Le restaurant Old Spaghetti Factory est géré indépendamment. Toutes sortes de pâtes et un grand choix de plats sont proposés dans ce restaurant adapté aux familles, ouvert à midi et le soir. Le décor unique est composé d'objets anciens, de vitraux, de lampes Tiffany et d'un trolley authentique utilisé en guise de salle à manger dans la salle même du restaurant.
Le Ric's Grill est géré de façon indépendante. Il se trouve dans le hall principal. Ouvert matin, midi et soir.
Le salon Crystal Lounge est géré indépendamment. Ce salon à l'atmosphère feutrée est idéal pour prendre un verre ou regarder un match après une journée sur les pistes. Il est ouvert du milieu de l'après-midi jusque tard dans la soirée.
Le Citta's est dirigé et géré de façon indépendante. Prononcé « tchi-taz », ce salon décontracté sert des repas légers de midi jusqu'à la fermeture. Son patio est très apprécié des skieurs de retour des pistes.
Le Ric's Grill est géré de façon indépendante. Il se trouve à l'étage principal. On y sert des amuse-bouches et des cocktails. Il est ouvert du milieu de l'après-midi jusque tard dans la soirée.
Vous pourrez utiliser le matériel de fitness, ainsi qu'une piscine avec bain à remous en plein air.
Le Crystal Lodge & Suites est affilié aux deux golfs les plus prestigieux de Colombie Britannique, Furry Creek on the Sea-to-Sky Highway et Nicklaus North, situé à 5 km au nord de l'hôtel.La réception peut s'occuper de la réservation des heures de départ.

"Crystal Lodge Whistler"
Nous avons séjourné 2 jours dans cet hôtel. Hôtel calme et très bien situé, au coeur du village. Nombreux restaurants et activités à proximité.
"Chrystal lodge à Whistler"
A ne pas maquer pour sa Situation, en plein dans le village haut de whistler (endroit ou il faut etre!) les chambres sont plutot petites et moyennes mais sa situation exceptionnelle prime . Le restaurant y est très bon et pas cher du tout.

Le Crystal Hotel: un bel hôtel à un prix fort raisonnable en plein milieu du coeur de Whistler! Nous avons été très bien acceuillis et servi.
Great location in the middle of everything...but if you are a light sleeper wouldn't recommend it. You hear everything outside and the neighboring rooms balconies are right outside your window.

"Great Locations"
Meh...... We had stayed there before. We were upgraded the first time to a gorgeous suite. So we thought we would stay there again during the Telus ski and snowboard show thinking that even if we weren't in an upgraded room it would still be wonderful. It really wasn't. The room was extremely small I felt like we were in a hostel. The noise from our […] window was so loud at night woke us up all three nights we were there. We will probably just stay at the Fairmont again, its a few minute walk into the main Village but its lovely and you get what you pay for. Lisez la suite

Lovely hotel, great staff, couldn't want for a better location. Rooms are adequate, but for a place just to lay your head, you couldn't ask for more.

"The heart of Whistler Village"
This hotels location is unbeatable!!! The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I return to Whistler, this is where I will stay again. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

"OK stay but not impressed."
Best part of this hotel was the friendly service. Floors needed vaccuming, pool was messy and garbage laying around. Left me with the impression that Canadian pride has slipped. Would need to improve their tidiness for me to entertain returning.
"Clean, great location"
The hotel was very clean and had a great location, right in the village. The hotel room was very small and not much room to move around but clean and quiet. Overall, I think it was a great price and I would go back.

The service was excellent, the bed was decent, and the room was nice. Our experience was very positive, and the location is great. But this hotel is a hotel. If you have stayed in a hotel before, you know what you're getting. We stayed here in November, when pretty well nobody visits Whistler, so the price was great, but it was even relative to the […] other hotels around there. It's a small deal, but it took the shower almost ten minutes to warm up - and the normal temperature of the water is so bitterly cold that waiting in the shower just isn't an option. Lisez la suite

"A Wonderful Surprise"
We picked this hotel from photos on line and we were thrilled when we arrived and checked into our huge room with separate sitting area. The location is ideal, right in the village. Lucky is the skier who will stay here this winter!

best location in village!
"Awesome roomy hotel"
The standard room we stayed had two queen beds and a sofa bed plus the mini kitchen with microwave. THe hotel is close to everything and very cozy. I loved my stay at Crystal Lodge.

"Whistler"
We had to change the first room as we had a roof for a view. Then they changed us on the side of the hotel hallway, this way we could see people. Rooms were small but very clean, and comfortable. A microwave was missing. Yolande

This was a surprise, it is so nice, new construction BIG room with cathedral ceiling, kitchenette etc etc, very modern complex. WOW
"Basic hotel room, but we might stay again"
Honestly, we didn't stay in the room too much, because there's SO much fun outside!! The room is clean, service is good, the basic you need for a night. Remember to get a better view though...

The hotel staff get a 4.5 but the restaurant staff get a 1. We found them slow and bordering on rude. The room, a king size, was very clean and comfortable except for the bed which, is really where we spent most of our time when in the room. Overall assesment - we would stay again but check the bed before accepting the room.

Stayed here for one night - considerable savings over the 'swankier' hotels in the area (i.e. Pan Pacific, Four Seasons), with little tradeoff. Great location - steps away from all the action. Good bang for your buck.

Get a room in the "lodge" half of the hotel, it's more updated and has bigger rooms.

We were only here 2 nights. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and customer oriented. We were offered an upgrade for a minimal additional charge, that we accepted. We loved the full kitchen in our room. The only downside was the quality of the mattresses. The hotel is located in Whistler Village and within walking distance to all major shops/restaurants. "Crystal Lodge Hotel and Suites rooms"
the room with two double beds was extremely small and we couldn't imagine three people in the room, there would be nowhere to move. Other than that the location is on the main stroll and everything else was fine.

Superb value for money. Fabulous location in the heart of the town. The room was huge, modern & very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgable about the area ,events , retaurants and activities. Excellent location for the village.

"Handy hotel in Whistler"
This was my second stay in six months at the Crystal. Once again we opted for the deluxe king rooms. Unfortunately on this occasion we were allocated rooms on the first, rather than the third floor. Neither of the two rooms we had, had a balcony or a fireplace (which we had had on our first visit) and the rooms do not benefit from cathedral ceilings […] like those on the third floor. Makes me kind of wonder whether the hotel gives the better rooms to people who book direct with them rather than through a consolidator? Additionally being closer to the street level meant that the late night noise was particularly instrusive. I still like this hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great. However I'd recommend that you ask for 3rd floor rooms rather than the first floor. Lisez la suite

This is a good all round Hotel. We could not find fault with any aspect of the Hotel or the service provided by the staff.
"Noicy Village Miljeu"
The proximity of this hotel to the Vistler Village makes this hotel unsuitable for anyone that intends to sleep before 4 AM - after the young crowd have spent their energy and emptied the bars.

We arrived a day early in Whistler and needed to find a last minute hotel (8pm at night) for just one night until our condo was available. Crystal was wonderfully accomodating... a beautiful hotel, great looking room, excellent service by front desk. We'd love to stay here at the Crystal next time we are in town. "Good Location"
I like this hotel, close to all amenities. The staff is friendly and cooperative. They provide you basket with wine bottles,water,chocolates and some other stuff. Make sure you eat or drink you will have to pay for it. There is not free wireless Internet inside your room you will have to pay for it, some other hotels offer as complimentary almost same […] price.it will be better if there is one microwave in the room. Other than that it was good. There is dogs allowed in the hotel. I was concerned with it. But our rooms were clean. Lisez la suite
"Crystal Lodge, Whistler, BC"
Excellent location in the heart of Whistler, five minute walk to the Blackcomb gondala. Very helpful staff, comfortable rooms, a bit noisy outside the weekend we were there (the Telus World Ski & Snowboard Festival was on), but not excessively so. We enjoyed our stay.
Internet only available in lobby unless you purchase. Free Internet was over sold. Beds were uncomfortable.
