Nous avons choisi ce hotel, car pas loin de l'aeroport. Bien isolé, car pas de bruit d'avions. Hotel simple, res propre, accueil bien, petit déjeuner inclus. Faites attention à la réservation (si vous etes 4 personnes) que vous avez une chambre avec 2 lits doubles et pas 1 lit double + un canapé lit. On nous a changé la chambre sans problème.

Le Ramada Inn de l'aeroport de Denver est plus moderne que celui de Denver Dowtown.On aimerait trouver, en attendant notre avion, une possibilite de se restaurer sur place. Ayant rendu notre voiture de location nous devons effectuer a pied des trajets non prevus pour cela vers les 2 ou 3 restaurants disponibles dans cette zone d'hotels aeroportuaires. […] Sinon la piscine, une boisson fraiche à l'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, l'acces Internet, la ponctualite de la navette sont apprecies. Our stay was terrible in every way. A pipe burst at Best Western and we were rerouted by a construction worker to the Days Inn next door. We had booked a queen suite at BW, which had two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. The room at DI had no pull-out sofa and was $50 less on hotels.com than the room we booked at BW. The elevator was broken at DI, so […] luggage had to be carried up the stairs. While the room did not smell of smoke, people had obviously been smoking in the hallways. The in-room movies did not work properly and did not play the movie that was selected. We had to go to the front desk to remove the movie from our bill. No compensation was offered by the hotel for the inconvenience, incorrect room-type, broken elevator, etc. Avoid both of these hotels, as there are plenty of other hotels to choose from in this area. The staff was friendly and cordial, I would suggest getting a corkscrew for the guests and keeping it at the front desk, rather than sending them out into the cold night to the Holiday Inn to find one there as I had to do! I booked a room at the Ramada inn and was not told it was a Best western and noone in the area knew either so I drove around for a hour looking for a Ramada inn and It really stunk. The hotel was great but that was a inconveince about the change.

The day we arrived was the day they switched from being a Ramada Inn to being a Best Western. They did not have my reservation but after several calls to Hotels.com ( who didn't know about the change) a hotels.com faxed them the reservation and they honored it. The hotel is now a Best Western. Nothing against them but it is tough to find a Best Western when you are looking for a Ramada Inn. Room was clean but very basic. The air conditioner was stuck on deep-freeze and there wasn't a maintenance man to come and fix it. Rather than move to another room (we were exhausted) we tossed a spare sheet over the unit and managed to deal with it.

When we booked our room it was a Ramada. When we finally found it it had changed to a Best western within 24hrs. Be careful when booking through this website. The parking was atrocious. We finally had to park on the street and walk a ways to the hotel. I think everyone who was flying out just parked their cars in the parking lot and left. The carpet […] in our room was dirty. It looked as if someone had eaten cookies at the table and left the crumbs in the chair. Dropped more crumbs on the carpet and walked through them.There were two dead moths on the floor by the window. We called down to the desk had them bring up a vacuum and I cleaned the carpet myself. The hotel was easy to find and had all that we were looking for, continental breakfast, pool and DIA shuttle. We really liked that the shuttle was free and runs every half hour so. The breakfast was pretty decent as well.

Nice beds and linens, but first we discovered that the phone did not work, they offered us another room, but we didn't really need the phone so we stayed, as the night wore on however it became painfully obvious that the AC was not working. This hotel is going through a name change and will soon be Best Western Plus. We stayed 6 nights while visiting family for an event. It's a bit of a drive to get to Denver and surrounding areas but it's the best area we've found to stay in. The room was comfortable and clean. The washing machine worked fine but the dryer was broken. They didn't have […] a sign on it so we put $3 into it. The front desk clerk gave us our money back but it didn't really help with our load of soaked clothes. Thankfully we had family there and were able to finish it there. We'd stay there again. The only thing that I didn't like was when I came to check in I was at the counter waiting ten minutes maybe waiting for the lady to check me in cuz she checking in someone and when it was my turn for her to check me in some one else comes in and she checks them before me and I was like hello I was here first and she tells me oh I didn't see you .

We stay for one night, since our flight was leaving early the néctar morning and it was great. Clean room and they cbarge you $5 per night to leave your vehicle there instead of the $8 per night at.the Long Term Airport Parking. Shuttle service to Airport was also right on point.

Staying here was a great experience except for one mishap on our last night where another guest was checked into our room and walked in. We spoke to the manager upon checkout and he was excellent and eased our minds about the situation. The jacuzzi room is great, but not if you are stuck next to the elevators and are a light sleeper. I had trouble but […] my husband did not. Overall, the hotel is very well kept and every member of the staff we spoke to was friendly and very helpful. We would stay here again even with the mishap. The shuttle service to/from the airport is a joint venture and the 'wait' to get to the hotel was too long. The trip back to the airport was fine. With this only one slight ding, the hotel was a pleasant experience and would gladly choose it again.

This hotel was alright. There wasn't enough parking nearby. Also, the hotel thought that I had already checked in earlier in the day when I arrived to check in. The hotel seemed to be in good condition. I did notice that when I turned the water on at the sink, it seemed to be backwards, as in, when I turned it to what should have been cold only hot water came and vice versas. Also the toliet seat was very loose. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.
