Excellent hôtel situé dans un environnement boisé et calme. Superbe piscine et belle salle de gym. Hébergement très plaisant et commode pour visiter les sites touristiques situés à Tarrington, à conditions toutefois d'être motorisé.

Tres belle chambre spacieuse et confortable. Belle et grande salle de bain avec baignoire jacuzzi. Parking securise a l'arriere de l'hotel. Proche des sites d'interet du Bronx comme le Zoo par exemple. Excellent petit-dejeuner varie et copieux. Personnel agreable et serviable.
Situation
A Stamford, l'établissement Super 8 Stamford Greenwich Nyc se trouve tout près des sites suivants : E. Gaynor Brennan Golf Course, Rich Forum et Théâtre Palace. Les sites Stamford Public Library - Ferguson Library et Stamford Town Center se trouvent également à proximité.

"Hôtel craignos dans un quartier craignos"
A 50m de l'autoroute, les prostituées sur le parking, garer la voiture de location n'inspirait pas confiance. Le quartier ressemble a un ghetto... Personnel absent. Chambre spacieuse mais sale. TRES bruyant, le couloir est un moulin. Petit déjeuner pitoyable. A 40min de Manhattan en voiture, le seul point positif.

it was okay to stay the one night but the power kept going off and on so it was pretty distracting. complimentary breakfast was good. Everything like hair dryers, etc were in the room. Our tv didn't work when we got there but they fixed when we told them about it.

Overall the stay was really good. The hotel room was clean and I love the microwave and fridge in the room. Ideal location-quick, affordable location and access to train to NYC.

"Improving"
I stay in Stamford annually for 2-3 nights when I come home. This hotel has been through many owners over the years and for awhile it was looking rather rundown. And had an unruly clientele, that aspect may still be the same and maybe I just lucky during my recent stay with quiet surroundings. But since LQ took it over it's been slowly improving. The […] elevator no longer looks like a service elevator, the rooms now look more modern and cleaner. This hotel is not 5-star, but it's definitely moved from maybe a 2-star to a 3-to-3.5 star on it's way to a 4. I feel more confident staying there next year. Lisez la suite

"Just for a night"
No bad if you need a room for a night. Would not stay there for any length of time.

I was very uncomfortable staying in this hotel. The complimentary breakfast consisted of two day old donuts and bagels.
"A great place to spend the night"
I came into town to see a show taping and spent one night here. I got in after midnight, and the check-in was very speedy. The room was clean and quiet. There was lots of parking, and the breakfast in the morning was ok. One guy did eat all the waffles, but whatever. lol I'd definitely stay there again.

"Aweful smelly hotel"
We stayed here and the Red Roof Inn for the same price, and Red Roof felt like a palace of cleanliness after this hotel. The "non smoking" room was almost impossible to breath in because of the smoke smell, the elevator and hallways were falling apart and a lot of unsavory characters were hanging out by the front door. Good no frills place to stay. Easy access to train station, and Rt 95.
During Huricane Irene the hotel had no power for two days. There was no generator to provide emergency power for emergency lights. My wife had to make the beds fio thsese tow days fo clean towels provided during the blackout. It was a disaster. No apologies from mangement
The are of the hotel is not a very polished neighborhood. It is very easy to find, right off of the highway, with plenty of off street parking. The inside of our room was absoloutly beautiful. It was VERY clean, and the beds and linens were like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel was equiped with a cute little kitchen with a stovetop, a microwave, a mini […] fridge, and table. "Price is right but comfort not there"
Decent price for the area but the hotel isn't in the greatest part of town. If you are looking for an inexpensive place near NYC & Greenwich this is the place... if you want comfort and luxery and nice places to eat within walking distance... stay away. "Good for 1 night"
This hotel was fine for an overnight stay close to the Stamford area. I think I overpaid a bit but the room was decent.

We were woken up 3 times first 5:30 am with noisy guests coming and going down the halls and again by the maids at 6:30 am and a third time at 8:00 am by more noisy guests near the breakfast room and I asked at the front desk for the most quiet room in the hotel he could find after his long cigarette break and waited almost 20:00 minutes just for someone […] to help us check in, a horrible stay here period, spend $10.00 more and stay at a much better hotel is my advise. and when I asked for a free stay or another free night I refused to be helped in anyway, horrible way of doing business. "OK for the price"
It was an OK hotel for the price. Staff were not friendly but not nasty either, just there. It was a pretty good place but really noisy at night with the highway so close. The neighborhood was a little dicy as well. I will probably pay more next time for a nicer place.

"Super8 in Stamford, CT"
Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal immer sehr freundlich und die Lage direkt am Highway 95 optimal, da wir sehr viele Touren mit dem Auto unternahmen. Die Bahnstation war auch nicht zu weit entfernt (ca.5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Für Reisende, welche das Hotel nur zum Schlafen und Duschen benötigen ist es jederzeit zu empfehlen. Auch die Nähe zu New […] York (mit dem Zug ca.40 Minuten) ist ok. Gute Restaurants gibt es jede Menge im Umkreis von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
