Staff was very helpful, room very clean, fast food restaurants very close. Only stayed overnight so was not interested in looking for sit down restaurant. Only negative, room too small.

Perfect for us! Facility is under renovation and will soon have better lighting and new furniture. But SUPER CLEAN! and super service. We have family nearby, so ease of access, nearby eateries, gas, and Walgreens made this a rewarding choice!

The appearance of the hotel wasn't great as they qwere having their lobby redecorated so I can't penalise them for that. The area the hotel is in isn't great, i wouldn't have walked across to the convenience store on my own, however it is right next to numerous food places and there is the store close by. The staff were friendly and even though they […] weren't that busy the breakfast was still well stocked and we were offered hot food made by the member of staff. Brilliant for a one night stay en route to elsewhere but i wouldn't want to stay here for a visit to Nashville for more than that, if that was the case I would stay closer to the centre. This hotel is undergoing a remodel. The lobby and breakfast area are under construction and look like they will be nice when finished. We were promised eggs and sausage for breakfast but when we got there all I saw was a bare minimum of continental breakfast with watered down coffee I couldn't even manage to drink. When we checked in they insisted […] on swiping my credit card on some old fashioned credit card swiper and I had to sign it, even though it was blank. I was reassured it was just for incidentals and that she would rip it up in front of me. However, the following morning when I checked out she didn't remember doing that and had to get my credit card information again. She also tried to bill hotels.com for the pet fee and it took FOREVER to get this straightened out so we could leave. I have been checking my credit card to make sure there are no fraudulent charges. Part of the hotel was being renovated and I was not notified although I booked a week in advanced. The lobby area and walls were stripped of floor tiles and decoratives due to the renovations taking place. The outside really needs new paint which I am sure is on the renovation list. Desk clerk friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Didn't take advantage of breakfast so no comment. Convenient location to site see and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel would be so much better if it wasnt stuck in the middle of slumsville. Very limited bus service and cabs to and from the city can get pricey. Stayed during cmafest and never again. A lot of other hotels out this way so the only advantage is if you have your own car. Good rates though and the rooms and management quite nice.

It was a Typical economy hotel. Did not realize that my room type was not having bathtub. This was the most inconvenient part. Otherwise just OK for a place to sleep and have breakfast on short trips.

The staff made our stay at the hotel exceptional. Clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. The neighborhood not the best, but we had no problems. Would recommend, good value for the price!

Great for the money

The management was very helpful. This hotel does not have a formal business center. I needed to type up and print a last-minute short document. The manager allowed me to use a computer and printer behind the front desk, no charge. It was such a kind gesture.

Hotel is only a few years old, so physical plant is in good shape. Room and bath was compact, but OK. Very good lighting in room made for easy reading at desk or in bed. Breakfast exceeded expectations. It included freshly scrambled eggs (made to order) if you wanted them. Thomas' English muffins. Healthy cold cereals and choice of regular or low fat […] milk. Very good experience--He allowed us to check in early at 2PM. In the morning, he offered fresh eggs to be cooked the way you want. No complaints. it was little hard to pull in from street (elavation differance)

Very nice clean room. We were very satisfied...and good value for the money. Easy access, quick service on check in.

We were looking for a hotel that was inexpensive for a one night stay. Everything was great, only suggestion would be to take your own pillows. The ones they provide were flat.

The Sleep Inn is really a good deal for the money. The check-in process was fast and courteous. The room was immaculate and the beds VERY comfortable. The next morning, we were offered scrambled eggs cooked to order, along with the usual cereal, bagels and fruit in the continental breakfast. Overall good quality for the price and with an outdoor pool. The price couldn't be more due to the location and surroundings. Did not like the fact that there were not rooms designated as PET allowable rooms and only those rooms & therefore, PETS could have stayed previously in our room. We were in an end room and it was very confined in space. Was […] ok for a brief stay --clean place to sleep, shower and swim. Wouldn't want to stay here for romantic reasons or for extended period. I stayed here based on the reviews on tripadvisor.com, since I couldn't find another reasonably priced hotel in Nashville. It was just as everyone said. Very clean, and the most friendly manager ever! Definintely recommend!

I wished there would have been bedside lamps. The breakfast was great.

We got exactly what we expected! Got a good price at a 2 star hotel:) Staff was friendly, breakfast was normal (and free!), In room coffee was good, the bed was a little hard but pillows were fabulous! Shower was great. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone like us traveling on a budget!
