Le lit était très confortable, la chambre spacieuse et silencieuse. Pour une petite pause relaxation, un petit jacuzzi et finalemt assez proche de Philadelphie

Ne pas confondre avec l'autre hotel " holidays express" chambres spacieuses et propres, présence d'un parking sous l'hotel donc interessant. Informations en français. Petit déjeuneur copieux et délicieux.

Service très correct. Emplacement idéal pour une halte sur la route entre Philadelphie et Washington DC. Quelques chaînes de restos autour (Five Guys). Calme malgré la route. Pas de petit déjeuner.

Outside of driving pass it twice because there is no sign on the side of the road. It was a nice stay. The room had a little menu for order out and a whole foods and a Cracker Barrel near by. The room was clean and it was a very comfortable. The kitchen had the basics which is perfect. And it is dog friendly. I would gladly come back again.

Great value for what you pay. The room was clean and plenty spacious for 2 adults - minus the bathroom. It was SO tiny! Also, beware of the thin walls! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Really, I travel a lot and the staff could not have been more welcoming and attentive to detail. The hotel is conveniently located in a hotel park with office buildings, near everywhere I needed to go. I like the small kitchen for a couple of days stay with food. "Extended Stay America Mt Laurel"
There are 2 Extended Stays at that location and one is deluxe. Of course you go to the wrong one! This one is poorly identified. Only ID were 2 small signs at driveway entrance. U-turn required to get back on the turnpike after a mile drive down the road.

My room was located on the 1st floor, directly across from the laundry and common use rooms. I will admit I did not request a room change. However, it was extremely noisy. It also sounded like there was an elephant in the room above me; every time they walked across the floor it sounded like the ceiling was going to fall in. Around 1AM, a loud noise […] that sounded like a broken dryer began, and lasted for 30+ minutes. I don't think I slept all night. The room was clean - though not well decorated. the bed was very uncomfortable, and my neck actually still hurts 2 days later. This motel is clean and convenient to the highways. The front desk staff was very nice. My only complaint is that the mattress was quite old and not very comfortable. On the up side, the front desk supplied a freshly laundered pillow and comforter when i asked for extras. Also, the room has an old TV and dated furnishings. I am not expecting the Ritz-Carlton, so for what it is supposed to be, it was on the mark. The only points I would take away were for the brusque service at check-in along with a leaky pen and how hard is it to write the room number on my key holder? Other than that the room was clean and comfortable, the A/C worked, the TV channels were rather limited […] and not HD, but that’s not a huge deal. Internet would have been extra if I needed it. The hotel was very nice. I had an extremely late check in and the staff was very nice. The room was clean and I liked the convenience of the kitchenette area.

I had booked a king bed room online, after arriving at the hotel I was told only two full size beds were available. The room also smelled like animals from a circus stayed there the night before. The room was relatively inexpensive, and served my purpose however I wouldn't recommend..

"my second home"
After driving 200 miles (one way) to my temp assigned duty, i found that the hotel was warm and inviting. My stay for the week, was comfortable. The room and linen -clean. The kitchen area -fabulous. I highly recommend to my other two piers that would be temp. assigned to one of our offices in Marlton, NJ. It was"Pefectly" located to everything.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the entire weekend and we loved it. We were able to go to the local Shop Rite up the road and buy what we wanted to eat and when we returned to our room, we cooked and ate our food and enjoyed ourselves. "A place to live for the wayword bound..not a hotel"
If you get kick out of your house by your girlfriend or wife..this is the place to go..it's dark and gloomy..just like you're going to feel by getting kicked out. The place smelled bad from all of the different foods being cooked. The bed was hard and there were only two very, very thin pillow. Trust me if you need a nice room and need a good night […] sleep, this is NOT the place for you. The first night I checked into my room, there were two teenage boys with a huge dog next to my room, they watched every move I made..I felt very uncomfortable. I reviewed this reasonably rated hotel online. I decided to try it and am not disappointed. The staff was quite friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. I got food poisoning at a restaurant and was terribly sick in the middle of the night. I asked to cancel the next night that I had booked previously and they were understanding and […] gave me my money back. The hotel was dirty and smelled bad in the hallways. Service at the desk was not friendly and not helpful. I asked for a couple extra pillows and an extra blanket, but there was apparently none less. No shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion in the room.

My husband in I stayed here with our 2 year old son. We were celebrating his 2nd birthday, this hotel is only about 1 min down the road, route 73 from the water park. We stayed on the first floor and it was noise free, clean and the first floor DOES NOT ALLOW PETS. This was perfect for myself and my son who suffer from allergies. The moment I entered the facility, there was a foul stinch of pets throughout the entire lobby and hall ways. If this is a pet friendly chain, the carpet needs to be changed on an annual based. Total turn off.

"Cancelled My Reservation"
We arrived at 11:00 p.m on a Saturday night to be told that our reservation was cancelled and marked as a "no show". The person at the desk could not explain why this happened because the person who had cancelled our reservation was gone for the evening. Room was ready and clean. Front desk was very courteus and friendly. Room was quiet and spacious. Great for the Money I would stay and recommend. The only complaint the bed was a bit uncomfertable and not enough pillows.

Hotel is only a few years old but is starting to get run down, I.E. warped room doors, missing molding on countertops. While I understand that this an extended stay hotel/studio rooms, I believe more needs to be done so it doesn't give the appearance of a college dorm. For example using air freshener to mask stale cooking odors instead of opening window […] at the end of the hall; pictures and lights to brighten up dull hallways. I must add that all of the staff were professional and very friendly. Matters were attended to promptly (front door would not lock from the inside because it was warped).
