Pour nous c'était le luxe! L'hotel est une succession de grandes maisons de 3 niveaux, chacun ayant sa terrasse privée avec vue sur le Golf et la végétation tropicale. Un vrai appartement décoré comme dans les magazines (entrée, cuisine américaine électro kitchen aid, grand salon)la baie vitrée donne accès à la terrasse privée. 2 salles de bain (tous les produits sont fournis:dentifrice gel douche shampoing après shampoing et lait hydratant) et une immense chambre. La piscine à côté de la réception est grande avec de multiples chaises longues et jacuzzi(les serviettes sont fournies). Le restaurant de l'hotel est très bon, le menu enfant est très bien).Le Spa et la salle de sport en haut de la réception sont très luxueux. Attention cependant, nous sommes à 20 min en voiture de Miami beach, et à côté de l'aéroport (mais on n'entend pas du tout les avions)

Satisfait de tout, sauf peut être de la superficie de la chambre et du lit, qui sont vraiment minuscules

Nous y avons passé deux nuits au début de notre autotour. Hôtel calme, propre. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Petit-déjeuner complet. A proximité de l'US 1 pour rejoindre les principales attractions de Miami. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.

NE PAS SE FIER AUX COMMENTAIRES PRECEDENTS l'hotel est génial les réceptionistes super accueillant et qui parlent francais (1sur3). Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres bien equipées. Les 2 jaccuzis sont au top! Certes il y a une taxe de séjours de 60$ non mentionnées mais a part sa tout était parfait. Hotel tres bien situé a 50 metres des bars et en meme temps l endroit est calme. Seul Hic des vacances lorsque vous louez une voiture bien faire attention au stationnement on ne peut quasiment se garer nul part les parcmètres proposent une durée de stationnement courte et si vous dépassez de 2min vous avez une amende a 90% je parle en connaissance de cause..(18$ a regler sous 1 semaine sinon 48$) des parkings payant et surveillés sont proposés mais 30$ minimum la journée...les fourrieres tournent 24h/24 et la facture s'élève a 300$ prenez garde! Hotel a conseillé vivement 4.5/5

"855 Collins avenue"
Hôtel très bien situé pour tous les amateurs de mouvement. À une rue de Océan Drive et de Washington Avenue pour les ferrus de shopping. Le personnel de l hôtel est sympa. Par contre l attente avant d être servi en terrasse est relativement longue. Si vous allez au resto sur océan drive pensez à demander le prix des cocktail ou vous allez être surpris. "Hotel Chesterfield"
Hotel très bien situé, proche de la mer, de lincoln mall, des boites et attractions nocturnes. Belle déco dans les chambres bien spacieuses. Seul bémol j'ai été réveillé 2 nuits sur 5 par fuite d'eau provenant de la chambre du dessus !
trés bien situé, de plus cet hotel propose des entrées VIP dans les boites de nuit du secteur. Un bar à sushi trés sympa avec une bonne ambiance.
Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de la plage, commerces et restaurants. Hôtel propre, chambres rénovées récemment et personnel sympathique. Du bruit la nuit à cause du bar de l'hôtel, donc à déconseiller pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge. Éviter de prendre le parking à l'hôtel, avons payé 100 $ pour 4 jours. Parking public à 200m beaucoup […] moins cher. De plus, quant nous avions besoin de la voiture, il fallait le préciser à la réception 15 min avant pour qu'il la cherche, mais avions attendu certaines fois plus de 30min.Nous avions laissé l'emprunte de notre carte de crédit pour la caution (100$), et quelques jours après notre départ de l'hôtel, nous avons été débité de 64 $. Je leur ai téléphoné pour leur demander pourquoi ce débit de 64$, ils m'ont répondu qu'il s'agissait de la prestation du voiturier en plus des 100$ de parking! Je me suis un peu énervée au téléphone parce qu'ils nous avaient dit 100$ parking+voiturier...je leur ai dit que j'allais laisser un commentaire sur internet par rapport à ça et 10 jours après, les 64$ était à nouveau recredité… Si possible, payez la caution en espèce, comme ça pas d'histoire ni de surprise, vous la récupérez au check-out. impossible de dormir sur la rue car le bar tres bruyant !!!!en dessous ferme a 4 heure du matin demander imperativement a etre loin derriere autrement design et propreté des chambres bien , mais manque d'aeration;odeur de renfermé!!
"Un bon souvenir"
Nous avons réservé cet hotel car il est près de la plage et à une rue d Ocean drive. Il est composé de trois bâtiments, le principal est le mieux insonorisé. Nous avons séjourné dans celui au dessus de la réception, c'était la fiesta jusqu'a 23.00, il y a de l'ambiance avec un dj, une méchante sono, à proscrire si vous avez des enfants. Dans les bâtiments […] annèxes , c'est très bruyants: la clim', l'arrière cour et surtout les fenêtres laissent tout passer. On a été surclassé à chaque fois sur nos 2 séjours. Le personnel est très commercial et sympathique. Les chambres sont propres et modernes , la déco est sombre. Une grande télé écrant plat trône en face d'un lit king size, il y a une chaine hifi avec lecteur cd et ipod. Nous conseillons cet hotel pour les jeunes. Un plus : l'hôtel accèpte les animaux. "Awesome!!!"
Very please with this hotel. The room was very clean and we loved the decor. We got there pretty early in the day after our cruise returned and they held our luggage and gave us beach towels to head to the beach. There was a bell man that always carried our bags to where they needed to be. "A "meh" experience if there ever was one."
The good: The beds were comfortable and the bartenders were out-of-sight nice. The bad: Got bedbugs. Bathroom had some roaches. In four days, towels were never changed and glasses I brought from bar were never picked up. The maids did not seem concerned about cleaning our room other than making it look like they stopped in. "Chesterfield Miami Must read"
The hotel has a small lobby that is more of a hang out spot. There is a bar in the lobby and Happy Hour is every night. The room had a king bed with mini bar. Over 5 items in the mini bar was missing and we were not told that they were missing. There are not any drawers but a nice size closet. The bathroom was very nice. Everything worked fine in my […] room. However, my friend's card did not work to her room once she left to go out. Her power went out. When we arrived, she had to wait for her room to be cleaned. "Chesterfield Miami Beach"
I'm a Five Star member. This was the worse room experience I have ever had with Hotels.com. The 'suite' featured an entrance room with no windows and a stained daybed. The toilet was about two inches from the sink stand...no room at all! The bed was nice, but the furniture was old and broken. Two lights and the radio did not work. The window opened […] onto a much used staircase so the blinds could never be open. Room was noisy until 2:00am with the bar music right out the window. "Convenient Location, Perfect for Young Adults"
The location was great, in walking distance to bars, shops and the beach. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My husband complained about the noise but this is a party city and it was SuperBowel weekend. The downfall was the parking rate wasn't included and the location for parking wasn't as convenient. "Fun and close to everything"
I was nervous with some of the reviews when I booked but our room was clean and modern. The staff were all very helpful in suggesting what to do, see, and where to eat. We will be booking another trip to Miami and we will be staying in this hotel.

Shower water was cold and there was urine on the toilet when we arrived in our room.

Great location and a cheap option. Rooms had odd floor plans and bad functional design. Made poor recommendation for dinner and drinks. Loud environment outside and around my room. I left something behind in my room - and called the front desk multiple times without a response from them.

Overall the room was just okay. I would only recommend if you care only about location. The location is great for South Beach. You are nearby to everything (clubs, bars, restaurants, shopping, etc). However, the room is very very small and NOT good for sharing with 3-4 people. Only recommend for 1-2 people. And the bathroom is very tiny, also not good […] for sharing purposes. There is only one mirror in the bathroom and no where else in the room. And it's a small over the sink mirror. The service is very slow. If you request anything like towels, toilet paper, etc......they take forever. If you book through hotels.com, they don't guarantee the type of room you want. "Chesterfield Hotel and Suites - South Beach"
Had an awesome stay! Hotel upgraded our room. Pluses were the free happy hour from 7-8pm for guests and the proximity (one block) from Ocean Dr and (two blocks) from South Beach! The only negative was the bed. Mattress was too hard. Overall nice hotel!

They gave us a room right above the Lounge. They blasted club music until 1am and with two small kids, they had no consideration at all....will not stay there again.

The hotel, I would say is not a great one. But I was impressed with the staff, the way room was arranged, cleaned and with the guidance they have provided. The hotel is next to the beach, so you dont have to worry about anything. Just pack go sit on the sand, sun bathe or rent a bicycle and drive or do what ever comes to your mind. I loved the early […] morning walk with my wife on the shores of the beach. It is for sure a memorable one. Mangos, the famous pub is next to the hotel and we had an awesome night. Restuarants, grand night walk on the ocean drive, boarding into the bus on ocrean drive road was all in less than 1/4 mile distance. Cons: Parking, however, is a costly affair in Miami. I had no other option but to go for valet parking which is around 35$ per day. That would be less when you are in miami. Like 100$ being nothing in Vegas.. :P The rooms are very small and cannot accomodate more than 3. However, they allow you upto 5 with additional pay up. Chic hotel in the heart of South Beach. Newly remodeled, very clean, and a great bargain. Dusko at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I arrived early and was able to use a nice private restroom downstairs to change for the beach. Towels were provided. Mold in the shower. Sagging bed. Noisy A/C unit. A Toilet that required at least 6 flushes. A very dark room with minimum lights. Skip this one.

Although the check-in line was long and a loud DJ was in the lobby on Saturday night this otel was fun and pleasant. Not for older folk who want quiet and class though. More of a hang out for people into socializing with others and trying too hard to be hip.

The positive part of the Hotel was just the location. I had not hot water in my room. And even after several requests it never happened. Nothing like a cold military style shower. Bring your own shampoo and conditioners.

horrible hotel, very noisy and rude staff, dirty rooms. they also charged my card two months after i checkout. beware of this hotel and the south beach group of hotels, i have stayed at 5 of there properties and they always charge your card for the mini bar even when you dont use it.

Great place to stay. Newly refurbished. Great great location on 8th St. and Collins. Nice bar and lounge to hang out. Wish they would put a ramp on the stairway to make it easy for luggage on the 1st floor.

We got such a great price on the room at Chesterfield on Hotels.com that I was almost afraid to book it. A great price for a really great location. However I was very pleased with the hotel. There was a little bit of a wait at the front desk but actually I don't think the issues were problems with the hotel but rather the employees were going beyond […] the call of duty to help guests without causing a long delay. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in South Beach and some have been cheaper but were in such bad condition they still seemed too high. Others have been higher, but unless you paid a lot for a top resort they were no better. This was a great balance. Only real faults: Internet service was so poor you had to be in the lobby to access it and the sink was not real secure and rocked slightly turning water on and off. We passed through Miami last week and spent a night at the Chesterfield. From the free airport pick-up to the awesome room, great restaurant suggestions from staff and complimentary cocktails at happy hours, the Chesterfield surpassed our expectations. If you want to have a quiet night in, this might not be the place for you, though they may have interior rooms that would be quieter. this hotel is only a couple of blocks away from the beach, 1 block over from ocean drive and all the restaurants and shops that sobe has to offer BUT the rooms are REALLY small. Also, ask for a room that is not outside, on their alley because we were waken up at 8am every day by a super noisy garbage truck...

I will start this review by saying that I am a very frequent traveler. In my job, I spend dozens of nights in hotels every year, and I have worked in 54 countries around the globe over my career. This hotel was the worst I have ever experienced. A total fraud. We decided to stay at this hotel because of the location. For my 40th birthday, we decided […] to take a cruise out of Miami. Having been to Miami many times in the past, I wanted to dine at my favorite Miami restaurant, Lario’s at the Beach. This hotel was 1 block away. Then, we planned to dance the night away at the bars on the beach. When we arrived, the front desk clerk told us there had been a problem with the AC in the room they planned for us, so they were upgrading us to a nicer room at a sister hotel 4 blocks away, and they would pay for a cab to get us there. That wasn’t my favorite idea, but 4 blocks isn’t bad so I said OK. Then, I discovered there were 2 others in the lobby, all trying to make other plans because apparently they had been given the same story by the front desk clerk of the AC in their room not working. My spidey sense was tingling, telling me something wasn’t right. So, I pulled out the iPhone and discovered that the hotel they were trying to send us to was over 20 blocks away, not 4 as they had said. I asked to speak with the manager. After 5 minutes he finally came to the lobby and told me that they just had an event there this weekend and they were oversold so they were moving us to the other hotel. Great, so thus far everything the front desk had been telling me was a lie. A little more research on hotels.com told me that the property they were trying to send us to was no upgrade at all! In fact, it was a condo/apartment building that they just rented rooms out, and it was (according to other reviews) not cool. Oh, and it was CHEAPER than what I paid to stay at the Chesterfield. "Chesterfield Hotel, Miami"
If you are 20 something looking for a loud lounge scene in the lobby and don't mind a slightly ratty room, this hotel is for you. It is perfectly located in South Beach with hip decor, albeit worn and musty (at least our room was.)
"Nice but noisy"
The hotel is very basic. Service was friendly , the room was clean and small but ok given the price and that we were out and about most of the time. The location was nice because we had access to everything within walking distance BUT.. every morning, at 8 or 9 am for 30 min we had to endure the waste management truck backing up and dumping the garbage,which […] you could by the way smell on your way out of the hotel room. The windows were very thin and did not block out any noise. So we also heard alot of door slamming and people walking outside or past our window.
