny we paid. It was a very nice room […] but not anything outstanding. I guess you're paying for location and view. Services were very good. I would highly recommend, but don't expect a luxurious room. Lisez la suite
"Pan Pacific Vancouver - Perfect"
This was my third time at the Pan Pacific and as usual it was top-rate.It is a fantastic location, close to shopping , dining and siteseeing, but most of all it was a wonderfu lplace to come back to in the evening.

"Pan Pacific Vancouver: convenient to cruise ships"
We chose this hotel because of the convenience to the cruise ship terminal. The room was clean, beds comfortable. The bellman gave good tips about getting to the cruise terminal early, which saved us time embarking.
"Pan Pacific Vancouver: convenient to cruise ships"
We chose this hotel primarily for the convenience to the cruise ship terminal. When our ship docked in the morning it was wonderful to drop our bags with the bellman and just take an elevator up to the lobby. We were able to check in a bit early and were pleased with the harbor view rooms, an upgrade from the city view that we were expecting.
"The place to stay when taking a cruise"
The location of the Pan Pacific is ideal when taking a cruise. We arrived in Vancouver a day early walked around the wharf area, several nice restaurants close by. Left on our cruise to Alaska. A great time was had by all.
"Pan Pacific Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada"
Although this hotel is a large convention hotel, we found it to be fantastic with an extremely accommodating staff that made us feel as if we were staying in a small boutique hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a fantastic view! The Five Sails Restaurant within the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Should we return to Vancouver, we would certainly […] stay at the Pan Pacific. Lisez la suite
"Best hotel to board the Alaskan cruises"
Excellent location if you are staying the night before boarding the cruise ships on Canada Place. The hotel lifts take you down to the Cruise Ship entry level. The other waterfront hotels are further away.

"Pan Pacific Vancouver- close to cruise ship"
We stayed the night before going a cruise to Alaska. The staff looked after our luggage to the cruise ship. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable bed. Tours of the city just outside. Next to Gastown.

"Pan Pacific - Vancouver"
Hotel rooms are very spacious including the bathroom (first time a saw a personal scale in a bathroom too). Four people could easily stay in one room. My kids loved the big screen TV as well. Only quality improvement I noticed was the food at the hotel restaurant - that does not go well with a hig quality hotel.
"Beautiful view of the harbor"
Hotel was very convenient to resturants and other attractions in Vancouver. Rooms are spacious. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Beautiful view of the Vancouver harbor. Concierge was very helpful. Nice to have a Starbucks right outside the hotel. The Big Bus was a great way to view the city in a short amount of time.
"Pan Pacific Hotel"
What a great hotel in a great location of Vancover. The hotel is high class with a great staff, polite and friendly in every way. We liked being right on the edge of the water with a cruise ship docking on each side. If you are cruising, then take advantage of the luggage service from your hotel room to your ship's room. Very convenient. If you fly […] into YVR take a skytrain ride via Canada Line to the Waterfront station whick is only 2.5 short blocks to Pan Pacific. We enjoyed taking a Big Bus tour around Vancover including a one hour ride around Stanley Park. How beautiful. Lisez la suite

"Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver"
This is the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Amenities, staff and location were just excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone and the absolute effiency of using your site to make my booking was nothing less that brilliant. Easy to use, prompt, easy to navigate and incredible rates!

"Great Deal for Vancouver Hotel"
I got a great deal from Hotels.com, that is relative to similar hotels in Vancouver. The room was great. All rooms have a fantastic view of the bay, mountains, departing cruises, and the seaplane service. The location is fantastic. You can walk along the bay to Stanley Park or rent a bicycle to tour the park. Even downtown is not a hard walk, perhaps […] 15 minutes. We walked downtown and took the "aquabus" to Granville Island for a neat afternoon. All in all it was a good deal, keeping in mind that it is a city and stuff is expensive. Lisez la suite
"The Hotel Before/After Your Cruise"
Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We arrived 2 days early for our Alaskan cruise. The hotel is right above the cruise terminal. It is also within walking distance of Stanley Park, Chinatown, and Gastown. Aaron, the bellhop, was very knowledgable about the surrounding area and he gave us many tips for our walking tours. There is a rail line […] from the airport to within 50yds of the hotel (saves some cab fare), There is nothing not to like about the property. Just book early to get the best rate. If you are cruising this is the only place to stay. Lisez la suite
"Pan Pacific Hotel, Vancouver"
The hotel was beautiful, and very comfortable. We did not upgrade to a better view and higher quality linens, as the upgrade was rather expensive. The location was ideal, as we did not even have to go outside of the port when we got off of our cruise ship. We were able to walk to Stanley Park and to the Gastown area. The immediate neighborhood was very […] nice (but there are areas not too far from the hotel that were questionable) and the Concierge was very helpful in selecting and setting up dinner locations. "Great Location, Great Staff...GREAT HOTEL!!!"
One of the best experiences I ever had with a hotel...and I've been to quite a few all over the world! Impressive when you first look upon it, the Pan Pacific (and it's scenic surroundings) was breathtaking. The staff was always very nice and helpful no matter what time of day or night. We stayed in the Downtown view and were not disappointed at all. […] Room was very comfortable with a spectacular view of downtown Vancouver. Only complaint was that there was no wifi in the hotel. The concierge told us we had to go to the Starbucks cafe to use the wifi. Great atmosphere. Overall grade is an A- Lisez la suite
"Pan Pacific in Vancouver, BC"
I've been to this hotel before and so this time was a little disappointed with my room but only because I didn't have the magnificent view of the Harbour I had the first time. Other than that it was lovely. Service extremely friendly, beds so comfy, good showers, clean spacious rooms. Public pay parking right below the hotel....although can be expensive...but […] the hotel does have their own parking fees which can save a few dollars as well as valet parking. All in all I love staying at the Pan Pacific. :) Lisez la suite
"Close to Cruise ship drop off. Vancouver"
Beaufiful hotel, Didn't eat in Restaurants but plenty of restaurants near by. Rooms were large with great views. Would definitely return as long as I had a good price. Otherwise the cost of this hotel was very expensive.
