Cet hôtel est le parfait rapport/qualité prix . Accès facil depuis l'aéroport ( arrêt victory monument ) . La tour la plus haute de Bangkok à quelques pas. Mbk center à quelques stations de skytrain.mais une vue sur des habitations et pas de wifi ainsi que des taxis illégaux devant la porte !! Le petit déjeuner assez varié..

Points positifs: Hôtel avec un accès direct au BTS, au métro et au centre commercial Terminal 21, accès gardé et reservé aux clients de l'hôtel.spa, jaccuzi, piscine, salle de sport appréciables. Personnel de réception agréable et faisant tout pour comprendre le français. Points négatifs:savonnette non remplacée: j'ai dû aller chercher le personnel pour en avoir une. Bonnet de bain disparu. Un peu décevant sur l'entretien pour un hôtel de cette classe (poussière sur les miroirs et étagère non essuyée).Une tâche sur un des peignoirs.Apparemment, aucun contrôle sur le bon fonctionnement du ménage.

Hotel très bien si vous devez prendre un vol tôt le lendemain L'hotel n'est par contre pas si proche de l'aéroport mais des navettes partent toutes les 1/2h

"Landmark convnience"
The hotel is conveniently located, close to night life and restaurants. The steak restaurant on the top floor is very good, but expensive - a special occasion place. An ok hotel, but nothing exciting about it. Pool area is nice and secluded and a good place to relax.

I have been staying at the Landmark for over 30 years. I find it a convenient central location.The buffet breakfast is expensive but extremely good. The hotel is well maintained( my only bad experience in this regard was in the 1980s when I was trapped in a lift and they took a long time to rescue us) The quality of the shops in the basement has declined.For […] example there was a very good tailor, Jass Fashions located there who has since moved. He maintained records of all his customers . The hotel should take a leaf out of their book and maintain records so that they had guest histories and know their likes and dislikes. Whilst I have been a regular visitor, I get treated these days as if I was a first time visitor (this was not the case in the 1970s). Lisez la suite

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, close to all amenities. We were there for New Year and celebrated in the Hotel at an International buffet on New Years Eve. I have never seen a buffet like it! the food was exceptional and the service wonderful. Would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel and right there on Sukhumvit Road. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from, on premises and all around. Nice hotel in the city of Bangkok. The personel speak very good english and have an high service level. Easy to reach Skytrain wich is highly recomended.

My second stay was a pleasure equal to my first. A friendly and attentive welcome, lovely room, excellent facilities and good food. I also found the room rate to be very economical. I certainly intend to return!

"Landmark Bangkok - Nice but the add-on cost"
The Landmark is a great hotel. Will stay again if the price is rigth. I say that because all the add-ons (breakfast,internet, ect) add up quickly and are costly. I had to return to Bangkok for an extra day and stayed at a competing hotel just as nice but everything was included. I would recommend the Landmark but just be aware of the extras costs.

The hotel is about 2-3 minutes walk to Nana BTS station so it is in great location to transportation. You have free access to Fitness First (a real fitness gym) which is in the same building as the hotel so you will like that better than the small gyms that most hotels provided. Most of the front desk staff and main Thai concierge were great. If you like congee then you should try it at the hotel 24 hours restaurant called Green House. The bartenders at Huntman Pub (located in hotel basement) were very friendly as well. The down side is that there is no free wireless in the regular rooms. Landmark is a nice hotel to stai if you have big money and want to have a great time in BKK. But, internet is very expensive, same is minibar in the room..200 bath for one little singha beer???

Landmark Bangkok Hotel. What can i say, awesome hotel. Room was really good, bathroom was spacious and luxury. Staff was very helpful and really friendly. Cleaner lady fixed the room everyday spot on. Hotel is really close to the BTS station (Nana). Which is 2-3 station away from all the shopping centres at Siam and Chitlom. Location great, Service […] great, Quality great, Price cheap. What more do you want. The only thing that i can pick on is the room is a bit small for the superior room. But the bathroom is spacious. "Comodious Haven in busy Bangkok"
Loved the quiet rooms with fantastic vistas of the city. Maid ensured that we had clean towels two or three times a day. Nicest bed in 3 weeks of stays around Thailand. Great proximity to the skytrain.

Stayed there many times over the years, always super service and friendly staff from cleaning to hotel management. Excellent restaurents and bars, great pool. Super location next to Nana station Cannot think of any negative things about this hotel even if try hard :-)

Booked the cheapest room but got free upgraded to a corner room, very nice view. Staff very prof. and friendly always smiles and helpfull. Super location for Skytrain Nana station only 1 min away. Not expenses for what you get, has nice restaurents, bars etc.

"Steakhouse"
I have been many times in the steak house in the 31st floor. but this time they recommend us a glass of champagne and we didnt asked for the price. they charge us Bath 3000.00 for 2 Glass of Campangne cliques. this is discusting and a shame...if they dont make money on the room they make money here... 5 star hotel and internet cost per hour 200 Bath.... "Old smell and bad service"
Stayed for 5 nights and was'nt imperssive of the hotel. The hotel is just good fot it's location and things outside. Bad staff and rude behaviour and serive. We got a room with a bad and old smell like fungi and i got headache of the smell. Asked for new room and got a new one. Got a little better room. Concierge was helpful with walk-to restaurants which were excellent and moderately priced. The travel agent was wonderful when she personally called our tour guide back to the hotel when we realized we had overtipped him by 10 times! (He didn't have time to look before he left the hotel with 4 other guests to drop off, or we're sure he would have "reported" […] it.) We found even the "happy hour" prices for wine and beer to be extravagant. Although the wine was good, we found places within one block of the hotel which charged one-third of the price. I really liked everything about this hotel. The staff were helpful or let's say great. The hotel was beautiful and in a great location, right next to the train station and also to the nightlife. This hotel will be my hotel again I hope in a couple of months.

Ive been traveling to Thailand for over 25 years and stayed at many older grand hotels to keep cost down. Landmark was an excellent newer hotel at the same price as some of the older. Great Gym included in cost. awesome newly updated rooms and good location in the middle of city. Would stay again!

The room was standard, nothing special but clean. Walk-in shower was good. Restaurants in the hotel are very good. Outside cafe in a prime location to eat, drink and watch the world go by. "Nice hotel, questionable area"
This hotel is quite nice. Good bed and bedding, nice enough bathroom. There was a bit of an off smell in the room, but I'm sensitive to that. It's close to all the best shopping and right next to an MTS station, which is great. HOwever, it's alos close to one of the seedier areas in Bangkok, which means it also attracts the same type of people who are […] attending those establishments. the staff at reception, esp. girls, are rude, by check-in i thought, everybody could have bad mood, however by check-out the different girl at the reception were also cold even impolite. so i wrote "Please more Thailand Smile" on the guest book. Hotel is 5 Stars, the service is less than 3 stars. price is high, room is tiny. facility is ok

"Good Hotel , but not during remodeling"
I always stay at this hotel when in Bangkok. However, this time there was remodeling going on which was very unpleasant. My first room smelled like paint thinner, then they moved me to another room on the same floor which smelled fine, but had no hot water in the sink. By the time if figured this out I was too tired to complain again. Then at 8 am I […] was bombarded with noises of saws and hammers from the room they were working on RIGHT NEXT DOOR. The hotel knew they were remodeling the room right next door, why they put any guest in a room next to room they were remodeling I don't know. So again I call and complain and am moved for the 3rd time to a new room, but on a different floor. Then the hotel acted like they did me a favor.
