Tous les hôtels à ManillePerfect location for Enjoying city life & sightseeing; playing Golf, night life on friday night, various foods and also casinos. But price level in Manula was not any more reasonable compared to years before.
Hotel appearance, and equipment, building itself are amazing and outstanding. i wanna use again this hotel next time. however, sadly the service from staffs are not so nice and unbalance to the hotel. hopefully some improvement in future.

"Poor customer service"
The hotel was clean and nice overall but the front desk staff was horrible. They were very rude and it took over 40 minutes to check in. I think the clerk was doing everything he could to make it take longer because I said I was late for an appointment and needed to check in quickly. THey say they specialize in Japanese guests but while we were checking […] in there were two Japanese business men trying to check in and no one could understand what they were saying. It was very frustrating for the guests. Luckily, my wife speaks Japanese and she was able to translate and help take care of the guests. They were very appreciative but the hotel staff did not even thank her for her efforts. Lisez la suite
"Loved it"
I feel like Gomer Pyle, I loved it , loved it, loved it. All smiles from the staff, even when we came down late for breakfast and they had been closed for 14 minutes, they made me feel welcome as the fed us. The spa treatment is inexpensive and great. All clean and secure. Walking distance to Robinson Mall.
"Superb Service, Thanks Diamond Hotel!"
The customer service is excellent and cannot be topped from among the five star hotels we stayed in Manila. Thanks for the hospitality & for the superb service. We cannot forget it!We'll definitely come back!!!
"Diamond Hotel - A true 5 star experience"
From check in to check out, the Diamond Hotel is a real 'diamond' experience. If your primary stay is Manila you have a few choices of stay which offer very different experiences. Manila is a city of contrasts, with many poorer areas and a few super wealthy ones. The Diamond Hotel is in a area somewhat in-between in the old part of Manila, not far from […] Intramuros which is right on Manila Bay. The area is a real mix of old and new Manila, Robinsons Mall is a few blocks away for any shopping (M&S, Gap etc) and there are street sales etc right out front. Manila traffic is a real eye opener for a newcomer- it is really chaotic! But the airport is only 30-40 minutes in a cab, you can easily walk to Intramuros and the Bay, and Green Hills shopping mall (best shopping) is about an hour and 15 minutes. Taxis are really cheap but make sure the driver has the meter on and only negotiate a price if you are experienced. Upgrade to the Diamond Club room as the extra price is really worth it- we felt so cared for by the staff, they took care of everything- also the view of the Bay from the Club Lounge is brilliant. The ferry terminal and SM Mall of Asia is a short cab ride (15 minutes) from the hotel also. You can stay in Makati and have a 'Western' experience not unlike any other city in the world or you can experience the real Manila (and great views) from the Diamond Hotel (at better value). "Great Option Close to Harbor and SM Mall of Asia"
I stayed for one night in March 2012 and this hotel was a great option as I needed to be near the harbor. I stayed in an Executive Suite which was very large and clean. We were entertaining people throughout the day and the room was large enough for that. There are 2 full baths (one with shower and tub, and one with shower), a large bedroom with view […] and LCD tv and living room with pull out bed in the couch, a dining room table with chairs, and a large LCD tv. The suites are on the corners and had a great view of the harbor. The only negative that I found was some of the lack of things that came with a suite. When I checked in, they tried to get us to upgrade to the "Diamond Club" which was basically amenities that are usually included in a suite stay at other hotels. The Diamond Club amenities were things such as free cocktails at happy hour, free snacks, and free wi-fi all up in the lounge area. With the suite, only 3 hours of wired (no wi-fi) internet was allowed and that was really slow. They also included 2 bottles of local bottled water and 2 bottles of iced tea. All in all it was a very positive experience. The room was very large and allowed us to have people over during our stay. It was very safe with a lot of security around doing checks of all vehicles as well as key-only access to the floors on the elevator. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Lisez la suite
"How Much!"
Diamond hotel Manila as soon as you get to reception they will try to get you to buy an upgrade to floors 24-25-26-27 these floors have free breakfast and befor dinner cocktails and snacks tea coffee all day in a small dineing area on the 25 floor. when we first arrived my wife asked was lunch included in the up grade she was told no but dinner is!!!! […] on checking out i was given a bill for 22000p for dinner fot 3 on 3 nights when icomplained i was told i must have misunder stood so customer beware Lisez la suite

"Diamond Hotel - Enjoyable"
Upgraded straight away to a Manila Bay Premium Deluxe room - just lovely. The pool is amazing, has a waterfall and a beer buffet - all you can drink for the day, my partner enjoyed this. The Spa was lovely had a great massage. Japanese Restaurant is a must, absolutely gorgeous - definately go there at night, trees light up, very romantic. Piano bar […] on the 25th floor was fun with a group of singers and yummy cocktails. Staff were brilliant. Near Robinsons shopping centre - great restaurants and shops. If you can look past the sniffer dogs and security on the way in, you'll love it. Lisez la suite
"Quit searching; stay at the Diamond Hotel."
I have stayed here 4 times. i love it here. I recommend staying in the Club level rooms. You get a small buffet style breakfast and dinner, as well as free beverages and snacks all day long. You also get your own front desk staff on the 25th floor, so you do not need to go down to the lobby for any help you might need. One word of caution; there is […] a dance club on the 27th floor. You can here it as low as the 24th floor if you are on the side of the hotel away from bay. So, when you check in and your room number ends in -01, -02, up to maybe -08, you should ask to be changed to a room on the other side of the hotel, like 2418 or higher. Unless you want to hear the thumping of music until midnight. As for location,it is a 6-7 minute walk to the US Embassy. Very close to an amazing mall also. Since this is 1/2 block away from Manila bay, the smog is significantly less here than any other area of Manila. Seriously, the rest of Manila is very very smoggy, similar to Mexico City. So, book this hotel and relax; you are in a great place. Lisez la suite
"Great pool and beer buffert"
Little daunting on arrival, sniffer dogs, airport security scans, mirrors under the taxi. Friendly faces greeted us, room upgrade straight away, views of Manila bay, gorgeous swimming pool with waterfall, my partner took advantage fo the Beer Buffet - all the beer you can drink for $16 AUD, while laxing by the pool. Japanese restaurant a MUST, absolutley […] gorgeous and the food amazing. Lisez la suite

"Comfortable stay with a few small complaints"
On the first night when we checked in, it was already late at night and we needed an extra bed added to our room. Although we'd already booked, paid and written our needs (non-smoking room, enough bedding for 3ppl), upon check-in, we were only able to get a room on the smoking floor. The room didn't have any smell though, and staff came to spray it […] as well. However the extra bed and set of toiletries took some half an hour to an hour to arrive, and we even had to call up about it because the wait was so long. The staff were always helpful and friendly though. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean (carpet looked a tiny bit grimy). The extra person bed was a bit small. The air-conditioning was a must to keep on all the time, but rather noisy. Not happy that there is no free internet (you get a free one time 3-hr block, but I was unable to get onto it. When I enquired, staff said I had already used it or something. Also was not pleased about their fixed taxi rates. I asked to book a taxi to get to the airport, and was told they charged a fixed rate of 2000pesos. A normal trip to the airport would cost 1/10th that amount. However the hotel's facilities are really great. There are huge lobby areas, sitting areas etc, which are great to sit and rest in, wait and meet up with friends, etc. The view from the hotel rooms are also great - Manila Bay! Lisez la suite
"Very New Hotel!!"
i have been to so many hotels everytime i go back to Manila from California, i have a house in Manila but i prefer to stay for a few days after i arrived so my family and i can relax, i will definitely be back here again, the room was so clean and the hotel is so quite.
Nice hotel but little high in price.
"good hotel with good price!"
Excellent hotel by reasonable price. I was satisfied with Diamond hotel this trip. I really want to recomand Diamond Hotel to all my friends. Good luck
"Diamond Hotel = Diamond experience"
From the luxurious rooms to the spa to the travel center, all was excellent. The buffet bfast and dinners are worth the price....so much food and all gourmet. The one negative I will mention is that the spa tiles need to be updated. The staff at the Diamond Hotel could not have been more friendly or helpful. This is a safe and great place to stay. Proof […] is all the airline pilots and flight attendants who make this their number one choice! Views from rooms are also GREAT! Lisez la suite
"Diamond Hotel Manila Phils - NO FREE INTERNET"
Booked through hotels.com with room upgrade. Got the requested upper floor with a view. Comfy bed and room with free water, bottled tea and some biscuits. All is great except that the internet at the lobby is NOT FOR FREE! I only needed to use the internet to forward my booking confirmation to the reception desk - I only had the confirmation number […] sent via sms and the reception wanted a print-out of the booking -huh! Nonetheless, I requested the girl at the hotel's business centre if I could quickly use the internet after explaining what I needed it for. She hesitantly let me do so with a very grumpy face and inhospitable reception. In a place like this hotel, I expected a much better service! Other than that all is well but can't forget that grouchy looking face at the hotel's business centre. Lisez la suite
"Excellent choice for Manila"
We stayed here for just one night, but were not disappointed in any way. I guess if I had one criticism it would be that there was no wireless access in teh rooms, but this was a minor inconvenience and would not prevent me from recommending this property to anybody who is spending a few nights in MNL. TIP: Indulge yourself in the buffet dinner. It's […] a little exxy, but for PHP1950 you can have unlimited wine and indulge in an incredible array of amazing foods! Lisez la suite
"regal kind of hotel... with a lobby nightclub?"
the diamond hotel is about a PhP200 ride from the manila airports. it's located in ermita which is teeming with nightlife most nights, especially on a saturday which was when we were there. this isn't my first choice of manila hotels (the intercontinental holds that place) but i chose it because of proximity to the airport and intramuros. the staff […] is very nice, and the hotel emanates an aura of regality. it is easy to tell that the hotel has been there for a long time. i guess that's why i was pretty shocked that on friday and saturday nights, there is a DJ playing very loud music in the large restaurant lobby. wifi is only available in the lobby area (rooms have internet via LAN cable), but you cannot escaponly e the music which makes conducting anything serious rather difficult. we ended up having to go outside in order to make phone calls and use the internet. we were not there for very long before we had to check out. after seeing how highly this hotel was ranked out of manila hotels, i was a bit disappointed. Lisez la suite
My stay at the Diamond was excellent. everything was great from when I got there to when I left. they just need to lower their price of the food in the hotel. Other than that it was great. I would recommend this hotel.
"Nice stay in Manila"
The hotel is great and very clean. The rooms are noisy but not from outside but you can hear everything in the hallway or in the next room. Service is great but at the reception not very friendly. The security check at every entrance is needless. Don't use the airport shuttle service they offer - way to expensive!! Use a local taxi with taximeter (around […] 160 Peso) or fix a price (no more than 250 Peso). Don't mention the hotel name to the taxi driver if you fix a price, else you pay a lot more. Taximeter is most of the time cheaper. Surrounding neighbourhood is not bad, but not very interessting. Lisez la suite
"New Years eve 2011"
Excellent hotel in a good location for the Mall of Asia for our New Year celebrations. Very nice rooms and excellent breakfast. The only negative things I would say is that a hotel of this high standard should have Wi-Fi in all rooms as standard and not just the lobby area. We had booked early and had requested a room overlooking the bay. This did not […] happen so a poor result there hence I lowered the overall rating. Lisez la suite

"Diamond Hotel Philippines"
Overall the hotel provides a good level of service, rooms are clean and fairly well maintained but not perfect. For example the room safe is tiny, I have a small laptop (only 13.3" screen) but it would not fit. Location is fairly convenient, close to Robinsons Mall and walking distance to Rizal Park. The surrounding area has its mix of nice and not […] so nice features, but I think that is typical of Manila. The security at the entrance seemed a bit over the top compared with other hotels I visited there, but the security staff are all friendly and I guess its better to be safe than sorry. In conclusion, good level of service, facilities and location, but nothing extra ordinary. Lisez la suite

"Diamond Hotel in Roxas."
Very courteous and efficient services.Rooms are clean and well maintained. No shopping centers nearby as a set back.
I was lefty outside the hotel in the rain for 45 minutes due to the main lobby was closed. The same day morning the was no message about that though the message was there in the afternoon saying the lobby was closed from 4:45 pm.......However I was left outside from 4:30. In the rain that was. Security guards wouldn't even let me stand under their umbrella […] they just told me to go the seven eleven and the to the basement. This I couldn't find so had to return and finally they gave more detailed explanation and I was able to find my way......During my time back and forward nobody offer any shade from the rain and I was just wet..........Very bad feeling and I was wet I can tell you. "The Diamond Hotel in Philippines"
Great Customer Satisfaction experience with this trip to Philippines with my stay in the Diamond hotel. The staffs are all well manner and very polite, the security of the hotel is excellent, with little intrude to privacy. Will defintely revisit this hotel again. Thank to all the hotel staffs for their great service.
"All great except for breakfast buffet"
Which is overpriced and of low quality and choice. Many hot dishes are not hot at all, and getting refill of coffee can take up to twenty minutes, without apology. This happened to me on half a dozen occasions during various stays including the most recent one early October. Aside from that, hotel offers everything expected from a five star.
"Christian C. - 1 night (21 Sept)"
Arrived at 6:45AM at the hotel. Check in was not due until 2pm according to hotel policy. Front desk was quick to offer an upgrade, which was far too expensive in my opinion. I declined. Finally was provided with a room at about 10AM. While I was waiting for a room, I had a breakfast buffet. Quality and variety was average, considering the price charged […] (almost USD 25) and the fact that is supposed to be a 5 star hotel... The pineapple juice seemed to be coming straight from the can. Ironical isn't it since the country counts a large production of fresh pineapples and processing plants (Delmonte is one of them) ... I spent close to 2 and half hours there, the staff only came once to ask if I wanted to have some coffee. Staff is plentiful, but appear to be un-organised. Pastry and bread tasted so so... Enjoyed the egg Benedict though... In room safe was not working, and was not fixed while I was away from the room - had to be outsourced ... - Room condition is OK, bathroom is in very good condition and well maintained, supply of hot water is stable. Staff was very polite and attentive (front desk & concierge). It was my first time in Manila. I will try another hotel next time as I did not find the experience overall in line with a so called "5 star" hotel. It does not come close to what I experienced in HoChiMinh City at the Moevenpick (4 and half star hotel). Just OK for me... Lisez la suite

this was my 2nd stay at the Diamond & my 10th visit to Manila. The Diamond is a gem- great location, very nicely presented from reception lobby to rooms & hallways. "Nice but still too expensive"
We booked the hotel on a website from Canada. When I booked the date of arrival it booked it in canadian time instead of philippine time. When we arrived they informed us that our reservation wasn't until the next day. They wouldn't change it and the cost of the room for the night was 7 times the amount I had paid online. Since it was already late and […] we had nowhere to go we had to pay it. The hotel was nice, good buffet breakfast and nice amenities. When you go to check out if you have booked an online deal, make sure you have your print out of the confirmation. If not, they will try to charge you a ridiculous rate. Lisez la suite

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. Of late, they have failed to honor my request for non-smoking room claiming they were sold out but a net search showed they weren't. "The Diamond Hotel Manila - pure luxury."
This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect from the most comfortable beds to the beautiful buffet where we literally indulged for hours! The staff were professional, polite and would go out of their way to please.
