Hotel correct, pratique car proche de l'aéroport. Bien pour un séjour d'une nuit.

"Do not stay here"
Requested non-smoking room, received smoking. Clerk at the desk not at all helpful, even a little belligerent. Room was clean looking. Cigarette burns in all bedding, comforter and blanket. Door to toilet and tub would not close properly. Just not a good experience. Do not stay here if you have any choice in the matter.

It amazing that this hotel is still open. Everything about it was unpleasant. Service at the desk was not friendly to start. Assigned smoking room even though non-smoking was reserved. That might not have been too bad but blankets and comforter both had cigarette burns in them. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the grout around the bathtub and tile […] was stained. When we returned from an outing the maid did give us towels because she hadn't made it to our room by 4. She was nice. That was the only thing that went a positive way. "Clean and quiet"
This motel was a nice stop for us while visiting a nearby college. It was nothing posh but the staff was friendly and polite even at midnight. Access to the turnpike as well as the nearby college was wonderful. Breakfast was basic with cereal and rolls, juice and coffee. The price was within our budget. I would stay here again.

"Excellent place for the money"
The hotel, room, staff, and restaurants around were excellent. This is a very good place for a short sojourn.
Basic clean room. Only complaint was that breakfast ended promptly at 9am. They didn't even offer coffee afterward.

A good, basic, clean, economical motel and we would stay there again. There was a range of restaurants and take out food venues surrounding the motel also. It was also an easy drive into Cleveland as it's close to the highway and the coastal road which was a lovely route to take.

"Location/repairs"
The hotel was hidden behind a Denny's restaurant. The parking in front of motel needs to be resurfaced as well as repairs done on the room. Seemed like it was missing some furniture and it was not exactly what the picture looked like on the ad. Not too happy but it was a place to stay,.

"Days Inn Amherst OH - Good value for price"
I was looking for an inexpensive hotel that included breakfast and was close to a workshop I was attending in Elyria, OH. This hotel met that need. It wasn't perfect, but it was comfortable and served my purpose very well. We had a problem with our sink which would not drain. This was after 7pm and there was only one staff member in the entire hotel, […] and he was at the front desk. It took a while, but he was able to get to our room and fix the drain. "not too bad for the money"
Pros: -plenty of parking -walking distance to restaurants -pet friendly -has a pool Cons: -there were #2 remnants in our toilet when we arrived -could use some updates, patch work -many wasps outside of rooms -unless you're an early riser on Sundays, you may miss breakfast

Hotel is ok for the value. There aren't a lot of hotels in the area, but if you are looking for value with proximity to Oberlin College, this one isn't bad.

My only complaint is that the room had smoking odor and the towels were akin to 3M abrasive products. Free HBO non-op. Our purpose was sleep on the cheap without critters. Mission accomplished.
The room was clean. However, I wanted to watch something on HBO. but it didn't come in. EVEN though it is advertised as being available. Talked to the lady at the front desk about that and the bed being lumpy. She PROMISED me she would get a hold of me once she talked to her manager later that day. came down to fish lake Erie it was close to where we needed to go. rooms where clean . would stay there again
"Days Inn Amherst is passable"
I wanted a cheaper hotel close to Oberlin and thought Days Inn Amherst would be acceptable. I had no issues with the front desk agent. The room was acceptably clean and in reasonable condition, but had a very strong unpleasant "hotel" odor. You can get used to it after awhile, but who wants to do that. "Days Inn Amherst-convenient location"
The Days Inn Amherst was very easy to get to and convenient for anyone needing to stay in the area. There are practically no places to stay near Oberlin College. The room was clean but worn. Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work when it was in the 90s and high humidity!

Towels were scratchy; Heater in room barely worked and was noisy. Deadbolt was broken.

The room was clean and quiet. The A/C & TV both worked well. Following complaints: The light bulb for the bed reading lamp was burned out. I requested a new bulb and it was not provided. The drain in the sink was very slow. I requested it be fixed (not a big deal!) and no one came to look at it. The pool water was green. The toilet was constantly […] running. My hotel room had large holes in the wall and reeked of cigarette smoke. Overall this hotel was disgusting and the service was awful.

"Outstanding!"
Hotel was very clean. Able to check in a hour early. Breakfast was good and the kids loved the pool. Room cleaned daily. Will stay again. No complaints.

We stayed at this hotel as it is onle 30 minutes from Cedar Point. I could not have asked for a better experience and service. The staff members were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the pool was clean and warm. The hotel is also located in a nice area in town. It is close to a Kmart and also a gas station, convenience store and several […] restaurants. requested a non-smoking, we were put in a smoking room. Since the clerk kept my reservation paper, I wasn't positive if that was on the reservation or not. When I got home I checked my email and I had requested a non-smoking room. All our clean clothes needed to be washed to get rid of the smoke smell. Nasty stuff

It was hard to communicate with the foreign speaking desk clerk. The drain in the shower and lavatory were slow draining.Other than that the room was quite acceptable for the price.

"You get what you pay for...nothing more."
Low cost no frills motel. Bathroom door would not close completely and needed to be repaired. Floor could have been cleaned better. If you want an inexpensive over night stay while in transit this place is minimally acceptable.
"Great room for the price"
We just needed a room for a night that allowed pets and this met are needs perfectly. The breakfast was basic but it got us on the road without an extra stop. There is also a Denny's next door if someone wants something more substantial. They have an outdoor pool that looked well maintained but we did not have time to use it.

"needs updating"
This motel reminded me of many budget hotels from 20 years ago, except that the room had a small frig. The breakfast was OK, nothing great. Our biggest complaint is that the reservation had us down for a smoking room and we most definitely never want to deal with the odor. We left some clothes in the car rather than have them soak up the smell.

"Pretty Good"
Great place if you want something cheep and quick. Not an outstanding hotel, but the room was clean and it was cheap.

My room was clean. The service staff were courteous, and clearly eager to present their operation in a positive fashion. The facility could use some sprucing but it was neat and clean. Fair price. Good value.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel is long overdue for a refurbishment. Neighborhood is neither scenic nor inviting. It is a fair place to sleep.
