c'est un tres bel hotel, les chambres sont confortables , agreables, il ya une galerie marchande en bas de l hotel ou l'on peut se restaurer. l hotel n'est pas en plein centre , il faut prendre le monorail pour rejoindre le metro ou le JR mais c'est facile, on s'habitue vite...

Decent stay but consider difficulties to get to downtown Tokyo . We had to make three transfer with non-compatible lines (different rail/Subway passes required). Breakfast buffets were subpar even though our 'palates' are 'open' to the Japanese diet.

This Hotel is conveniently located on Tennezou Island. It is about 200 meters from the monorail station and maybe 300 meters from the Train station, ie you can be at either one in about 5 minutes. The station does not have a lot of lines but there is never more than 5 minutes wait to get to one of the main station. It is only two stations from Big Site […] and you can get there in about 15 minutes. It is also very convenient for Haneda airport and you can take the monorail and be there in about 20 minutes without having to change. Tennezou Island is somewhat a quiet neighborhood, so don't expect the hussle and bussle of Roppongi, Ginza or Shinjouku. If you need a convenient hotel that is reasonably priced, then this is a good choice. The room was spotless clean and the service was impecabble as you expect from Japanese Hotels. All rooms are located on the 23rd to 27th floor and have a nice partial view of Tokyo Bay Lisez la suite

NIce view, quiet and away from the hustle, however, need to pay extra train ride every trip on the monorail. Will be good if the hotel cover with a pass of sort. Little eateries around the area and need to travel out to meals.

Check in and out efficiently. Fantastic rainbow bridge room. Ok to stay for 1 night in Tokyo. Front desk very helpful.

This was a great little modern hotel to stay at in Tokyo. So close to the train system and easy to get around from location to location!

This is not a high end hotel. But the room was clean and has a nice view of Rainbow Bridge for its price. Its location is very convenient if you take Tokyo Monorail, but needs a long walk from Sinagawa station.

Needed hotel for late flight into Tokyo. Convenient and easy to access from Haneda Airport, conveniently located at monorail station, without going outside.

It is directly connected with Tokyo Monorail (about 5 min. fron Hamamatsucho sta) and Rinkai Line (about 4-5 min. by walk).

Even I was sick hotel stuff help us with all necessary negotiation with the Hospital. I wouldn't imagine better service. If I'm in Tokyo again I'll definitely choose same hotel. I was very satisfied.

Great Hotel, staff are very helpful and their english is very good. Transport is extrememly easy from this place. Would stay there again.

Extremely simple to get there. From Tokyo station take the JR Yamanote Line to Hamamatsucho Station. Then take the Tokyo monorail to Tennozu-isle. The hotel is right down the stairs from the Station.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very clean, affordable, with exceptional staff (english speaking).

This hotel was quite nice although the room was very small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If all you need is a nice room with a friendly staff, I would certainly recommend this hotel. As this was our first trip to Japan we planned to explore different areas using a combination Airport Limo and Tokyo Metro 2 day pass combination. The limo […] drop was in front of a small mall you must go through and up an escalator to the second floor to reach the lobby in the back of the building (not terribly convenient). We also discovered that the Tokyo Metro didn't go as far as the Dai-Ichi Seafort. The closest Metro station as a 2000 yen cab ride or a monorail to the next station and a transfer on another line to get to the metro (just under 1000 yen for three people). The train system can be a bit confusing and English isn't widely spoken (or printed). To buy the monorail and train pass to the Tokyo Metro required finding the correct stations on an English/Japanese map and then finding the Japanese characters for that station in the ticket machine. If I were to book again for a visit to Tokyo I would look for a hotel with better access to the Tokyo Metro. The hotel was fine, but the location didn't fit our requirements. Lisez la suite

山手線から徒歩圏ではないので、モノレールに乗るのが不便。しかしモノレール駅と直結しているので、天気が悪くても濡れないで移動可能。 結婚式場をするホテルなので、部屋もきれいで清潔。広さと快適さを求めた今回の滞在ではとても満足。2泊以上することがあればまた泊まりたい。

도쿄여행이나 전체적인 관광에는 좋은지역은 아닙니다 갈아타고 요금도 모노레일이라서 조금이 비싸요

品川の常宿がいっぱいだったので、今回はこちらに泊まりました。 お値段は大変良心的ですし、設備なども満足なのですが、天王洲アイルはやはりちょっと不便でした。 3泊したのですが、一日の仕事のあと、ホテルへ帰ろうという段になって、JRからモノレールへの乗り換える元気が残っていなかったり、モノレールの終電が来てしまっていたりして、結局品川からタクシーに乗ったことが2回ありました。 ロビーにも、延べでも30分もいなかったのですが、あまり活気がなかったような。。。。 次の早朝、羽田から出発というようなシチュエーションだと便利なのでしょうけど、、それでも、品川に泊まっちゃいますよね、普通。 ホテルは立地が一番、ということを再確認しました。

幾乎完美，美中不足的是飯店位置在天王洲站，等於每天會多花一些交通費，還有早餐太貴了！ 但是這一些不滿，在我們住到新宿某哈比人飯店（小、無view）之後化為雲煙～下次若再來日本，我還會繼續住這兒！享受超棒的房間、夜景和服務！

外観も部屋もきれいで快適なホテルでした。 モノレールの終電の時間が早いので、お出かけ前にはそれだけはチェックが必要です。 まぁ浜松町からタクシーに乗ればすぐですけど。

友人と休日を過ごすために予約した。客室はスーペリアツインで、考えていたよりもかなり広く、調度も行き届いており上質な印象。価格に対する満足度は非常に高い。 遮音もしっかりしているが、窓の結露は対策が必要。寝具のクオリティはもう少し良いものだとサプライズ的に素晴らしくなる。 他に飲食する店舗が限られているためか、レストランが強気すぎる価格で、滞在中ずっと使用するにはしんどい印象がある。許容限度より30％は高い。

建物や部屋からの景色はいいのですが、駅から遠いのにもかかわらず、ホテルの玄関にタクシーがいなく、またそれを対応する人もいないので、不便。 雨の日だったのでとくに

Das Hotel liegt ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Shinagawa entfernt. Die Tokyo Monorail befindet sich im selben Gebäudekomplex wie das Hotel, mit dieser kommt man in wenigen Minuten ins Zentrum von Tokio. In der näheren Umgebung sind einige Konbini stores und Restaurants vorhanden. Die Zimmer im nördlichen Teil haben direkten Blick auf die Rainbow-Bridge. Das […] Hotel bietet einen Bus service zum Flughafen Narita an. Das Personal spricht teilweise gut englisch und ist sehr freundlich. Im Hotel befindet sich ebenfalls eine Kapelle und ein relativ teures aber sehr gutes Teppan-Yaki Restaurant. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Lisez la suite
