Location is very convenient, room was clean and room service was excellent!

With free WiFi and continental breakfast at a bargain price, I was able to overlook the slightly odd smell.

The one person who worked at the front desk (her name started with an L) had the worst attitude. Not customer service minded whatsoever. When we asked to talk to her manager/boss she said "they're just gonna tell you the same thing" and REFUSED to let us speak to the person in charge. Motel 8 is not a luxary motel but is a nice place to stay and the people are pleasant to be around. The size of the room could be alittle bigger to move around in though there were two queen size beds. For the price it was worth staying there.

The rooms smell. Had trouble connecting to the internet, also.

Breakfast spread was very good including waffle maker, eggs, fruit. Rooms were nice and clean and well maintained. Wifi worked sporadically. My only complaint is the hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the highway.

This hotel was Very Pleasant, clean, nice rooms, stafff was more than plesant, nice quick breakfast, nice lobby, Internet in room, refrigator, and micro for your convenience. Rooms were very clean and confortable. they did have a safe in the room wit instructions of how to use on top. /Didn't mention a fee. We tested it the night before to see how it […] worked. The next AM we went to use it and it was dead, they call someone to come change the battery in it. I was told that to use it that was considered an insidentals charge and I said last night we only tested it, and she said for our inconvenience they would not charge us for using it the last day. We wanted to leave my husbands laptop computer in it. Maybe I naive but I feel like I should have been told up front of the charge, I do know now if there is ever a safe in the room, I will call the desk and ask about a charge before I use it. I realize this is an economy hotel but the air conditioner was noisy, the room only sort of clean . The carpet was dirty from age. I wouldn't stay there again.

Picked this hotel because, passing through, it was less cost than staying in Denver or Boulder. It's located on a busy corner with rooms facing traffic so there is a lot of noise in the room. The hotel is nice - feels comfortable, with friendly staff.

Stayed here for a week. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. My original reservation was for 5 days for a conference I was attending in Boulder. Stayed an extra couple of days to go hiking. Great location to get to Boulder and Estes Park. I highly recommend, and on future trips will stay here again.

This hotel was ok but not what I expected, it stated a fitness center but you had to go down the street to reach it, it was not in the hotel. The breakfast was well not up to par very little choice of anything. The noise level was unbelievable, day and night, especially the traffic you couldn't even keep your windows open to enjoy the nice weather. FIRST WE KNEW THE FRONT DESK IS ALREADY RUDE, AFTER LONG HOURS OF TRAVEL YOU WANT TO USE THE RESTROOM, SHE RAISED HER VOICE A LITTLE BIT , HESITANT TO LET US USE THEIR WASHROOM AT THE BACK OFFICE, SINCE WE DID NOT YET CHECK IN. SECOND, SHE SAID WE JUST NEED OUR SIGNATURE FOR AUTHORIZATION FOR $50 DOL. IN CASE THERE ARE DAMAGES IN THE ROOM AFTER OUR […] STAY, SHE ALSO TOLD US THAT IT WILL NOT BE CHARGE, THE SECOND WE GOT IN OUR ROOM, WE CHECKED IN OUR I-PHONE, THERE IT WAS THE TRANSACTION OF 50 DOL WAS IN OUR ACCOUNT. THIRD, THE AIRCONDITIONER IN THE ROOM IS 1980'S STYLE. WE CALLED THEM , AND YET WE WERE TOLD IT WAS FINE AND WORKING. THE WORST OF IT ALL WHEN WE LEFT THE HOTEL FOR A STROLL, WE HUNG THE "DO NOT DISTURB" SIGN WHICH MEANS THEY SHOULD NOT GET IN OUR ROOM IRREGARDLESS IF WE ARE THERE OR NO. THAT WAS MOST RUDE, NO HOTEL ETHICAL BEHAVIOR, IF YOU ARE NOT INVITED DO NOT GO IN THE ROOM ESPECIALLY , IF IS NOBODY. This was either our 2nd or third stay at this hotel and each one has been better than the last. The "Check-in" staff was very friendly and helpful. They are obviously well-trained in customer service. The room was comfortable and it seems that a fridge has been added since our last visit which is very helpful.

The motel was full but was very quiet! My only complaint was the lack of accessible outlets close to the beds. I was there with my 3 daughters (teenagers), everyone had to have their cell phones accessible and their was only one outlet, but we had to move furniture to get to it! This is probably the best Super 8 we have stayed in. Very clean, super friendly staff and quiet for being on the corner of a hwy & Main St. Will stay there again when in the area.

hotel staffs appear friendly and helpful. the bedding are clean. the table and the hair dryer are dirty (it is lucky that i wash my hair in the morning); there are stains on the chairs (they need covers if the hotel does not want to replace the chairs); leaks in the bathtub are only covered by tapes.

Great place. Comfy room, Clean and well maintained. Had passes to a nearby (few minutes by car) well equiped gym, which I took advantage of. Some small (tiny) things i noticed: I tuned to IFC on the TV for a movie and got a msg implying this channel not being available, even though it is listed in the hotel's in-room channel guide. Also, coffee pots […] pour spout is too small so u spill some if you don't pour slowly (minor complaints, i know). The room safe charge of $1.50/night can be removed if u ask on check-out; I menion this cuz such charges are a pet peeve of mine, but I was told hotels.com bookings will NOT be subject to this charge in any case. Wifi requires no password, but this means your use of it is more easily subject to being intercepted by hackers, so best not to login to password protected sites from your room. Lisez la suite

We wanted to be close to downtown and this was convenient. The hotel was clean staff was friendly and we would stay there again.

Well, you get what you pay for. this hotel has old rooms and bad breakfast, but then again for the price I think you can look past that.

We checked in late to a pleasant clerk. The room was fine, bed comfortable, sheets clean, and bathroom clean. There was dirt and garbage behind the furniture when I was looking for an electrical outlet.

Very decent hotel for the price. Room was very clean. It was located outside the main town, which was good, less traffic and stop lights. It was at a major intersection though. And Wal-mart was right across the street.

We had a good experience staying at this hotel. It is close to restaurants, Walmart, etc. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is dog friendly, also, and it was quiet.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were kind of small but all we needed was a place to sleep after we got done site seeing. My only complaints were the rooms, even though they were clean it still seemed a little dirty and the stupid electronic key card for the back door seemed to only work for my wife.

High value for this easy access to Estes Park area. Close by eateries and shopping without the tourist traps and higher costs at Estes. Rooms met expectations.

Comparing to the outragous price of hotels in Estats Park, this hotel has an acceptable price. It is less than one hour's drive from Rocky Mountain National Park. It is close to a super War-mart. The breakfast is good. The room doesn't smell good and the carpet is dirty, other than that, the room is clean.

I had good stay and found hotel neat and clean.

Only problem was the smell of smoke when people disregard the no smoking signs on room doors.
