Hotel très confortable situé près de l'aéroport disposant d'une navette gratuite pour effectuer le trajet hôtel-aéroport

Très fonctionnel et pratique pour un séjour uniquement si l'on possède une voiture. Très bonne literie et assez bonne insonorisation générale pour un 2 étoiles.

It was OK but sure would have liked a small table in the room and get rid of the over stuffed couch and automan. They are not comfortable and the room saved would be great for a table to play cards, eat and or place the laptop upon. Room cleaning was great. Very friendly maids.

The mini fridge in my room did not work.

Booked 2 nights here at about 11pm found bedbugss on the pillows checked out immediately. Took picture of bug and emailed it to manager and he said no refund not even one of the two days I booked. Do not stay here, if bedbugs get in your luggage and your house its very costly and difficult to get rid of them. Not a bad hotel, but not great. The location from public transportation was okay and the staff were agreeable, but the room smelled really musty and there wasn't a day that I didn't have troubles connecting to the internet.

We used this hotel before an early morning departure from YVR; it was exactly what we expected. The price was reasonable for a night, the bed comfortable, and convent to the airport. It is an excellent value for the cost.

My son and I stayed in the hotel for three nights. I liked the size of the room and the bathroom. The beds were hard as a rock and the halls were very small and cramped. Other than that I was very happy with our stay there and I would stay there again as longs as the beds were softer.

The room is overall clean but the carpet is suspicious. I thought it is going to be noisy as it is close to the airport but it turned out to be fine. I don't recommend the restaurant as the service is just terrible. There are nearby fast food stores though. Overall you get what you pay for.

I had to take my gf to the airport late in the evening so this hotel was reasonably price and fairly close to the airport. The room was good and the view was spectacular! I recommend this hotel to everyone staying in vancouver just passing by or longer!

within walking distance was a Korean BBQ restaurant where we had a lovely dinner. The next morning I walked to two shops across the street looking for something I had forgotten at home. We flew out later that day after a hotel shuttle ride to the airport. So close to everything we needed with the right price - Thank you

Convenient location. Overall satisfied. Only exception is that in spite of non-smoking rooms, heavy smoke odour in hallways going up to room.

No wonder why the restaurant is empty...bad food, worse service.. sucks large...don't eat there.

- lady bug infestation in room, when ask to change it wasn't possible because no manager on duty. - worn down exterior, interior, windows were dirty and permanently fogged - not visible to see through - location still a 15 dollar cab fare from the airport, not right on the skytrain to get quick access to downtown or the rest of city. - no great restaurants […] in vacinity - would never stay again Lisez la suite

Unfortunately, this hotel was not at all what we expected. We were told that a continental breakfast was included with our rate, but when we got to the hotel they said they don't even have a dinning place in the hotel. There was a restaurant down stairs, separated from the hotel, not good service, and was expensive.

The Travel Lodge in Richmond, BC is in a secluded but convenient spot. Away from the hustle and bustle traffice of down town Richmond but within walking distance to local shopping and dining.The staff are all very friendly and helpul, our room was always kept immuculately clean, fine dining in restaurant was a bonus. There is even a swimming pool.

Hotel was conveniently close to Vancouver airport. Also to several stores within walking distance.

Older property, looks tired but clean and close to Airport. Pool and free parking a perk. Pantry restaurant in building but would recommend Moxies across the street or variety of restaurants and malls 10 minutes away in Richmond.

We stay here 2-3 times a year because of the closeness to the airport. We are very happy with the service but this time our room was very dirty. Carpet was still dirty, hair on the bath room floor and tub. Something was spilt on the wall and not cleaned up. This is not normally how we find our room. We stayed overnight on December 4, 2011 after arriving from a long trip back from Cabo San Lucas. We had a late check in, arriving about 9:30 pm, and were anxious to get to our room. However, we decided to get a drink from the restaurant or lounge, and both were closed. However, there was a pop machine in the lobby and after several attempts to get […] something, we realized it was empty. We then had to walk across the street and were able to get some drinks from the soon to be closed A & W. Finally we are in our room. After being away for 3 weeks, I was eager to find out what was going on in the world. However, our TV did not work, and upon investigation, I discovered the cable wasn't hooked up. I tried myself, but was unable to get it to work. Since it was too late for us to call anyone, we decided just to go to bed. I loved the pool for my daughter. It was small and perfect for what we were looking for. The weight room is a bit small but that was okay too.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was an older building but appeared to have been recently updated. The room was clean, well equipped & a very comfortable bed. The front desk went beyond the call of duty in calling the airline for me to find out some information about our next day flight. I traveled throughout the United States and Canada each year. This is one of the few hotels in which both the bed and pillows were not only spotless but also very very comfortable.

This hotel is great for your overnight stay while waiting for your flight. Close to restraunts and River Rock Casino. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Although we were on the executive floor I would not say it met those standards.

We stayed at the Travel Lodge several years ago and the beds and pillows were noteably wonderful. Recently we stayed at the beginning of our vacation and again at the end and we were very disappointed. The bed in our first room was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. On our return the bed was not much better, the telephone cord had a short as well […] as the lamp by the bed. I was wondering if we were given budget rooms as I booked through hotels.ca. All in all, I would spend more money next time and stay some where nicer. I guess you get what you pay for. The staff, however, were very friendly. Lisez la suite

We enjoyed the stay at the hotel . It was clean and at that price it was reasonable. It can do with more staff at the reception.

The place is so quit!

An ideal hotel for a stay prior to flying or as in our case after a long flight and moving on the next day.Staff were helpful -gave us printed directions for our onward journey.On site restaurant very convenient not much else in the surrounding neighbourhood. Would use the hotel again.

I appreciated the great rate for my room,...the level of service, friendliness of the staff, and also their helpfullness in directing me how to get to downtown Vancouver with a map that they provided. I am a small town girl and have not ever driven in Richmond before, so I was rather nervous driving back & forth...but your staff made it easy for me. […] I will definitely stay with you again & will recommend your hotel to others who are also price conscious. Elevator sounded like it was going to give up at any minute (we were on 8th floor). Two queen beds were extremely crowded - couldn't wheel a suitcase between bed and tv. Mold on bathtub tile. The attacged restaurant, The Pantry, didn't inspire confidence -- carpeted floors were filthy! Desk clerks were fine. I think we could have had a more comfortable […] room at less expense at a Super 8 or equivalent. So, I wouldn't recommend this one even for the one night before catching a plane out in the morning. Hotel is very clean. Friendy are staff. Everything is good. Except no microwave.

We had a lovely stay, we did not have trouble getting a room without a reservation. Beds were comfy. Had a lovely stay.
