Pour nous c'était le luxe! L'hotel est une succession de grandes maisons de 3 niveaux, chacun ayant sa terrasse privée avec vue sur le Golf et la végétation tropicale. Un vrai appartement décoré comme dans les magazines (entrée, cuisine américaine électro kitchen aid, grand salon)la baie vitrée donne accès à la terrasse privée. 2 salles de bain (tous les produits sont fournis:dentifrice gel douche shampoing après shampoing et lait hydratant) et une immense chambre. La piscine à côté de la réception est grande avec de multiples chaises longues et jacuzzi(les serviettes sont fournies). Le restaurant de l'hotel est très bon, le menu enfant est très bien).Le Spa et la salle de sport en haut de la réception sont très luxueux. Attention cependant, nous sommes à 20 min en voiture de Miami beach, et à côté de l'aéroport (mais on n'entend pas du tout les avions)

Satisfait de tout, sauf peut être de la superficie de la chambre et du lit, qui sont vraiment minuscules

Nous y avons passé deux nuits au début de notre autotour. Hôtel calme, propre. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Petit-déjeuner complet. A proximité de l'US 1 pour rejoindre les principales attractions de Miami. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.

Etabli à moins de dix kilomètres à l'ouest du centre de Miami, l'aéroport jouxte le quartier d'affaires et résidentiel de Coral Gables et n'est qu'à quelques minutes des commerces de Coconut Grove. Nous sommes arrivés à Miami en soirée et avons dormi une nuit à cet hôtel avant de poursuivre notre séjour dans les Keys. Pas très luxueux mais acceptable pour le tarif. Le lit était très confortable. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel pour un long séjour.

Hotel was extremely outdated. The smell alone should have sent us running. Hotel was rated a 3 star but should have been a 1.5 at best. The shuttle was convenient and the staff were friendly. Three friends and myself recently stayed at the Regency Hotel for a music festival. Checking in and out was very easy, and the front desk and bell hops were very helpful. We had a corner room, so the balcony was in a huge L shape; very nice to have a few drinks on before the festival. The hotel was clean, and the pool area was very nice as well. Except for our room, which was clean and comfortable, the hotel was a disappointment. All fitness equipment was broken and apparently had been for some time. The clerk at the desk was abrupt. The drink prices were outrageous. The breakfast we had prior to departure was poor at best.

After repeated calls/promises, waited 40 minutes for shuttle from airport to hotel, but it was full when it arrived. Promised another would arrive in 10 mins but after waiting another half hour, we took a taxi only to find out the hotel is 10 mins away. Hotel check-in staff was clueless and didn't know about breakfast/drink pad for at hotels.com site. […] Was resolved only after getting night manager involved. "Regency, MIA"
First problem I encountered was that English is my primary language. The second problem I encountered was that late at night the staff is minimal and less than helpful. The location and acess to the airport was great but if you pass the hotel enroute to it it is difficult to turn around and go back.

This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. The internet is so slow I could not even load my Gmail account. I think dial up from a 1990 computer would have been faster.

I needed a hotel close to the airport at a reasonable rate. The lobby was very nice, as was the restaurant. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, room service took 50 minutes to deliver my pizza (even though their menu says they will deliver within 30 minutes). Additionally, there was no information in the room regarding the location […] of a fitness center/exercise room (or other hotel features). So I called the front desk and asked where the fitness center was. She continually thought I was asking about the business center (even when I said "exercise room"), and finally she said "I'm sorry m'am, I just don't get you". When I finally located the "exercise room" it had 3 pieces of cardio equipment - NONE of which worked. If you need a reasonable price and just a bed for the night before catching a flight, this is a fine hotel. But don't expect to be wowed. Lisez la suite
"Upgrade to Club level"
My husband and I flew into Miami and stayed one night prior to a cruise. We paid a little extra to upgrade to a Club level room, and it was very worth it. It included the hot buffet breakfast, welcome drinks and snack, and free shuttle to the Port of Miami for both of us. They also had a complimentary airport shuttle, whether you were Club level or […] not. Overall the hotel was a little dated, but our room was comfortable and clean. This hotel is not at the address advertised in Hotels.Com, so the cab driver had a bit of a problem but knew the hotel. Front desk help were very good. Bellman and others were useless. They told us there were no vending machines, we would need to go to the bar for a Coke. Couldn't give directions to the ice machine. We chose this hotel because they […] had a complimentary ride to the port of Miami. The ride was complimentary--And there was no air conditioning on the bus--which contained at least 30 of us sandwiched together. Finally a passenger got up and opened all the windows. "Hotel for an airport overnight"
I had expected a great hotel, after reading other reviews, but all I can say is it was fine. The location is good for anyone who needs to overnight near the airport for a morning flight. They have an airport shuttle bus that runs on the half-hour. The area around the hotel is not wonderful, but a short cab ride will take you to Coral Gables area where […] there are good restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and basic, and the price was right. We arrived too late and left too early to take advantage of any eating at the hotel, but they have a bar and restaurant. Was very convenient from airport to hotel and to the cruise line. They provided free shuttle from airport and to the port. Make your own arrangements from ship. Room clean, bed comfortable. We stayed here because they advertise that they take you to the pier. We were going out of Fort Lauderdale. We had to call a taxi on our own. They will only take you to Miami pier

"OK, but a bit pricey."
I thought this hotel would be a step above the standard chains. But not really much. The mattress was comfortable, but there was only a sheet on the bed. No blankets. No comforter. It was kinda strange. Very noisy in the evening and you can tell you are in the flight path. Staff was nice.
We would stay there again everyone was pleasant the only problem we couldnt check in for a little while the rooms were not ready otherwise it was great!!!
Our stay here was great rooms could use a micro wave highly recomend

Well the pictures look great......but unfortunately, this hotel, needs major renovating. The furniture is OLD, the curtains had cigarette burn holes...and this is a non-smoking hotel...... There is no seating, besides one office chair....coffee for ONE, when two of us booked.... It is an old Hotel, the lobby and pool are a nice touch, BUT the rooms […] leave a ton to be desired! I was DISAPPOINTED. For the price, I could have done a WAY BETTER! Won't be booking through Hotel.com again. "A convenient 'airport' hotel"
I arrived late in the evening and needed a place to sleep - the shuttle service was still running when I needed it (11 PM) and that was much appreciated. The guy at the desk was efficient and polite and had me checked in quickly. I was surprised when I got to my room that there was no comforter or blanket on the bed -- just the top sheet and the decorative […] throw/strip that runs along the foot of the bed (like in most hotels). I checked the closet, but no blanket there, either. I was too tired to call downstairs to request something, so I don't know if they would have brought up a blanket or not. In the morning, I tried to get the "area shuttle" to take me downtown to my final destination, but the lady at the front desk told me 'no.' I guess it only goes to the port for cruise ship passengers, but I'm not sure. I took a taxi to my destination ($20). Lisez la suite

We had on time 'free' shuttle service from the airport and then to the port for our cruise. The staff is excllent in all departments. Rooms were very clean, restaurant had wonderful food/service, the lounge was so much fun! They even showed my kids a bunch of magic tricks. The hotel was ok but there were a few things I didn't like. The tv in the room was old. I ordered a medium burger and it was rare. I only ate half of it. Other than those two things the hotel was fine.
The Airport Regency was very nice. The staff were very accomodating.

A decent hotel that is close to the airport and the airport. The hotel also has a complimentary shuttle to the Port which is FANTASTIC. However, for a hotel that prides itself on being a common place for cruisers to go before embarking on a cruise, one can NOT print out online checkin materials, such as boarding passes, etc. for the cruise. They have […] a nice business center, but the computers do NOT have a PDF reader on them so one can not view, hence print, these imperative materials. BE SURE TO HAVE EVERYTHING BEFORE ARRIVING TO THE HOTEL. The staff is NOT friendly at all. NOT HELPFUL. Pretty rude. Tried asking for assistance with the printing, I was advised, "oh well". Also, all of the vending machines were broke (yes, all 5 throughout the hotel) so I was not able to get a water after traveling 5 hours. Once again, I approached the "concierge" (notice the quotes), and his suggestion was to walk out and find a store. Mind you, I have never been to Miami before, it was after 11 p.m., and the hotel is NOT in what appears to be a safe area. When I went to check-out, the staff was again very short and rude...abrupt. Didn't seem to care about my conerns orgive me the time of day. Again, decent hotel but will probably not stay here again based solely on the service of the staff.
