Ancien etablissement qui devait être haut de gamme il y a des années. Stationnement : facile. Accueil : tres sommaire. Copie du passeport et du permis de conduire demandés alors qu aucune loi ne l impose ! Chambre : tres grande avec tout le necessaire d un standard eleve. Le mobilier est ancien mais de bonne qualite. L ensemble est propre. Salle de bain : mobilier d il y a une vingtaine d annee mais tout fonctionne. Petit dejeuner : ne comptez pas dessus ! A part une boisson chaude, pain et cereales, il n y a rien a apprecier. Insonorisation : inconnue ! Cela se passe bien avec peu de clients et surtout pas d enfants mais toute conversation dans le couloir "passe" la porte.

Ce grand hôtel avec un hall d'entrée superbe, des suites immenses et confortables, est très bien si vous voulez du calme, un environement très chic et cosy. L'accueil est parfait, mais il faut bien savoir parler l'anglais pas un mot en français! Le restaurant 1060 est une pure merveille, du petit déjeuner au diner c'est un véritable plaisir gustatif !

Hôtel trés bien tenu, calme avec des chambres très confortables et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner copieux et cadre agréable. Acceuil charmant et disponible. Hôte à conseiller assurément.

I am not satisfied about the condition of the hotel room because the toilet was dysfunctional due to the fact that the previous customers flushed something other than what was supposed to be in the toilet. We, as later hotel dwellers, needed to deal with the toilet ourselves with the plunger. Second, the breakfast, even though it's complimentary, was […] recklessly and inconsiderably placed on the counter--e.g. half-dozen of bagels were in its bag, and people had to reach their hands in the bag to get the baked good--it was not hard to imagine that the bagel you had was actually touched by other people's hands fumbling in the bag. That is a big sanitation hazard. The hotel room window cannot be opened--that is a security hazard. The lack of light is the room is also another secuity hazard. The only thing that I think is accetable is the friendliness of the staff; other than that, this hotel is really not what I would recommend even to the budget travellers. Lisez la suite

"Wouldn't stay here again"
This hotel was previously an Econo Lodge and it shows. I chose this hotel because it was a Ramada, and I thought those were more upscale cheaper hotels. However, this place was grungy. I stayed at the hotel for a total of 7 hours and counted every minute until I could leave. A previous reviewer stated there was an odor in the hallway – that was true, […] and it was funky. Not mentioned in description is that there are two building, and the back building which I stayed in, faced a parking lot that in the overnight hours doubled as a truck stop. The room seemed grimy from the minute I opened the door. When I unmade the bed to get in, there was a hole in the bedspread, and the linens were yellowish. There were two pillows, however one of them was lumpy and the other was so flat it was pointless to use. The shower dripped all night, and it was loud enough to hear with the bathroom door shut. I realized that I didn’t pay a lot for this room, but I was expecting it to be decent. I'm not someone who usually complains or needs everything be the newest most up-to-date ... but about 12:30am I was seriously considering finding another hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again, and when people I know travel to the region; I will suggest they stay elsewhere. Lisez la suite

Stayed here for one night. It's located on a highway, near a Denny's and a Dunkin Donuts. Ok if you're only looking to stay a night to get back on the highway the next morning. Horrible otherwise. We tried to see Syracuse, but there isn't much to see, and it requires a bit of driving. The hotel was typical - clean and such - but the noise was awful. "a friendly motel but a bit out of the way"
A bit of confusion at reception as to which room we were allocated...no one seemed to be able to decide !! However, got settled in to the room on the first floor which was large enough but a little dark. No lift so we had to carry cases up and down the stairs. There is a restaurant called Joe's next door and the food there is great, but so plentiful. Had […] a complimentary breakfast of cereals, muffins, bagles and coffee....sadly no fruit juice. "Horrible horrible..."
I booked this hotel because what I wanted to book got sold out while I was in the process of submitting my booking so had to call to make sure I wasn't charged for failed booking, and he found this hotel as an alternative. I should have read hthe reviews before I said yes. This hotel has two buildings and I ended up staying at the second building which […] is next to an overnight truck stopover. I had to listen to trucks coming and going all night and to add to that, somebody put on laundry at 2 AM. I was two rooms down from the laundry room but I could hear the dryer. And the breakfast was just a sad scene. The linens were very old. They had holes and the pillows were really dirty and old. The room itself didn't look that dirty but the linens and all, I was actually worried about bedbugs. I won't stay here or at any other branch of Ramada hotel in the states ever again. I would recommend spending a little bit more if you have to although you don't have to and have a good night sleep which you need when you're travelling. Lisez la suite

The room smelled there was a spider in my bed and there was body hair in my bed it looked like the wolf man was sleeping in my bed. I asked for another room and they switched me without a problem. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff was friendly but I would not recommend it. I stayed at the hotel because I got a good rate but I guess […] you get what you pay for. "the ramada in syracuse"
we booked our stay at this hotel because in the description on the website, it said it had a bar/lounge on premises. the "bar" was in an italian restraunt next door to the hotel. we were disappointed in that. other than that, my boyfriend asked me to be his wife in that room.....so i guess it worked out ok after all!!!!

"Ramada Limited"
The overall experience was marginal, but the straw that broke the camel's back was how the situation was handle regarding the running sneakers I had accidentally left in the room. I have yet been able to speak with anyone that has been able to help or return a call. I thought it would be a very SIMPLE issue to resolve, but I have found it not to be […] that way at all. "NOT CLEAN"
When I crossed the main entrance to access at my room the odor was horrific, I never smelt such a bad odor, funny so my daughter ask me moomy who farted here. They refused to give an infant bed. Our bed was so high. Thank you.

nice chinese nearby. The university is amazing. Not a "happening" place but very comfortable for a stopover and service at the hotel was prompt and friendly. Standard hotel breakfast but nice and available til 10.

The staff are polite, the linens were clean. However, our room smelled so musty and moldy. Also, the bathroom was filthy and this hotel is just pretty run down. "Limited" must be code for nothing like a Ramada hotel at all!!
"An Old Rundown Hotel"
This is an old run down hotel in need of a total renovation. The carpets are dirty, the bedding is stained and the bathroom is a mess. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

we traveled from new york to nigara fall, stayed there for one night. It has good size bedroom and helpful staff. Though this hotel is a bit old, it is good for your money.

"JUST THE BASICS"
This hotel, while in need of a physical upgrade, provides the basics for a short stay. I needed a place to stay the night that was relatively inexpensive and it fit the bill. However, the hotel is about 15 minutes from Syracuse University and should not be listed as such (or should include the distance from the University). Hotel was very clean---people very friendly----in great location for us to shop at both the Waterloo Factory Outlet and the Carrosel Mall!!! Would difinitely stay there again.
Pillows and blankets on bed were not comfortable. Room could have been cleaner. Price was good!
"Cheap and Convient, But older"
My husband i decided to stay here because the price and it was close to where i was having surgery the next day. The hotel was as we expected, older and small, but it was for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

"The room smelled bad!"
The bed was not comfortable. The mattress had stains on it and the sheet had a hole in it. The room smelled really bad!! I would not stay there again!! I've stayed at the Ramada in NYC and it was clean!!!

The price was great, but you definitely get what you pay for. When I checked-in the heat in my room had been off all day, and it was an ice box. I have to request extra blankets from the front desk, and they were like sandpaper blankets. But I have to say, for the price it was sufficient. My expectations are a lot lower when I can pay so little.

"Very comfortable for very cheap."
Great bang or your buck. Was very pleased withthis hotel. Prices were extremely cheap, rooms were quite cozy & very well maintained, to a level way beyond the price point. Staf were friendly & knowledgeable. I WILL stay here again.

Easy to get to off of I 90. Excellent Staff. Only complaint was that the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete.

No complaints about this hotel. It was clean and comfortable, had a decent continental breakfast, and a convenient location. For the modest price, I think it is overall a very good deal.
"Good stay with one exception"
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Our only exception was that someone was given a key to our room and tried to enter. Luckliy we were there to say something before the "intruder" was able to enter the room. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience and we will be back again.
