Merveilleux, tout etait impeccable: de la taille de la chambre, a la propreté, aux commodites (micro onde dans la chambre et avec un bebe c est appréciable parce que nulle part ailleurs il n y en avait! ) La chambre etait aussi equipee de réfrigérateur, bouilloire, cafe, ... de plus avec la piscine de l hotel, le jacuzzi et l'excellent petit déjeuner cela rends l'hotel parfait !

"Small rooms, but otherwise ok"
My room was surprisingly small, I actually had to look for the closet it was so tiny. But it had everything I needed so I have no major complains. I use to work in the hotel industry and this place met all my expectations seeing as I am very picky about where I stay I know what to look for and I can not complain about this hotel at all and breakfast was free an even had hot food witch was great will absolutely stay here again! "Will not stay here again"
Spent two nights at this hotel, Sep 28 & 29. First night was ok. Check-in was easy and besides waiting forever for the hot water to work and not be ice cold, the room was clean and comfortable. The 2nd night we were woken up twice, around 3am and 4am, by a fire alarm set off on the smoking floor. We asked for a refund, but this was not granted. We made […] sure to get the most of the amentities, including free breakfast, since we would not be refunded for what turned out to be a terrible night's sleep. We had a long drive home, as well as a charity run to attend the following day, so we had no choice but to stay the 2nd night even with the alarms. Upon arrival the staff especially the gentleman was friendly and helpful as well as the lady on staff.. The room was very clean restful and quiet... and we loved the shower instead of having the bath shower. It was perfect for us. The king size bed was great! The next morning we had the buffet breakfast lots of food and good variety... coffee was delicious! […] The staff serving/helping with the breakfast were very friendly and helpful.... The hotel was absolutely amazing. The front desk clerks were both amazing. I had to call and inform we wouldn't be there till late on our check-in night and Erica was very helpful, and wanted to make sure I knew we were in a smoking room. When we checked in the gentleman was very kind as well, and wanted to make sure we knew we had a smoking room as […] well. The rooms were very clean, and our bed was the most comfortable bed my boyfriend and I have ever slept in. The housekeeping were very pleasant. And the hotel was in a perfect location, since was right off the highway we had just gotten off; and for someone who has never been to Burlington before, it was very convenient.
