I have stayed in this hotel before but this stay was not to my satisfaction. I had booked this hotel for 2 nights. My first night was noisy with people coming and going all night. I left early the next day to attend meetings. When I got back to my room about 5:00 my room door was open. This really scared me. I got someone from the front desk to come […] in and check my room. Nothing was missing. I noticed later that the door does not latch every time the door is shut. As I was walking down the hall several of the doors were not latched. The hotel management were very sorry and did give me a letter for a 1 night free stay. I am really going to think twice before I book this hotel again. Lisez la suite

The room was very clean but musty smelling. The bed was a little saggy but supportive enough. Carpets are badly worn and bedding was threadbare. Bathroom was very clean but again needs a full renovation; the water pressure was good and plenty of hot water.The staff was attentive and responsive to needs. I had a heavy suitcase and had a struggle pulling […] it up the stairs. I left early the next morning and don't know what the complimentary breakfast was like. "Great mattress, poor bathroom"
Just stopped for one night on my way to Iowa, booked for the low rate plus decent reviews. The mattress was PERFECT! I was truly surprised at how well I slept, especially compared to the poorer mattress at the 4-star hotel I stayed at the next night. HOWEVER -- the bathroom left a lot to be desired. I wanted to take a hot bath before sleeping, but dared […] not in the stained and peeling plastic tub. The bathroom was meeker than the cheapest apartment I've ever seen. I'm surprised that the room was booked with the tub in that condition. Breakfast was okay, carb heavy, but I guess that's to be expected. CLEAN ROOM, EASYMOBILITY, NICE,FRIENDLY STAFF. WOULD RECOMMEND IT. WAS VERY AFFORDABLE. WILL USE AGAIN.
"Good time"
The hotel is right oft the interstate and easy to get to. the only problem is that an air conditioner was located right next to the breakfast food for the food area and it needed to be cleaned.

For a Super 8, it was fine. We mostly just needed a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable for one adult or a child and an adult. We had to leave before breakfast time, but fruit, coffee and hot water for tea or hot chocolate was available. Nice, clean and worth the price paid. Road construction getting into place late at night made it a challange. Could have offered more for breakfast. Would stay there again.

"a touch overpriced"
Got to hotel. Staff was nice. Seemed like he had a long day and was very tired. Gave us a basement room that smelled like mold and mildew (recent flooding in the area I assume). We politely asked for an upstairs room. He abliged. Room was a lot better but then lacked a refrigerator. So we were then forced to purchase a giant cooler for the groceries […] we had picked up for our stay. Continental breakfast was pretty good. Overall a touch over priced, but decent. Lisez la suite
The hotel was nice place to stay after a long day on the road.The staff was very nice and asked if they could be of help on any thing. One thing I would like to see is more takeout menus for delivery.

"Cheap, Basic Motel...Could do better"
I chose this motel due to its good price. But, as soon as I entered the room and smelled the intense musty odor, I had second thoughts. Bar soap was tiny and the shower wouldn't drain properly. (Wouldn't they notice this when they clean the shower?) Next time I will pay a bit more and be much more comfortable.

I cancelled the super 8 hotel in Keokuk, Iowa because my non-smoking room smelled like smoke. In Omaha the bottom floor was smoking and you could still smell it on the 3rd floor. No elevator to take our luggage up and c ouldn't stay on the first floor. Needless to say I will not stay in a Super 8 motel again and would not recommend it,

Positive: Room was clean. Wireless worked fine. Breakfast was included. Negative: Only one washcloth and one hand towel provided in the bathroom. Breakfast not good: Juice dispenser was inop. The waffle iron was broken. The coffee was luke-warm.

My stay at this hotel was really great. I was treated royally by the night staff when I was late in arriving. I was very tired and the night staff made me very comfortable. I even was able to book an extra night stay.

Clean, inexpensive hotel with the convenience of a continental breakfast in the morning. I'm not too picky about hotels as long as they are clean, have good service and have a convenient location and this hotel was just that. I would stay there again.
The gentleman at customer service did a good job, very courteous and such...however, the room was REALLY stinky, and there was a trucker who ran his semi ALL NIGHT long which was VERY annoying, but most of all the room really smelled. So, the next morning I asked for another room, explained why, and got a great room that I was satisfied with. The room […] was clean, smelled nice, and it was quiet which I was thankful for. "Clean, standard Super 8"
Clean, simple room. Convenient for traveling through. Good breakfast with waffles. We arrived very late, but still received a fast check-in with great service.

"Not bad for the price"
Convenient location, 20 minutes from Strategic Air Command, 10 from the Zoo or Old Market. Service was great but we were on the bottom floor and the room was VERY musty/moldy smelling. The bathroom could have been cleaner and there was some mold on the ceiling and another spot that had been painted over that had visible mold underneath it.
second night the room cards didnt work. came in late, becouse we only used room to sleep, had to pack all the sleeping kids back in the van so i could get the room key changed to get in. bathroom had ashes on floor,the maintance man must of dumped it there when he left the condum in the tiolet. staff has nice, good breakfast,cheap. too embarressed to […] tell anyone about the tiolet thing Lisez la suite

"Not a good choice"
The hotel is next to a very loud night club. Don't expect a quiet nights sleep. Our non-smoking room began to reek of marijuana through the ventilation system in the middle of the night. The man at the front desk checked three rooms before he found one that was "clean". The bed was made, but the room was not clean.

This hotel was what one would expect for the price. The breakfast was ample with make-your-own waffles, fruit, cereals, toast, bagels, juices, etc. Rooms were clean, but there were no "closet" areas, just a hanging rack in the back corner of the room. Good central location for my itinerary. Friendly staff, nice clean room. Asked for nonsmoking and that's what I got-how wonderful! Good breakfast but diningroom could have been bigger to accommodate more tables/diners.

Right in the middle of West Omaha, gas stations, restaurants only one block away. Room provided everything for a comfortable night's stay. We have stayed at this motel more than a few times and keep finding it not only the best value (continental breakfast as well), but very accomodating office personnel. Took my volleyball team, high school girls for a tournament. Hotel staff were extrememly helpful, didn't freak out with the teenage girls. We will stay here next year!!

The employees were very nice. It seemed to be a safe area. The staff was very helpful. We got a great price. However, the room stunk like mildew and did not look like the pictures.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and attentive - the hot breakfast in the morning was an added plus. I know that you could request irons and ironing boards from the desk, but it would be a convenienece to have them in the rooms. I would say the hotel was excellent value for the money.
