Rien à redire sur cet hôtel mis à part le wifi offert dans l'hôtel dont le débit est catastrophique! Accueil correct, hôtel calme, très bien situé, près des parcs et navettes gratuites!

Excellent hôtel à un quart d'heure du Centre d'Orlando. Bien situé pour aller à Universal Orlando et à Disney Resort Orlando. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cet hotel est vraiment très proche des parcs Universal avec une navette gratuite tous les jours (temps de trajet 10 minutes). Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées (frigo, micro-onde). En revanche, la première chambre était infestée de cafards (chambre et salle de bain). Nous en avons tués quatre dans les 30 premières minutes dans la chambre. […] On nous a proposé une autre chambre tout de suite et pas de problème par la suite. You can't go wrong with this hotel. Under $100 a night and they have all the accommodations of any other hotel. Plus the breakfast is pretty good. It was way better than what I expected. The fitness room has treadmills and that's it which was a little disappointing. We went to Wet-n-Wild and universal and both are about 2 miles away. Plus there is stop […] outside the hotel for the I-Trolley which takes you anywhere on I -Drive. We didn't get the chance to ride it because of time but it is a great feature. Room was beautiful, clean, no funny or mildew type smells, bathroom was sparkling clean, overall impression of hotel was that it was a really nice place - we paid a very reasonable for the night (including tax, etc) and I thought it was a good deal. Two minor complaints - more towels in the bathroom would have been nice. Didn't call to ask for more […] - just made due. It was fine. Also, we would have liked the option to enjoy the pool after a long day. It closed at 11pm. One significant complaint was the breakfast offerings. One waffle maker, and only waffle mix with strawberry syrup mixed into it was available. We did not enjoy strawberry waffles so much. The sausage patty had some type of brown liquid running off it and getting into the eggs (not very good at all), toast & breads were not soft, so not sure how fresh they were, coffee was mediocre. The only fruit available was bananas. No yogurt choices. Two cereals offered. Orange juice tasted watered down and overly acidic. Just not happy. Anyway, aside from the breakfast, we were really happy overall. We do enjoy when a nice breakfast is offered and sometimes that is the deciding factor when we stay somewhere since we have many children. That saves us $$ on eating breakfast in a restaurant. However, since it was just the two of us this time, that wasn't as big of a concern. We would probably not stay here again because of that, but if we did, we would eat breakfast in a restaurant somewhere else. Lisez la suite

We booked two rooms and had a nice one night stay at the Wingate. Our room was pretty clean and so was the bathroom. This is coming from a person who carries Ajax/Clorox wipes to clean my room at arrival..So I am extremely picky...they do need to replace some ripped curtains with holes but honestly it wasn't a big deal. The staff in the front desk was […] pleasant and at departure I also exchanged some words with a hispanic housekeeper who was very sweet ! The only thing I can say could be better was breakfast ..don't expect too much protein. The eggs seemed microwaved but If you don't mind having cereal with milk or a coffee with bread, pastries, juice and waffles then you are fine. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great as we were only about 5 minutes from Universal Studios. The only thing that could have been better was the free continental breakfast...the choices were limited and there didn't seem to be enough for everyone (for example, there was only one waffle maker to use and each waffle […] took at least 2 minutes). My overall stay was ok. Front desk clerk was great. She was very accommodating and friendly. The room was dated and musty. The pillows were so flat that I had to stack 3 pillows just to feel comfortable. The breakfast was ok I've not had eggs look like plastic but didn't taste bad. The Internet connection was free and very fast.

Was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The beds were good and we were satisfied with our stay. We travel a lot and we'd be happy to stay here again. There is a starbucks within 5-10min walk in the morning and a couple good food choices in the area.

Very nice hotel.The room was clean and we were allowed to check into our room early. excellent location to visit Universal Studios. My only complaint was the quality of the included breakfast. I am very selective where I take my family and where I rest my head at night. This is one of the many times I use this chain and found the stay comfortable and as expected. Price was modest and continental breakfast was more than a treat of selections.

This hotel was nice. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is that the ac cycles so even if you put it on high, it will turn off and then not turn back on until the room is hot again. And the pillows are too hard.

PROS- Close to all sites, Free shuttle service, Clean rooms, Grounds around hotel very clean, Free breakfast to start your day, Nice pool, Great maid service, Door keys worked fantastic (been to many hotels where you are having to go down to the front desk to get them redone), WiFi included. Our stay for 5 nights was excellent because the hotel is less than 1 mile to Universal studio and 1.3 miles to Holyland (a place you must see). Their breakfast was very good.

I worried that for the price, the hotel would be a dive. It turned out great! The rooms was clean and was perfect for our 2-night stay. The wi-fi was a plus. It would be great if they could provide some gluten-free breakfast choices -- everything was muffins/waffles, even the cereals were wheat based. This meant that my son with celiac disease could […] not eat anything from the buffet except the OJ. It would be easy to do -- offer fresh fruit and rice-based cereals such as Rice Chex. Decent place, clean, no problems. Nice free breakfast, but not fabulous. The location is very convenient to Universal (it's around the corner), but it is kind of a sketchy neighborhood with fast food places just outside with crowds of teenagers hanging out.

Good welcome at reception on check in - staff generally very helpful and cheery. Room was very spacious but could have done with a thorough clean in 'out of sight' areas I.e., behind and under bed, sofa etc., (lots of fluff). Bathroom spacious and good shower, housekeeping good. Bed reasonably comfortable but awful pillows which I was told on check […] out were about to be replaced and not before time. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and re-stocked regularly - often needed to keep ahead of guests thinking it was acceptable to make up their packed lunches before leaving for the day! Quite satisfied with everything. Room was fine however not exactly what we had booked. Understandable due to one of the busiest weekends of the year. Free hot breakfast was a nice touch but skip the sausage patties and 'eggs.'
