Très bon hôtel...mais pour ce qui est des activités alentours ou ne serait-ce que pour avoir une carte des environs, vaut mieux se renseigner sur internet. Mis à part cela, c'est vraiment très bien.

Bon hôtel pour séjourner à Dallas. La gare se trouve juste en face ce qui est parfait pour prendre son train (il y a un couloir privatif pour rejoindre les quais). L'acceuil est très bon. L'état global de l'établissement est parfait. Le centre ville est très proche et facilement accessible à pied. Deux bémols cependant, le parking est payant mais il y a des voituriers. De plus, les soirs d'événements sportifs, le bar est bruyant. Mais cependant je garde un très bon souvenir de cet hotel de grand standing !

Je suis reste 2 nuits et tout a ete parfait!L hotel est en tres bon etat,il est situe a cote du centre commercial,donc restaurants et supermarches sont a proximite,l aeroport est a peu pres a 15 kms.Les chambres sont grandes tres propres et tres bien equipees,il y avait meme un lave vaisselle dans le coin cuisine.Il y a un acces internet gratuit en wifi.Le lit etait vraiment tres confortable!Le petit dejeuner est gratuit.J y retournerai sans aucun doute lors de mon prochain sejour a Dallas.Il faut absolument aller faire un tour au Grapevine Mills mall qui est a 10 mins de l hotel!

"Good Hotel in a good locality"
The stay was excellent as the hotel is near to all the required daily needs shops. The rooms should be cleaned at regular intervals though. The rooms are cleaned once in a week after the guest check in.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Single Ladies Traveling Alone Beware"
I did not feel secure or safe in this place. First when I checked in, a man at the counter was being helped. And I stayed away from the counter till he walked away. This man saw me as he walked away from the counter. Then while I was checking in, he returned to stand at the counter while I filled out personal information. I know he was looking at particularly […] at what I was writing. Fortunately the receptionist who checked me in did not spit out the room number while he was still standing there. However 30 minutes later while in my room, I was freshening up when I heard a quick sucession of knocks on my door, then hotel staff without mentioning what for he swiped the lock and was about to enter. Fortunately again I had the security bar door lock in place, and took a quick look at the person to find it was the same receptionist at the front desk trying to enter my room. "Outstanding Customer Service"
The staff at the Candlewood Suites in Plano went way out of their way to assist us. One of the members of our group has a vision problem that requires bright lights. They went out and bought extra lamps to put in her room so she could see better without any of us asking them to do so. They were so gracious about this and everything else we needed. This hotel would of been ok but they were in the middle of construction so we did not have any water from 9:00am - 5:00pm every day I stayed there. I've never experienced that and was pretty annoyed by the inconvenience. If I would of been made aware of that, I would of stayed somewhere else.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Candlewood - Plano, tX"
We were scheduled to stay 3 nights at Candlewood, but end up leaving after the 2nd night. When we arrived, there was a sticky stain on the carpet. I complained to the front desk attendant, and he said he would come clean it. He didn't show up. Later that night, we actually say a bed bug crawling on one of hotel pillows. That caused us to not have a […] good night sleep at all. The next morning, I complained to the GM and he immediately moved us to another room. He was very accommodating and apologized for our 1st night disaster. The sofa in the 2nd room was stained and I actually found food under the sofa after further inspection. We were disgusted and left. the next day. It was one of the most inexpensive hotels we found in the area, but I would rather pay a little more for a good experience and a good nights sleep. "Best about this hotel is location"
My stay was not very good. I was here on business. The best thing about this hotel is the location to where I needed to be. Upon check in i got a smoking room - I requested non-smoking but they were sold out. The whole 3rd floor smells like smoke as some people that were there had their door open smoking. When I got to my room neither key worked. The […] front desk person gave me new one and thoes were fine. The overall room was fine. The next day I requested a non-smoking room and got one. This room was bad!! I should have stayed in the smoking room. The TV and cable did not work, remote did not have batteries that worked, the floor in the kitchen was a little sticky, the shower did not work - the head and faucet were covered in calcium build up. I had to take a bath while sitting on towels. The alarm clock which I did not use/touch went off at midnight, I was able to turn it off but that should be something that should be checked and removed after someone checks out. Hallways and room exhibited a variety of unpleasant smells. Room was very small and uncomfortable. Housekeeping only once a week ... really? Excelente atención del personal, muy buena ubicación y fácil acceso. Wifi funciona perfecto y las habitaciones muy cómodas.
