impressions excellentes nous avons aimés : la disponibilité a toutes heures de la navette et avec le sourire vers l aéroport : l'accés internet avec imprimante gratuit dans le hall : le petit déjeuner complet avec l' accueil souriant nous le recommanderons

Hotel trés classe et trés bien situé sur une rue commercante au centre de toronto je le recommande sans pb à tous on se sent comme dans un grand hotel alors ke le prix est abordable. Seul bémol la salle de bains un peu petit et l'eau chaude ki faisait des siennes car on arrivait pas à la regler

Hôtel très bien situé, très bien tenu et le personnel est très sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner buffet.

Bon rapport qualité prix, impératif d'avoir une voiture, piscine et jacuzzi, salle de sport, après une journée de visite, c'est toujours sympa. Petit déjeuner continental compris

"Beware of the fridge in your room"
Each room at the Prince is equipped with a mini bar fridge. If you happen to move something in the fridge to put in something of your own, you will get charged with a mini bar charge. The fridge has sensors that detect any movement and the charges are automatically put on your bill. When I inquired about this, I was told that the fridges are not to […] be used for your own personal use. If you need a fridge in your room, you are to call room service and they will bring one up for you to use. Seems like a waste of effort. I wonder how many people don't check their bills closely and will get charged for drinks etc that they did not have. I think it is a bit shady on the hotel part. We stayed for two nights and there was a $40.00 mini bar charge that we had to take off our bill. We also never got our room cleaned the second day. We had left between 10:00 and 1:00 and it had not been cleaned. We were in the room until 3:30 with the do not disturb sign on. When we left at 3:30 for the eveing, we even mentioned to the housekeeping staff that we were going now, and when we returned to our room at 12:30 am. the room had not been cleaned. Very nice Stay, staff was very nice and the beds where nice and comfy. If your like me and want to visit downtown Toronto but don't like to sleep in downtown Toronto this place is perfect if you don't like driving your vehicle in the city you can take the bus to the nearest subway....Taxi's are always parked outside ready to serve you or if your going […] downtown the staff will offer to drive you in one of there lincoln town cars for a small fee of course. They win the award for most comfortable bed. The rest of the hotel was nice. No complaints and would recommend staying there as long as you can get a good price on the room.

Everything was great. Even the restaurant downstairs was delicious! The only draw backs are that it is not very close to downtown so expect a good cab ride for that and for guests they charge $11 a night for parking. compared to other hotels that is not bad, but considering it is in the sticks and there is lots of room, I think it is a bit weak that […] they charge guests at all for that. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and quite accommodating, and the grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped. The few things I didn't care for involved charging for parking (both guests and visitors) in the hotel parking lot ($11 overnight/varying charges for short-term parking) and $1.15 for a local phone call. I was impressed with the look of the hotel and the room, but was disappointed that we did not get a king size bed, but two double or queens. It was hard to tell becasue they seemed on the small side. There was only one house coat in the room, but two adults staying in the room. As well we reserved two cribs and only got one. We were at a wedding so […] we could not hang around and wait for the second crib to be delivered and then found out while returning to our room late at night it had not been delivered. It would have been a nice hotel otherwise. The restaurent in the hotel was great. The service made up for all of the other errors. Food was great as well. The waitressess and waiters were amazing!!!! The staff at the Westin was incredible. Very friendly and quick to assist. They provided wonderful suggestions for our day excursions and even provided the best times to leave as to not hit traffic. The room was very comfortable especially for two adults and two children. The kids had plenty of room to play. The hotel was going through some renovation […] but you did not even notice. Overall good hotel. Disappointed with hotel restaurant. For the prices, meal was disappointing, not exceptional. For this type of 4-star hotel, they could use a better quality of toilet paper (paper-thin TP in room / hotel restrooms). Helpful / courteous staff. Beautiful hotel. Courtious staff. Very nice restaurants. Nice pool with convenient hours. The aired out atmosphere and the serenity felt when one enters this hotel is what stands out most. the rooms are very inviting and clean. Great experience.

Our stay at the Westin Prince Toronto was great, the only part I can complain about is not being able to use the sauna. Other then that I recommend this hotel to anyone :).

The hotel is in the suburbs. There is easy access to the subway with a ten minute bus ride to the subway station with a free transfer to the subway. Buy tokens at the convenience store next door so you don't have to pay $3.00 each way. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The health club and the outside pool are also in excellent condition. You […] get free internet access in the lobby, but there are only two computers that are often occupied. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only negatives I had regarding the hotel was that they don't even to try to come close to exchanging Canadian currency for American currency at the market rate. They force you to find a bank to get a reasonable rate. You are better off bringing little cash and using the ATM's at TD Canada Bank Trust because they give a fairer rate. The prices of the restaurant and the gift shop are high. The TV forces you to go through a hotel commercial and several steps through a directory whenever you put the TV on. The $11.00 per day parking fee is a backhanded way of showing you a lower room price without mentioning the additional charge. As long has you avoid these problems, the hotel is a great place to stay. Lisez la suite

"Nickle and Dime Gouges"
I was disappointed with the "gotcha" charges: Daily charge (big, not trivial) for internet access Daily charge for "do it yourself" parking (substantial - not trivial) Pressure-sensitive honor bar....I opened little fridge to put in a carton of orange juice I brought in. I apparently jiggled three items, and the sensor created charges on my "slip […] under the door" bill. Fortunately, I actually looked at the bill, called the front desk, and they did remove the charges. I carried two computers. Paid to connect to Internet for 24 hours. For a visitor who wants or needs to be in the northwestern part of Toronto (Don Mills Parkway/York Mills area), the Westin Prince is an excellent option. We loved our very large and comfortable room, the spacious bathroom and terrific shower, and the park-like environment of the hotel -- even walking paths and Adirondack chairs! There is an attractive […] outdoor pool area and tennis court. Our small dog was welcome without the usual ridiculous fees other hotels often ask for. Self parking is convenient and free. There are a number of fast-food and casual dining restaurants in easy walking distance. We avoided the hotel restaurants and room service because they are pricey and have reputation for poor quality. "Needs improvement"
The entrance area and the restaurant areas have been upgraded. The hallways, elevators and rooms are in very bad condition. Carpets are worn and the bathrooms are antiquated.
