Ca fait plusieurs fois que nous dormons à cet hôtel et c'est toujours un plaisir à chaque fois. Le seul hic, si vous apportez votre laptop, vous devez payer pour le temps d'utilisation ou vous utiliser ceux qui sont dans le lobby. Pour le reste tout est parfait.

All is great and gorgeous when you walk in. Hotel room needs assistance, paint coming off in washroom, needs a reno. Ordered food in lobby restaurant said, fruit, honey and yogurt. Waiter brought fruit and cottage cheese, Never did get the honey and he brought enough yogurt for 10 people.

Good hotel, very friendly staff.. Would stay again. Kids wanted hotel with a pool, outdoor only.

Rooms were comfortable, gift shop expensive, dining was expensive for poor quality food. Not much variety. Westin Prince is out of the way but near where we wanted to have our conference. We could recommend the accomodations but not the gift shop or dining room. Good hotel for business conference.

This hotel was a delight. Our room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The linens were new and the beds were made up with care. It was very convenient to our destination which is in the East end of Toronto. If I could offer one suggestion, I would make Wi Fi complimentary. All & all, it was a good experience.

The hotel staff is very professional and courteous. The restaurant is great. We would be happy to stay at the Westin Prince again.

We stayed in a room with 2 double beds. They are very small to fit 2 people per bed. Our daughter who had her own bed said it was great. It would be nice to see 2 queens for the price we paid. Had a refrigerator but no microwave. Again, for the money it would have been nice, especially travelling with a baby too. We would stay there again but probably […] look into other options if time allowed. We booked kind of last minute. I read some reviews of some other nearby hotels and this seemed the best choice. We booked the hotel for our sons wedding that was taking place at Spirale Banquet Hall. We loved the close convenience and the speedy cab service. We found your hotel to be very exquisite. We did however, find the restaurant very expensive so we ate breakfast elsewhere. I would be happy to stay at your hotel again and would recommend it to anyone.

The room was nice, but the overall hotel is in the midst of renovations, which was not made know prior to my arrival. The spa was completely unavailable - which was part of what drew me to the property. Overall, it's a fine business hotel (although AVOID the business center! It's owned my an outside party and the woman who runs it is nasty and very […] aggressive). I would stay here again simply because it is conveniently located for my business. If you don't need be in downtown area, this is the best hotel

The foyer and the exterior of the hotel were very well presented. Our room was ok. Unexpected parking costs and no complimentary hi speed. The cost of the room did not equal satisfaction for that cost.

What a nice, clean hotel. great staff. A really calming environment.

The Westin Prince has great potential. I is located on a beautiful set of grounds, where the geese meander around tranquilly. The restaurant in the lobby--decidedly Japanese--is a very nice attribute, but the prices are pretty dear. The pool is currently being refurbished, and so call the hotel directly to see about its status if you're interested in […] this feature. The grounds are Japanese-style tranquil, and have a calming effect on the lodger. The lobby staff are attentive and professional, and react very quickly to any requests. The concierges are knowledgeable, courteous and non pretentious as well. It's a shame that the prices are so pretentious, however, considering the state of the rooms themselves. Yes, they are kept quite clean every day, and some of the fixtures are one-step-up lavish in their utility (Dual-headed showers and fancy square sinks, along with premium soaps and shampoos, etc.), but where there's room for a sink just outside the bathroom, they have cut costs instead and placed there a coffee maker and refrigerator.(An external sink for putting on makeup etc.,while those showering and doing other things could carry on undisturbed would have been nice.) As to the state of the room and the hallways, there is definitely room for improvement. Judging by the state of the wallpaper, it looks as if a cut-rate contractor was employed in the hotel's last renovation. It's peeling away at the edges, and showing a lot of wear and tear in general. This hotel needs an upgrade if they're going to charge premium rates. The bed was quite comfortable, however, and both my wife and I--who normally sleep on a king size Posturepedic--remarked at how we couldn't tell the difference in comfort level between the one at home and the hotel's king size offering. Considering the cost of real estate in the area, I can understand the necessity of paid parking. As always the hotel was fine. Only wish Westin would be more consistent in the provision of internet service. At many others I stay at it is free and I would prefer that be the case here as well, even with a modest increase in rate if necessary.

The experience was fantastic. Very curtious staff, room was clean, the bed was awesome and comfortable. Great experience! The only small issues where the parking lot was far from the front door, small complaint, but the being from Vancouver and going to -22 celcius overnight was a little much. Nice hotel overall. It was obviously acquired recently by Westin. It is an older hotel that has been updated and remodeled. The one downside is the plumbing which you can hear through the walls which could be a major problem/complaint for some. The walls are a bit thin overall, so grab a corner room if you can.

We had a lovely stay at the Westin Prince. The staff were excellent - very accommodating, quick and helpful. The room - while nice - needed some better lighting, especially in the bathroom. Water pressure wasn't great but they did tell us there was an issue in the room next door with the pipes. It wasn't the most kid-friendly hotel but they did try. As soon as you enter the lobby, everything is calm....very zen. The room was spotless, including beautiful crisp white sheets. Staff were all very accomodating. Great area if you're doing business in the north part of the city.

Nice, clean, pretty hotel. Lobby is classy and elegant. Hotel has good upgrades, dual shower head, modern sink and fixtures in the bathroom, flat screen tv, nice furniture, etc. For some reason though, their towels are low quality, super thin and rough. But it's generally a very nice, modern hotel. You do pay for it though as Westins generally tend […] to be more on the expensive side of hotels. What's annoying though is they charge you daily for WiFi ($10) and Parking ($11/night). Those are on my list of top things I hate paying for. But besides that, can't complain. If you can get the hotel on a sale, then it's definitely worth it compared to other hotels at the same price. Beware though: they generally don't do any cancellations, at all. Lisez la suite

it was not exceptional but to live for few days was ok. no smile on anyones face .probably i wont chose it next time.

I got following things fixed after I checked into my room: Coldwater faucet was just dripping when I opened the tap. Front door dead-bolt did not lock, and the door handel spring was broken. But the staff fixed the problems very promptely. Their service was quick when we complained about missing things.

The hotel was beautiful and had great staff! They were so friendly and helpful- the staff made the stay even better! Thank you!

Nice hotel, nice location. When we stayed there however, there was a contract dispute between the workers and the management for a day. Management provided free coffee and pastries. It took about 30 minutes to leave the hotel driveway due to protesters blocking the way and allowing one car to leave every 5 to 10 minutes while the police stood by watching. […] I asked a manager who was watching the protest why nothing was being done by the management to resolve this contractual issue or by the police who stood by as several cars were not allowed to leave or enter freely. I was told it was a legal protest. We were late to a family dinner. We complained of the situation and we were not charged for parking. Overall a good hotel. I hope the workers get a contract and I hope that they do not have to resort to patron intimidation anymore. Lisez la suite

Each room at the Prince is equipped with a mini bar fridge. If you happen to move something in the fridge to put in something of your own, you will get charged with a mini bar charge. The fridge has sensors that detect any movement and the charges are automatically put on your bill. When I inquired about this, I was told that the fridges are not to […] be used for your own personal use. If you need a fridge in your room, you are to call room service and they will bring one up for you to use. Seems like a waste of effort. I wonder how many people don't check their bills closely and will get charged for drinks etc that they did not have. I think it is a bit shady on the hotel part. We stayed for two nights and there was a $40.00 mini bar charge that we had to take off our bill. We also never got our room cleaned the second day. We had left between 10:00 and 1:00 and it had not been cleaned. We were in the room until 3:30 with the do not disturb sign on. When we left at 3:30 for the eveing, we even mentioned to the housekeeping staff that we were going now, and when we returned to our room at 12:30 am. the room had not been cleaned. Very nice Stay, staff was very nice and the beds where nice and comfy. If your like me and want to visit downtown Toronto but don't like to sleep in downtown Toronto this place is perfect if you don't like driving your vehicle in the city you can take the bus to the nearest subway....Taxi's are always parked outside ready to serve you or if your going […] downtown the staff will offer to drive you in one of there lincoln town cars for a small fee of course. They win the award for most comfortable bed. The rest of the hotel was nice. No complaints and would recommend staying there as long as you can get a good price on the room.

The hotel is close to all major freeways and at same time very private..The staff are very professional and kind..

Everything was great. Even the restaurant downstairs was delicious! The only draw backs are that it is not very close to downtown so expect a good cab ride for that and for guests they charge $11 a night for parking. compared to other hotels that is not bad, but considering it is in the sticks and there is lots of room, I think it is a bit weak that […] they charge guests at all for that.
