"Fitzwilliam Dublin"
Excellent hotel, perfect location, comfortable and well appointed room, very satisfied.
So lovely. Great time had. Lobby could do with overhaul but location and room absolutely perfect. Very quiet given it's prime location. Lovely lovely place. Look forward to a return

"Great location!"
This really is a lovely hotel in a great location. Dinner in the Citron Restaurant was very good and only 25 euros for three courses. Some may say the breakfast is too expensive at 22 euros, I disagree, there was everything and you could eat till you burst, no need for any lunch! No complaints, deserves it's 5 stars
"Well situated and Comfortable"
It's a nice hotel in an excellent location at the heart of Dublin. It seems quite new. The only downside for me was the bar and restaurnt seemed quite sterile. However as you are in the middle of Dublin there are many options very close by.
"Great Hotel and Staff"
Very clean and well appointed rooms. Great location for shopping and restaurants/pubs. The hop on/off tour buses have a stop that is very close as well. My wife experienced food poisoning during our stay (not from the hotel food), and the staff was extremely courteous and accomodating and went out of their way to make her comfortable. Would definatley […] stay here again. Lisez la suite
I stayed at the hotel on business as its very well located. The hotel parked by car on arrival and I either walked or used the Luas across the street to get around. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.
"Ideal location"
My wife and I wanted a weekend break in Dublin, and the location of this hotel was perfect, just on St. Stephens Green, and within walking distance of all the shops in Grafton St., etc. However, the one complaint we would both have was that the room was tiny and the bed not much better, which was a shame as it is so important to have a good nights sleep. […] We did not eat in the hotel as there was so many good choices of restaurants close by, and much more reasonably priced. Lisez la suite

"Dublin's Fitzwilliam"
Prior to our arrival we notified the Fitzwilliam that we would be on our honeymoon. We received a personal response indicating that we would receive a complimentary room upgrade. They were true to their word plus they added a small plate of chocolates as a welcome gift. We also received a note from the manager congratulating us and offering to help […] if we needed anything. Simple things that meant a lot. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. We will certainly stay there again. Lisez la suite
"Fab Bath Soak!"
Lovely hotel, very friendly and the rooms were fabulous. The bath was huge, I recommend bringing bubble bath!
"Excellent location and fantastic customer service."
Only problem is the very poor quality of the bar and service at same. Nothing near 5 star I am afraid! Also general decor etc getting somewhat jaded. But room was wonderful.
"A Disappointment!"
Booked The Fitzwilliam in Dublin after having a spectacular stay at The Fitzwilliam in Belfast. Unfortunately the Dublin property pales by comparison. The room was not ready until one-hour and forty-five minutes after the standard check-in time. The only excuse given was that the hotel was full the night before. I was offered a seat in the bar and tea. […] I had called a week before to insure a quiet room, as I am aware the hotel is above a very popular and noisy club. The first room I was offered - after the wait - was directly above the entrance to the club - AND the receptionist told me that it would probably be noisy there as it was Halloween Weekend. I did not accept the room. Eventually - after more waiting - another room in a quiet section of the hotel was provided. The room was fine - furnishings are expensive-modern - but showing age, wear, and tear. Nothing exceptional design-wise and overall, a bit dated. The next day I tried to arrange a massage. To my surprise, the concierge on duty was unaware of the hours that the hotel spa was open. I asked if he could book a massage, but at that time he was unable to get through to the spa. After giving him a list of time-preferences, I left for lunch saying I would call to check on the time of the massage. I called the hotel an hour later. The operator said the concierge was on the phone and could call me back. I said I would hold but the operator was persistent about having the concierge call back - so I left my number and waited for the call. Nothing. When I returned from lunch I stopped at the concierge desk to inquire of the time of my massage and he said oh - it is in ten minutes. I said that that time was rather inconvenient as I had not received a call, just finished lunch, and it was nowhere near the times I was interested in having a massage. Rather than attempt to reschedule, the concierge asked if he should just go-ahead and cancel the massage. Later that afternoon I had another poor encounter at the concier Lisez la suite
The Fitzwilliam is located in the heart of Dublin. The staff were extremely helpful and looked after us very well. We were particularly grateful when they offered to safely park our car for us. The room was very comfortable and the hotel's restaurant recommendations were great. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.
"Very Modern Hotel in a very convenient location"
A very well kept modern hotel. Rooms were quite compact but very nice. We ate in the Citrus Restaurant on the Saturday night and the food was very good. We did not have breakfast in the hotel as it was not in our package but there are many very nice cafe's in Grafton Street which is just a few minutes walk. Stephens Green is just opposite the Park […] and is good to take advantage of if the weather is good. Lisez la suite
"Lovely hotel"
Lovely friendly hotel in the centre of Dublin. Very close to grafton Street. We were staying for business and was in easy walking distance of our conference. Very clean and lovely
"Excellent Dublin Hotel"
The Fitzwilliam Hotel is one of the better hotels that I have stayed at in Dublin. It's location on St. Stephen's Green, at the top of Grafton Street makes it the ideal location for all city sightseeing. Unless you are planning on driving outside the city, there is absolutely no need for a rental car. That said, the hotel has excellent rates on 24-hour […] parking with in and out privileges. The one caveat I would give is that the breakfast is insanely expensive at the hotel. I would recommend considering a room-only rate and taking a 5 minute walk down to Bewleys Cafe on Grafton Street for one of the most authentic and original Irish Breakfasts for a third of the price. Lisez la suite
Service at the Hotel is excellent. the only inconvenience that we experienced was the shower in our room, the hot and cold water did not mix in it, we were forced to use a hand held shower, which was very inconvenient. other than that hotel rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable, rooms are on the small size though. overall great experience. […] breakfast was not included in the price. Lisez la suite

"Fitzwilliam- Beautiful Hotel, excellent location"
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect- right in the middle of Grafton St. and within walking distance to the Temple Bar District, Henry St. shopping district, and Connolly St. My only complaint was we never received the water in our room that was promised in the amenities. Aside from that, a great hotel.

"The Fitzwilliam, Dublin"
A wonderful hotel in the perfect location!! Our room was spacious, the bathroom was great and I would stay at the Fitzwilliam again in a heartbeat!!
"Fitzwilliam - central location"
Best thing about this hotel is the location. Even though it is in the heart of the city, the courtyard rooms are very quiet and it was possible to sleep with the window open and not hear any traffic noise whatsoever. Just the sound of sea-gulls in the morning. The standard rooms are quite small however, and the bed is not a proper double, it is a queen […] size which is a bit dissapointing for a 5 star hotel. It would be perfect for 1 person, but a squeeze for two. The hotel is starting to show its age, and there were a couple of cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the carpet is looking tired. However the staff are fantastic, and the location is hard to beat. This is more like a very good 4 star hotel rather than a 5 star hotel. Lisez la suite
"excellent"
super clean-helpful staff-great location- a home away from home-the best hotel in dublin
"Close to everything"
Very nice hotel, close to everything, nice nearby pubs, shopping and St Stephens green park, hop on/ hop off less than a block
"5 star treatment"
Really enjoyed our stay.Perfect location and the staff where very friendly and helpful.

"Great location and well desiged but ..."
Our room smelled like cigarettes and the smell was worse when we took a shower - disgusting. The robes and towels reeked. Also our room key took over 20 try's before it worked. We had the key changed and the problem did not resolve. The staff at the front desk and in the bar were friendly and the hotel itself was in a perfect location and had a nice […] contemporary feel. "Outstanding Hotel"
To everything from Check In to the Concergie Desk and the cleaning staff...everyone was warm and inviting. We were totally blew away by the service and the hospitality given to us on our stay. We would recommend the hotel to any and everyone. We will be back in the future.
"Fabulous"
We stayed two nights, and the hotel and staff met the five star rating. We had a very large, well appointed room with a 6 x 18 foot balcony overlooking St. Stephen's Green. We probably had one of the best rooms, but I have nothing but compliments. The staff and concierge were extremely helpful, making a number of reservations on the spot and accommodating […] our every need. I have stayed in a number of 5 star hotels, and they often have been excellent but would moire likely be 4 stars- the Fitzwilliam earned the 5 stars. Also note that this is a great location, and the end of the main shopping street, an easy walk to Trinity and many of the old town attractions, as well as areas such as Temple BAr. Lisez la suite
"Small bed"
Second time to stay in The fitzwilliam, booked superior room this time around and was disappointed, there was a four poster bed advertised that wasn't in the room and the bed was only a 4'6'' bed. The balcony takes from the room size and is not necessary. Reccomend any booking in to go for the cheaper option in the executive style room which is much […] bigger and has a larger bed. Lisez la suite
"Will definately be back"
Overall I thought that the hotel was very good. Location could not have been better for shopping, restaurantsand theatres. The only criticism I really have is that there was an off-putting "musty" small along the corridors which hit you when you got out of the lift. Thankfully the smell did not carry into the rooms. Otherwise an excellent hotel for […] a city break. Lisez la suite
"Great Hotel"
The service was great!!! Very good breakfast and nice bar to sit back and have a drink. The room was Very Nice in a nice location. Would definitely stay there again.
"Comfort and Location"
The Fitzwilliam is a smallish boutique type hotel right on Saint Stephen's Green (park in central Dublin) in the heart of Dublin. It is located at the top of Grafton Street which the main pedestrian shopping area. Plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and the like all within a short walk. The hotel as a Manhattan type feel in its decor and the room layout; […] very trendy. Great value all aroun. I have now stayed here twice in the past two months and will definitely use this hotel as my preferred hotel when in Dublin. Lisez la suite

"Excellent"
Top of the line. Great food, room, lobby, location. Clean, roomy, trendy. Free parking. Location is right near temple bar area and trinity college.
"Not the best stay. Small room"
The second floor rooms are directly above a disco that goes until 4 A.M. I had to be moved. The rooms are small and not comfortable. The only chair did not face the TV. There was no place to put my luggage. I got a call from the desk at 11PM, asking whether I wanted my laundry picked up. There are better locations, a little away from th econstant bustle […] of Grafton St. Lisez la suite
"top location !"
the fitzwilliam hotel, nice and clean , Citron restaurant a must with supper service . but not cheap !!!
"Great Hotel"
Beautiful hotel, super comfy bed, fantastic location at the end of Grafton St. right across from Stephens Green. Our room was at the back of the hotel, completely quiet. Staff was very helpful to us when we lost a ring (it was recovered by a staff member). We would definitely stay here again.
"A class above the rest"
A great hotel right in the center of everything!!
"Will try and stay here any time I am in Dublin in the future"
This hotel is wonderful, the room was very impressive almost did not want to leave the room to shop. The location of the hotel could not be better, was attending a gig in the RDS and there were so many ways i could get to the RDS it was brilliant. The staff were very helpful always and was able to shop just around the corner. Would also be a good place […] to stay if you just wanted to treat yourself. The hotel has a hair salon, gym and beauty treatment area which were amazing also. Lisez la suite
"Outstanding Hotel"
Great location on St. Steven's Green and near Grafton Street. Friendly staff, very helpful on all counts. Didn't eat here at all - so I don't know about that -but the room was clean and stylish, and again- location, location...
"Great location, overpriced"
I loved the rear garden view- in the middle of the city. Watched man washing hotel windows. Room size small in comparison to other less expensive hotels . Proximity to Grafton St. distracting- too many people/stores/activities for my taste.Nice to be right opposite St Stephen's Green and its gardens.
