Room was furnished okay but found food in fridge. The sink was very old and in the room. Very tiny room and thin walls. It was convenient to downtown. Definitely not the caliber of hotel I am accustomed to staying. Would not stay again.

Room was not great at all, not even good really. The hallway smelled like bad body Oder; like it was a working women's hotel and they had plenty of customers... It sounds a little crude, but it's the truth.....the people at the front desk were nice and helpful .... The room was comfortable for the one night stay we had. We were unable to use the vending machines because "they were full and wouldn't take anymore money" The staff was friendly. We stayed in a smoking room and called down to the desk for an ashtray and apparently they didnt have ash trays for the smoking rooms. The room was very dusty, the bathroom has no lock and showed that no one cleaned it. But the staff are very helpful and friendly. Will not stay at Sleep Inn again.

The room was very good,clean and good beds, The young man at the desk was very helpfull. But the suprise 20 dollar pet fee was too much. Most places we stay charge 10 dollars.La Quinta, Days Inn, Best Western,Baymont. Sometimes La Quinta will not charge for small dogs. With the 20 dollar charge the room was 95 dollars, not worth that much.

I usually don't review hotels one here after I stayed but I know I rely heavily on the reviews of others to choose a hotel so I thought I would take a few minutes to save someone else the mistake of choosing this place. My wife and I sayed here on a Friday and Saturday night while in Nashville for business. We are pretty low maintenance and do fine […] with a basic hotel as long as it is in good shape - this one was not. Smelly, dingy, old, gross, and disrepair are all words I would use to describe the place. My wife simply said "scary". The staff is not friendly or helpful and the place needs a lot of work done. The rooms looked freshly painted but like it was done by a 5 year old. The halls are dark with many lights missing or out and they smell very bad. Our bathroom was disgusting with stains all over the walls and floors where it looked like water had damaged years ago. All in all I would highly recommend you avoid this one. Lisez la suite

The hotel could easily have been really nice but they ignored many of the small details that would have made it really nice. The paint on the walls was dirty and gross and they didn't even vacuum our room before we came in- there were still candy wrappers and popcorn kernels on the floor. A little touch up paint and some better attention to details […] would've really made a big difference! Other than that the breakfast was good, the beds were comfy, and the location was decent. It was fine a few things I noticed like employees off duty pulling up to the entrance honking the horn for someone to come out...wet floors mopped no sign, bathrooms not wiped down each day. The staff were ok not bad not great.

Had two rooms booked. Upon arrival motel manger stated I may not have but one room available.. I thought i was going to be hunting for some where else to stay.. but he did find a room, but toliet stopped up, and lights, were out in bath..

Good clean hotel. Great price. Rooms are a little small, but I had a god stay. i wouls stay there again if the need arises.Staff was friendly and breakfat was good.

The hallway was poorly lit and full of trash. The floor in our room had not been cleaned in awhile. The whole hotel was rather dark and dirty.

Our window had a huge crack in it from top to bottom that was letting in cold air so we had to have the heat blasting at all times to keep the temperature of the room at comfortable level. The cable on our Television was going in and out with static and the hot water in the shower did not work. Overall horrible hotel, Besides the cheap price

Overall it was great. Free newspaper in the lobby and basic breakfast items were fine. (And they gave me extra coffee packets for my room.) It's the 2nd time I've been there and it's clearly improved.

the ONLY complaint we had was that there was not a microwave in the breakfast area or enough orange juice for the guests that wanted some!

I have nothing bad to say about the Sleep In Nashville. It is just I do not have anything great to say either. It was an ok hotel, I stayed there for the location. I thought the rooms were a bit small, but not enough to be unpleasant, they did have a nice breakfast, other than that - everything was just ok...

The first thing I noticed about this hotel was the smell of Pinesol when I walked in the front door to the lobby. I was put in a room closest to the main desk and could hear every time the phone rang. I could also hear the laundry room beeping intermittently. The fan on the air conditioner made a ticking noise everytime I turned it on, so I couldn't […] use that while I was sleeping. The remote for the TV wouldn't turn the TV on or off, so I had to get up every single time I wanted it on or off. It also would not turn the volume up or down. The only function of the remote that worked was the channel button. This hotel is also not in a very friendly location. Pretty shady for me, lots of people walking down the side of the road carrying bags of alcohol. Let's just say, I wouldn't feel comfortable walking anywhere alone, especially at night. Came to Nashville for a weekend & hotel was nice. Wasnt any issues, rooms were fine. Great price for the room. Ive been in nicer hotels but paid alot more also. I'll stay again next time im in town.

Nice place close to all the good stuff. Surrounding area is just OK. Plenty to eat nearby and the attractions are close enough. Rooms are on the small side and the air is kept off but most places do this now.

The bed were comfortable and the hotel nice. However, it smelled strongly of cleanser. Also the design of the bath area is not very comfortable for 2 people as the bathroom sink was in an open area so as to disturb my companion when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and in the morning when I brushed my teeth. This was a very inexpensive little hotel, off the interstate near where I had business. The room was nice,clean, comfortable, AC worked well- no noise. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean. Shower had awesome water pressure & showerhead... best shower I've had in a long time! The hotel was just OK... nothing special. Rooms were small, only had a shower and I didn't feel comfortable having my shoes off (walking bare foot). I was mostly upset because we received a 5AM wake up call that we did NOT set up. I asked about this before check out and the front desk person was of no help at all. We booked a standard double bed room. Room was a little small but very clean and comfortable. Did not have a bathtub but wouldn't need it anyway. There were a microwave and a fridge in the room. The hotel was very reasonably priced. It was relatively close to downtown. The room had been updated but still had some issues. The shower door was crooked and wouldn't latch completely closed so it puddled on the floor. The biggest issue was the air conditioning not working correctly. We stayed 2 nights. The first night we thought we just hadn't set […] it correctly because it never really got cool. So when leaving for the day out, the following morning, we made sure to have it set all the way on cool and on full blast so it would be nice when we returned late that night. We were wrong. It was warmer in the room than outside and even warmer than the hallway. We arrived at our room at 3am so didn't see a good way to call the desk to fix it at that hour. Told the front desk at check out but no offer of a discount or compensation. The pop machine was not working in the vending area. My boyfriend asked the desk about it who, after some prodding, finally offered him a warm can of coke and charged him a dollar for it. If you're not going to spend much time in your room, this is a decent place to land. Otherwise, I would look for a nicer place in a little better neighborhood. Lisez la suite

Perfect for us! Facility is under renovation and will soon have better lighting and new furniture. But SUPER CLEAN! and super service. We have family nearby, so ease of access, nearby eateries, gas, and Walgreens made this a rewarding choice!

The appearance of the hotel wasn't great as they qwere having their lobby redecorated so I can't penalise them for that. The area the hotel is in isn't great, i wouldn't have walked across to the convenience store on my own, however it is right next to numerous food places and there is the store close by. Brilliant for a one night stay en route to elsewhere but i wouldn't want to stay here for a visit to Nashville for more than that, if that was the case I would stay closer to the centre. This hotel is undergoing a remodel. The lobby and breakfast area are under construction and look like they will be nice when finished. We were promised eggs and sausage for breakfast but when we got there all I saw was a bare minimum of continental breakfast with watered down coffee I couldn't even manage to drink. When we checked in they insisted […] on swiping my credit card on some old fashioned credit card swiper and I had to sign it, even though it was blank. I was reassured it was just for incidentals and that she would rip it up in front of me. However, the following morning when I checked out she didn't remember doing that and had to get my credit card information again. She also tried to bill hotels.com for the pet fee and it took FOREVER to get this straightened out so we could leave. I have been checking my credit card to make sure there are no fraudulent charges.
