( pas avant 16 ans ) , pas de photos , .... bel environement . accueil reception parfois un peu froid selon les personnes et aucun effort pour comprendre le français ou une demande en anglais avec un manque de vocabulaire ( mieux vaut avoir un dico avec soit ! )

"house keeping"
although the hotel and rooms are very comfy i feel the house keeping could have been better as glasses had not been moved on occasion and the same with cups and the floor behind the doors had fluff and dust during my stay but apart from this i enjoyed my stay as the staff were very helpful,friendly and would stay again and i will be recommending the […] hotel for any future visits to cork .The hotel is also located in a prime area. I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay but i did have a couple of issues,i would have preferred to have a window in the room that could be opened also the shower was not very good it fell down and broke then i decided to get a bath and the plug would not stay in the bath, and last thing was the bar food menu could have had more choices of food on […] it . "Great Hotel, close to everything"
I had a lovely stay, the staff were very helpful and gave us a map of the city to help us get around. Our room was huge with a great view of the river, very comfortable and though we saw lots of people in the lobby and bar of the hotel we didnt notice any noises from groups at night. I stayed here for one night. It is 10 mins walk from the train station and is therefore very accessible. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and spacious. "Getting a bit worn"
Have stayed here several times, right from the time it opened. It is now a bit rough around the edges. Tile was broken in the bathroom, and most of the floor grouting was missing, stains on the inside bathroom door, hairs on the floor.But a great location, got an internal room as requested. Glad not to have been there the following night as a wedding […] was planned and it was all happening in the central atrium!! The service at Reception was OK but they made mistakes - for example, the person when we checked inf orgot to stap our parking ticket and the person oin the morning when we left was not very helpful as if it was our fault. This is a lovely hotel, the staff are friendly and most helpful. The breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice. We found it difficult to locate but that was because of the on-way system. From the moment we walked into hotel the staff couldn't do enough for us from checking in to leaving , everyone was so pleasant and friendly , the food in kudo was hit and on time, the bar staff didn't have the cocktail I wanted on there menu but I was asked what was in said drink and it was made special for me ,and I wasn't charged more for it like […] I was in another bar.
