c'est ce que l'on attent d'un hotel de transite, agréable, et pratique, juste ce qu'il faut,

comment ne pas être ravie de cette nuit passée dans cet hôtel de luxe à 20 mn de l'aeroport NARITA à Tokyo dont la navette nous amène et nous ramène le cas échéant. Super chambre, lit immense, restaurant japonais au 2e étage à tomber à la renverse (cuisine kaiseki). Un très très bon souvenir ! allez-y et vous aurez envie de faire partie de la jet set […] ! Hôtel de chaîne classique, quoique un peu vieillot. Très près des terminaux de l'aéroport Narita et desservi par une navette gratuite passant toutes les 20 mn donc très pratique pour ne pas manquer un avion matinal. Pour le reste, tout est payant, rien n'est compris dans la chmabre standard : même l'accès à Internet, dispo gartuitement en wi-fi dans […] nombre d'hôtels pour backpackers au Japon, coûte une fortune. This was a wonderful hotel to prepare for the 12 hrs flight to the East Coast. The French style cafe and cocktail lounge was nicely decorated and the atmosphere created a relaxed atmosphere. The fixe prix meal set was substantial and included cocktails. The breakfast contained a vast variety of French, American, Japanese and German style cuisine. convenient free shuttle bus to and from the airport (terminal 1 and 2) takes about 15 min. the room was comfortable, didn't hear planes, free internet in the lobby ( slooooow connection). Since there is nothing around the hotel you will have to eat in. The food is very pricey. The convenient store is ridiculously expensive. I had lunch at the regular […] restaurant at lobby level: good. I went to the japanese restaurant for dinner...it was very disappointing. I wasn't expecting much but considering the price I was expecting way more plates or at least better quality (I had the sushi set menu). Also keep in mind that people with tattoos are not allowed to access the pool and sauna area. So basically sleeping there one night is great but don't spend any money in the hotel. Lisez la suite

The hotel is convenient (like many others) for Narita Airport..At check in the receptionist decided to allocate me a room with twin(single) beds although I had booked a room with Queen bed. I had to ask him to change me back to a room with a Queen bed. Not sure why he did this - perhaps he thought as I was a single woman traveller I only needed a single […] bed! He wasted my time when I was tired from a long journey so this was not appreciated.Room basic but clean and adequate. Bed comfortable. I paid an extra 1500 yen when booking for breakfast which was good value at that price and a reasonable buffet spread. Best feature being eggs cooked to order. Fruit thin on the ground (tinned peaches, soogy tinned prunes) fresh slices of orange and bananas. Plenty of cereals, yogourt, bread, pastries etc I needed to print out an e- ticket and was able to use the free hot spot internet connection at the cafe by the breakfast buffet to send to reception. They very helpfully printed it out for me. There is a printer in this cafe which you can use to print up to 5 sheets for free - a good feature. Unfortunately there was no lead to connect my lap top to it - hence reception offering to print for me. The bell boys collected my bags very quicky and took out to the airport shuttle bus for me. Excellent Hotel but this is Japan and The Standard is high throughout. Great pool and gym, Beauty Treatments and fantastic restaurant. Rooms beautifully clean with high quality amenities.

Hotel which in my mind does not really represent a Hilton airport hotel Price is good even on the low end. However I was not impressed with the standard WiFi not avaiable in the rooms, only in bar and lobby area, and it was not free Breakfirst OK but expensive

I was really pleased with this hotel. the staff were extremely helpful and ready to assist. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to and from the mall and downtown Narita, were always on time. I would definitely go back to Hilton Narita the next time i visit Japan

The Hilton lives up to the reputation of the chain as a whole ... quite nice and comfortable. However, it is in a location that is somewhat difficult to get to and very difficult to get out of unless you are heading to the airport. Any other direction is quite confusing.

I travel a lot and don't normally bother with these reviews, but I was reallly pleased with my choice of the Hilton when I needed to fly back to UK from Narita. It is a big comfortable hotel, and the rooms are especially good size for a Japanese hotel (especially after where I had been staying the rest of the week) I arrived quite late (note Narita […] Express stops running quite early) but the bar was open until midnight and they were still serving very good food at the bar. Close to the airport with free shuttle.

such as ONE towel in the bathroom. Room Service menu from 10pm - 6:30 has only 1 item available. Not very friendly for a hotel that has a lot of travelers not on the time zone. Stopped at this hotel ready for my flight the next morning, shuttle bus is great to get to the airport. Will use again on my next visit.

Hotel looks nice when entering the hotel. However, the smaller-sized room in which we stayed is of moderate quality. Quality of food, including breakfast, in restaurant moderate. Bus shuttle service to airport is efficient and convenient.

The room and service at the hotel were wonderful, but I was disappointed to find out the pool (that I had looked forward too) was an extra charge - about 20$. If I had known that it was an extra charge when I booked the hotel it would have been nice, but I instead I thought it was included in the price. It is definitely more westernized than any other hotel we stayed in while visiting Japan. It is very convenient to the Narita Airport, but nothing else. It took us an hour to get anywhere besides Narita. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful, but again, it was the most westernized of all the hotels we stayed in while visiting Japan.

The hotel booked through this site was better than could be imagined at a price that couldn't be beat anywhere. I did a one night stay with breakfast included. The hotel even had free shuttle service to/from the local mall and Narita, Japan city center. My wife and I stayed here on our return trip from visiting our son in Okinawa. Location of hotel is very convenient when transitting in Tokyo. It took me some time to run around for the location of the bus stop on arrival as the signature is not so clear.

The fact that this hotel has a pool at least partially drove my decision to to select it. The site does not indicate that use of the pool costs ~$20.

Comfortable beds and good breakfast. The shuttle bus service service timetable was available at the airport terminus information and the hotel reception and the buses prompt on leaving both. Was not there for very long but recommend in case of earthquakes. (We were there during a 6.0 with epicentre just down the road - no problem!)

This is a convenient hotel with shuttles to Narita airport. Only complaint was they charged me twice for internet access because I used 2 laptops with the one connection in the room (not at the same time).

I would highly recommend the Hilton Narita. Its location is not one that one would go for a stroll but it was quiet and we were there when it was cold and there were snow showers.But every thing else was well done, Bus service to and from airport and Narita was great. The breakfast was fabulous with 5 food stations and our evening meal in the Japanese Rest. was also fabulous. Both meals were not cheap but breakfast was all you could eat and for our evening meal we enjoyed a young lady at our table presenting and cooking our food. Very Japanese. And all this was accomplished during a three day stay and the earthquake of March 11 2011. They handled the situation very well and the building seemed quite safe. Enjoyed the visit to this nice hotel. Very clean and the room was fully equipped including terry cloth robes. Great buffet lunch. Airport bus very nice and ran on time.

The hotel itself was very nice. It was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially like the comforter on the bed. I spent two weeks in Japan on a business trip. It was a nice place to "cool down" before returning home the next day. I felt that having to pay extra for internet was lame since the other 4 hotels I stayed at in Shin- Shirakawa, […] Tokyo, Takasaki, and Nagano provided free internet access. The restaurants and bar at the hotel were quite expensive. I did, however, appreciate the shuttle bus to the airport. One item I was a bit irritated about was the restaurant and bar was closed for a "private party". I was very hungry and wanted to have dinner. I was told I would have to wait until the party was over before I could have dinner. Arrgghh!! There was an AM/PM in the lobby. Although I really wasn't up to having AM/PM fare for dinner that night. So...I waited. Overall, the stay was mostly pleasant. The desk staff was quite polite and professional. I stayed at this hotel many times when it was the Rhiga Royal. Not it is the Hilton and it has retained all the high standards, and yet there is something that I saw as a bitter pill and it has driven me to seek another hotel the next time I am in Narita/Chiba. The problem is with the internet service. It seems small and perhaps trivial, but to me it […] reflected poorly on the Hilton's hospitality. To be specific, the Hilton Narita has internet computers in the main lobby, but unlike nearly all other hotels I use, this Hilton charges a fee. Worse still, I was forced to purchase a "card" and it is only good for a 24-hr period, after which all unused minutes are lost. This can be costly when viewed over a several day period, and it also upset me that the computer had no problem in rapidly accessing the card . . . and then once I logged on, the internet "service" obviously slowed down, and I saw this as an effort to "eat" as much of the time on my card as possible, to force me to buy a new one. I heard others make the same remarks. So the bottom line is that I felt dishonered by Hilton Narita for something that seems trivial, but to me it was not. I will not stay here again. Lisez la suite

I will not be returning to Tokyo. I found the language barrier to be difficult. I could not find anyone who spoke English. The people I came in contact with were not kind or helpful. It was a very dissapointing part of my trip.

Hotel reception sets the tone of one's stay and my misfortune is that on this occasion the reception was distinctly unhelpful. After rushing us through the check-in process (we were the only guests at the reception area) and taking our luggage to the room we had to call the front desk 3 times to find out the where, when and how to access the hotel's […] amenities. Perhaps it relates to the language barrier but the impression we received was that the front desk was disinterested in being helpful. So we defaulted to asking housekeeping who had more difficulty with English but were more helpful. Sad but true and not consistent with the Hilton "experience" as advertised. I spent the night at the airport due to a late flight. Can't get my money back, couldn't get to the hotel. Never would have booked this but the web site said 24 hour shuttle service TO the airport. Thanks Hilton. You lost a customer for life. And kicked off a vacation in the worst way.

After staying in the heart of Tokyo in a Japanese owned hotel at comparable cost, this hotel was a real disappointment. Obviously American run and managed, the Japanese attention to detail and polite service were missing. We arrived late and were forced to eat in the smokey bar area which set the tone for much of the stay. Very nice hotel and stay. Great amenities, professional staff, clean rooms and common areas, and a tasty breakfast buffet. The shuttle service to Narita airport and downtown was prompt, readily available, and very convenient. Special summer rate was fabulous!

Stayed one night while waiting for flight. Hotel is halfway between town and airport. Room was booked from UK while we were elsewhere in Japan - everything worked ok. Room was ok but not overgenerous. Minus points - cable only internet, no wireless. Annoying as we had netbook with wifi but no lan port. Elegimos este hotel por la proximidad al aeropuerto ya que nuestro vuelo de regreso salía a la mañana siguiente. Para nosostros fue absolutamente decepcionante tras pasar unos días fantásticos en los hoteles elegidos en Tokyo y Kioto. Fue un shock pasar de la exquisitez de la ciudad y el trato de los japonenes a un hotel 100% americano y en el que estábamos […] "cautivos" porque está alejado del centro de Narita. Resultado: cenar en la cafetería una hamburguesa carísima con una TV dando deportes continuamente. Hotel en general muy anticuado. Hace años que necesita una remodelación El hall y la cafeteria parecen más nuevos pero al acceder a la habitación se observa que tanto el ascensor como los pasillos tienen sus añitos. Respecto a la habitacón, como es habitual en un Hilton, es grande pero la verdad es que tanto la habitación como el baño están viejos y anticuados. El desayuno, incluido en el precio, aunque tiene variedad, es bastante normalito. El servicio de shutle está bien. This is a hotel for those who value smiling staff and a luxurious lobby rather than efficiency and service. Apart from its location near Narita airport and free shuttle bus it's lacking the convenience I as a business traveler seek. They charge you extra for everything, even internet connection, and have a maximum of 3 pcs of bread from the breakfast […] buffet. The spa close as early as 10pm. In short: only go there if you plan to stay in your big room with your newlywed spouse and eat candle lit dinners at one of the hotel restaurants. But then, why go to an airport hotel?
