bien situé car proche des quartiers art deco et de la lincoln road. petit déjeuner correct. wifi gratuit. la moquette et le parquet dans les chambres laissent à désirer; la salle de bains est correcte, ce n'est pas le luxe, mais on n'est pas là pour dormir même si l'on se retrouve en famille.

cet hotel se situe au centre de la ville à proximité de tout , accueuil chaleureux, propre, petit déjeuné simple mais satisfaisant personnel agréable, le seul bémole pas de parcking, il faut compter 16 dollars par jour en plus .

Son emplacement à réellement été un atout majeur, à 1 block de la plage, proche des meilleures discothèques, des boutiques, des restaurants et des parkings! Le rapport qualité prix avec le petit déjeuner est très bon. Par contre ne vous attendez pas à trouver vos chambres luxueuses, plutôt […] "vieillottes" avec le strict minimum, la clim fait un bruit d'enfer, la salle de bain est minuscule, les murs ne sont pas très épais.... Très bien placé, personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner vraiment pas extra-ordinaire, juste OK pour le café, le jus d'orange et les tartines. Couloirs et sol de la chambre en piteux état, dommage car ça gâche le bel hall d'accueil qui lui est récent. Malgré tout rapport qualité/prix acceptable.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son accueil multilingue. Attention ! Multilingue = anglais + espagnol. Pour les visites, c'est pareil. Le resto de l'hotel est tres bon, de plus vous avez 15% de reduction quand vous etes clients de l'hotel. Serviettes et petites chaises de plages pretées à la réception. Lits king size! Well, from the moment I walked to the front desk I thought it was going to be awful. I usually expect a smiling person on the other side of the desk making eyes contact but it wasn't the case. Overall the hotel stuff wasn't that friendly and the room was absolutely rubbish.. dusty, dirty and smelly! Never again, rather spend more next time.

I just needed a clean comfortable room for 2 days down in South Beach and that's what I got. The TV reception was could've been better, but who's in South Beach to watch TV in their hotel room? The staff was polite and didn't bug me to check out right at 11am. I was left alone and walked out about 30 hr after check out without a peep. The hotel has poor clean service, the bathroom tub with a moled and very dirty had to call for cleaning supplies, door in room had a pad lock with tape around the door, the room also had power cords going in and outside the room... that worse Hotel in history... don't book or stay here sleep on beach 1st

It's ok for someone who want's a hotel only to have a shower, get dressed and sleep. But please, CLEAN THE STICKY, DIRTY AND STINKY CARPETS!!!

The room was clean, ok but in the bathroom, the bathtub was not really clean. Their was some weird (not removable) deposit in the bottom. I took only showers so it was ok but I would not hqve taken a bath. I still recommend this hotel because it is quite cheap compared to the standard in the area. Our stay was not a very good experience. After 5 days, we had to ask to have our linens change. We also had to request wash cloths, hand towels, and plastic cups. We will never stay there again, or will we refer our friends to this sorry place.

Very exspensive so called bar,did not tell us about $150 a night reserve on credit card until check in, after was paid in full. The HORRID smell in lobby and room was to the point of gaging at times and burned nostrals at times very mildewy or moldey smell! Location was great to everything.

Enjoyed my stay at the Beachcomber. Convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants, parking garage right across the street. Cute little boutique hotel. Perfect for what we needed. Clean rooms, nice fluffy white towels, not overly large, but it suited our needs.Would stay there again.

Hotel lloks nice when you enter front desk, everything changes upstairs.Fridge was not working, Internet - very poor signal, breakfast - bagel, old croisants, jelly,creamy cheese, apple, juice and coffee, everything on plastic plates and cups. Don't pick that hotel if your criterion is breakfast, eat sth in loacl place. Great location though.

The hotel staff was accomidating and polite. The romms were average. BUt the location was what made the stay overall very pleasant. Located in the middle of the shopping areas and night clubs. The beach is across the street. I would saty there again.

This is a place to stay on a budget. If you're okay with a dingy place. The up keep of the hotel is sub par. The room was greatly disapointing. The bathroom was gross,I wore flip flops in the shower. Would not return. Only good thing about the hotel was the location .

The floor seemed dusty and some areas of the room were not absolutely clean. The cleanliness of the sheets and comforter is also suspect. The complimentary breakfast is quite disappointing to say the least.

The hotel is in a great location and the room was small. My only problem was the mattresses, we could feel every spring in them. The mattresses are very old and very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Other than that I had a wonderful time in South Beach.
