accueil super, service parfait : pour un hôtel prés de l’aéroport, très facile de rejoindre le centre ville de boston. L’hôtel met à disposition un parking gratuit et un service de navette pour l’aéroport ou pour la station de métro la plus proche ("Wood Island", environ 5mn) puis 7mn en métro pour gagner le centre ville et retour. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, petit déjeuner copieux. tout est bien sauf l'emplacement, au bord d'une route (4voies) très fréquentée et très bruyante surtout au 7eme étage. Cependant, les avantages l'emportent sur les inconvénients. A recommander. Réservation faite au dernier moment, deux jours avant d'arriver sur Boston. Hôtels.com très performant.

A recommander, hôtel situé dans le centre à Chinatown accés métros à quelques mètres. Beaucoup de restaurants autour, personnel trés agréable, propreté des chambres impécable. Nous avions pris la chambre basique double avec lit kingsize et nous n'avons pas été déçus, la chambre était grande, calme, avec grand écran lcd, frigo, cafetière, baignoire. Pour le jour de départ, ils ont un service de gardiennage de valises sécurisé avec concierge et tickets numérotés. Seul point négatif accés wi fi gratuit seulement pour les abonnés fidélités hilton.

Hôtel très correct Les chambres sont spacieuses et il est très proche de commerce tel que Hannaford, WallMart, AT&T Recommandé pour les voyages d'affaires. Cordialement, JH

Very nice, clean and convenient. I was able to cook a meal, which I love to do, because the kitchen was well equipped(except there is no stove). Its very close to my office and reasonably priced.
"Good hotel"
We enjoyed our stay here. Only problem I had was that the hairdryer in my room didn't work, but the staff allowed me to use a hairdryer in another room, so that was fine. They offered me the chance to change rooms but I didn't feel like it. I really wish hotels in Lowell had easier access to Downtown.

"Great Staff"
Had a problem getting my key to work for the 48 hours I was there. Front desk staff made the difference between me becoming an angry customer and one who was grateful that the staff was so attentive to the problem.
"HAwthorn Inn - Good for Dogs not much around"
Not alot around this Chelmsford Hotel, Also weren't eager to clean after hours. Diner across the street only open until 3pm.

Rooms are clean and contain everything you will need to a self-sufficient stay. They offered both dinner and breakfast. Buffet offering is oriented to Indian cuisine. Staff was friendly and helpful While there I forgot my iPod when I check out of my room and they mailed it back to me for no charge. What more could I ask?

"Hawthorne Suites-close to highways w/out the noise"
Only stayed there one night. The hotel & room were very clean. The bed was comfortable ,The suite was small and compact , would have preferred more space, . Had a small refrigerator, small toaster & microwave. No couch just a overstuffed chair for one. We did not go to breakfast or use any other part of the facility. Great location - close enough to the cities and the country. Attentive front desk personnel, except when chit-chatting. Kitchen staff wonderful and extremely attentive. If you don't want microwaved food for your hot breakfast, there were plenty of continental breakfast choices. Room was very comfortable. During our 10-day stay, we had a real issue with […] having enough linen. Started off with 4 of everything, but during our stay we would come back late at night to no washcloths, a large stack of hand towels, no bath mat, etc. The quantities, or lack thereof, fluctuated strangely - even after informing the front desk a couple times. The bed was very comfortable, the bath clean, the kitchen clean and well stocked. However, this hotel needs a visit from the main office to bring it to a better quality: Carpet in hall very unsafe - riped, etc. Refrigerator unsafe - on a bread crate that tipped forward when door opened. "Excellent hotel for the price"
This is very nice hotel that is quiet and far away from the road. The room I booked was a Queen suite which has a full kitchen with a stove, pots and pans, and a microwave. It also offers great free breakfast includes eggs, bagels, fruits, waffles, and juices. It's very convenience. TV has SHOWTIME channels that you can watch movies. "Small Problem Fixed Quickly"
When we got to our room there was no hot water. We informed the front desk about the problem and they fixed it promptly. The room was comfortable and clean. I was a little disappointed that there was no desk in the room except for a very small kitchen table. "Fantastic Hotel"
Room very clean, with more amenities than usual, such as a refrigerator, sink and cook top, since it was geared to the long-term business traveler. The breakfast in the morning was more extensive than what is usually served at most. Pleasant staff, clean comfortable room at an affordable rate. Would stay here again!

"hawthorn suites by wyndham chelmsford/lowell"
i found that the suite was just perfect for me. even though the room was close the main entrance, it was quiet and i was able to rest all times of the day without being disturb, i felt like i was in the hotel by myself. the morning meal was light and enough to carry through to the next meal. all employees were polite and friendly which made the stay […] comfortable and satisfying. i would go to any other franchise of this company and would recommend this hotel to all others that are interested in staying in this area. "STAY EITHER IN WINTER OR SUMMER"
THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THIS HOTEL IS THE CENTRAL HEATHING AND AIR CONDITIONNING UNIT . IN SUMMER I'M SURE THE A,C, MUST BE ON . AND IN WINTER PLENTY OF HEAT , BUT IN BETWEEN IT'S ONE OR THE OTHER .
"Hawthorne Suites in North Chelmsford, MA"
This all suites hotel is minutes to the Tsongas Arena which we were visiting for a long weekend event. Very clean and rooms were spacious. Excellent breakfast included. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We were with a group and the hotel kindly let us use an empty meeting room for a 2 hour period of time at no extra charge.

Excellent for a quick get away. Surprised by the Brunch and room accomodations. One item you might attend to: The egg omlet served on our stay was nasty. I have always thought, no one could ruin an egg - you managed.

I was impressed with this hotel. Teh location was clean and safe with easy access to the major highways. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Although we were out and about most of the daylight hours, we enjoyed the room in the evenings.
