Sheraton Providence Airport Hotel - Warwick

Very fast check in, very comfy bed, quiet, pets allowed. The only 2 bad things were that there was a used face cloth hanging on the shower rod and there was a dusty raisin in the corner.

The staff was amazing and so willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs and wants.

The only thing convenient about this hotel was the location. The staff was rude, there were no towels in the room, and the tv was fuzzy. Was not happy especially when i paid more to stay here thinking it would be of higher quality.

The hotel was decent in most aspects- just not sure I would call it a 3.5 star rather than a 3.

the room was clean and appointed with better than average furnishings. Recently stayed at nearby radisson. this hotel had a way more comfortable and inviting bedding. the layout of the room and amount of space was a pleasant surprise after some recent nights spent in tighter quarters. Best of all hotels,com beat the best price I could get by going to […] the front desk. Booked it in their lobby using their wifi saved 30% took 5 mins to do and waited 5 more for front desk to receive confirmation. Lisez la suite

This was hotel & room was offered as a last minute deal... went without a hitch. Paid rate promised. Nice hotel, easy access from 95,

My room in this hotel was halfway underground. My view out the window was a grass hill up to the parking lot. The heating system was either too hot or too cold. I ordered a veggie platter from room service and it appeared that one of my cucumber slices had fallen on the ground, had a hair and dirt on it. I couldn't get out of this room fast enough the […] next morning and I will never stay at a Sheraton again. I thought it was a nice chain, but this is the second time I have been proven wrong. The moment we stepped into the hotel we were welcomed with warm hospitality. The hotel lobby was neat, clean, and very modern. The front desk assistant (her name escapes me now) was extremely helpful, efficient, and courteous. We ordered in room dining, and the staff member that answered the call was very accommodating and understanding about my particularities. […] The room we stayed in was beautiful as well. As the winter quickly approaches, it is nice to have a hotel bed provide such warmth. My only complaint (which is minute in essence) is that the ice machine on my floor (3) was under par. It was a simple fix, as I only had to take the elevator up one flight. As long as the Sheraton keeps up these high standards, I will be returning for a comfortable and relaxing stay again. The hotel is very nice, and very convenient for the price. Everyone at the lobby was very helpful and very nice people. I would definetely come back next time.

This hotel needs a manager that walks the halls on the 3rd floor, and sees the years of dirt and stains that a simple carpet cleaning could fix. Clean the elevators, and a simple 8 month maintain the place clean of hall carpets , seems to be a problem for management. It is nothing new management couln't fix in less than a week. Expect to get gouged […] for water and breakfast, which is free at better kept hotels. NO Internet service available free in your rooms either. What a mess. Lisez la suite

The remodel on this hotel was excellent. Good location, nice pool, good price.

The hotel rooms were Great.. The beds were soooo Comfy.. I think this hotel is Great for business trips.. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately we were placed on the basement level of the hotel. We actually had to take the elevator down from the main lobby. As soon as we walked in the room we were hit with a damp, musty smell. We immediately called the front desk to ask to change rooms, but this was not possible as the hotel was full. There really wasn't much of an apology or […] offer for compensation for our smelly room. We enjoyed our stay there! I would definetly recommend it to others. I was very surprised how quiet it was having the airport behind the hotel. You wouldn't have known it. The pool, internet access and fitness room good. It was close to many sites and activities. My family had great experience. Elaine

Don't be fooled. There is not free wifi in the room if you book a club level room. You only have access to another room/business center with refreshments for the extra price. The actual hotel is no different than a standard room. There is always free internet in the lobby regardless of which room you book. Parking is free and the hotel is very close […] to the airport. Very nice hotel near Providence, RI. We were needing a place to rest and sleep before going to Martha's Vineyard. Would definitely stay here again

I've been anxious to stay in this hotel since learning that it has been remodeled. The hotel is in great shape, and the remodel was done well.

Stayed for one night. Immediately charged $50 for incidentals because I was only using a debit card and not a credit card. I was not told this beforehand and would have been prepared had this been made known. Room was fine and was mostly clean. There were a million kids running around due to some baseball/softball tourney going on nearby so that was […] a litle annoying but circumstancial. Pool was small but nice. Gym had a couple ellipticals and treadmills...not much but they were newer and "gym" was nice with a view of the pool. The lobby had a nice computer stations with free access but like the pool they were completely overrun with kids so we didn't use them. I stayed here for a night while I was in town for a wedding. I stay in hotels every week for business, and this is probably the 5th or 6th Sheraton I've stayed at. Honestly, the hotel seemed too expensive for the quality of the room and facilities. This is definitely on the low side of 3.5 stars in terms of comfort, noise (walls are really thin), and […] general "niceness". The staff was great and the location is about as close as you can get to the airport without being on the tarmac, but if I had it to do over again, I'd save some money and stay at one of the many 3-star hotels in the area instead. Shocking How Dirty this hotel is. Room not clean, Lobby area and floors not vacuumed, elevator dirty, Insects in Room (Centipede found in Bed) (Alive)

the pool was mirky. the room smelled a bit. only 2 towels provided, even though 4 of us were listed in the room. very close to providence. bed/pillow were good. TV was nice flat screen. not bad overall, but not great either.

Loved this Hotel. People were very nice and the Bed and Linens were very comfortable.Stayed the night before flying out of TF Green and everything went very smooth with drop off and pick up. Many flight Crew members stay there from the Airlines, so that says a lot about the convenience of the location. Everyone was pleasant and the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and definitely satisfied.

I travel to Providence about 8 times a year, and have always stayed at the Sheraton for the easy access to highwy and airport and free parking. However, this last trip left me wondering, what happened? My room was filthy. There were hairs all over the bathroom and the two chairs in the room had some disgusting crusty "residue" on the seat cushions. It's […] too bad - I used to like it there, but won't be returnng. I'l given them this, the water in our room sounded as if it was running all of the time, and each time we called the front desk to have it looked at, a really great gentleman came to the room to check on it, and was very courteous and nice. Overall a good experience. Front desk clerk was really friendly at check-in. Their restaurant only serves room service at lunch so she directed me to several decent nearby restaurants. Room was just fine, clean and in good shape, though not as well-appointed as newer hotel rooms. There were no bath towels when I got there, probably because I checked […] in early, but someone delivered them soon after without me calling. Ordered room service for the next morning and it was delivered on time, very good, and reasonably priced (as room service goes). Only drawback is the neighborhood which is not great, almost a bit seedy, but somehow even next to the airport I never heard a single plane. Overall just fine and I'd stay there again. Avoid this specific room, it is right above the restaurant and bar, so unless you don't mind loud laughter and bar noises until 11:00 pm everynight.

The hotel is very comfortable, just outside the entrance to the airport, with 24 hour shuttle service. They also allowed us to park our car there, saving money on airport parking fees. Upon our return, we called the hotel and they sent a shuttle for us immediately. It was a very nice but brief visit!

Don't pay the extra for the club level, it's not worth it, while the service is OK, the overall "club level" does not measure up to other hotel chains.

Excellent staff. Club Level evening snacks and breakfast were great - good selections and very good preparation.

Pool: smelled strong, my eyes were itchy for days Room: full of dirty spots including on the mattress, internet is not free in the room and wifi is not strong Lobby: pleasant and the Link@Sheraton is nice ; free Wifi in the lobby Poor customer service, there was a friendly gentleman at the front desk! the lady was not happy to help at all !!!!

Indoor pool is great. Close to Providence.
