Tres bien : propre, chambre agréable avec frigo, supermarché à quelques minutes à pieds ( parfait pour les picnique), et metro à 5 mn sur une ligne assez fréquentée. En 10 mn de metro, on est en plein centre ville. Il y a visiblement une navette de l'hotel qui emmene les clients a l'aeroport, mais nous n'avons pas teste ce service. Un seul inconvénient : l'autoroute est vraiment proche.

accueil super, service parfait : pour un hôtel prés de l’aéroport, très facile de rejoindre le centre ville de boston. L’hôtel met à disposition un parking gratuit et un service de navette pour l’aéroport ou pour la station de métro la plus proche ("Wood Island", environ 5mn) puis 7mn en métro pour gagner le centre ville et retour. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, petit déjeuner copieux. tout est bien sauf l'emplacement, au bord d'une route (4voies) très fréquentée et très bruyante surtout au 7eme étage. Cependant, les avantages l'emportent sur les inconvénients. A recommander. Réservation faite au dernier moment, deux jours avant d'arriver sur Boston. Hôtels.com très performant.

"Hotel Hilton Boston Financial District"
Très bel Hotel, les chambres sont très belles, bien tenues et propres. Très bien situé, 5 minutes de marche de l'aquarium et 10 minutes du Quincy Market et de la Liberty Trail. Je le recommande !

Très confortable avec un très bon accueil. Proche du centre historique il permet de tout effectuer à pied.

Très bel hôtel, le personnel est très courtois et accueillant. L'hôtel est près de Quincy Market et du port (à pied), le métro est accessible à pied en 10 minutes. Cependant, le soir les rues sont désertes. Très facile d'accès en auto. Les matelas sont un peu mou et Internet n'est pas gratuit.

Petit bémol, l'hôtel lors de mon arrivée m'a facturée (alors que j'avais payé en ligne un mois avant) par erreur en prenant mon numéro de carte de crédit en garantie. "Great service"
The cleanliness of the room and hotel was exceptional. The service was outstanding, and it was centrally located, but rather difficult to find. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

It was clean and our room was surprisingly spacious. The restaurant downstairs had good service and the food was great too.

The staff at the Hilton were very accommodating and friendly. It was wonderful to be able to store our luggage after checkout and go see more of the city. Views from the hotel of the city are great and the room was spacious and seemed very clean. The elevators seemed a bit slow, but wasn't a big deal. When I arrived with my two grandsons they were very accomodating and offered us an upgrade that gave us two rooms. It was especially nice because the boys loved all the room and we had a wonderful view!

"Course at Tufts Dental School"
This hotel was perfect. Right between the dental school and all the great stuff in the Northend and Warf. I went to class and my traveling companion had a wonderful time! The staff was outstanding.

OK, the Irish pubs were great. And the hotel even better. Always a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Boston's Financial District. Good walks to the waterfront, the North End, and Quincy Market.

Hotel was clean an the staff friendly, not being from New England I felt parking was expensive. The location is great close to restaurants, bars shopping and sightseeing.

Location, location, location, price, price,price....both excellent. Easy walk to public parking, Quincy Mkt, North End Restaurants. Just slept there, didn't use hotel amenities. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast there $$$.
"Broken Bathroom - not what you expect at a Hilton"
The hotel was nice enough, the room was nice enough, but the bathroom was nightmare. It was handicap accessible - which is fine - except that the shower broke twice, and was awkward to begin with. This is a great spot if you want to be close to Quincy Market, the Aquarium, the North End -- but a little away from it all for some peace at night! "Perfect location for business and leisure"
Everything is great - quality, service, location to business center and walking distance to plenty if sights and restauarnts. Be sure to visit Mr. Dooley's next door when The Dave Foley Band is playing.
"parking surprise"
We were surprised to find that there was no parking at the hotel and an additional fee of $48 per night was needed for valet parking off-site. Not a nice surprise and very inconvenient.

"Nice hotel"
Went there for a a getaway with girlfriends, convenient location, most things we did were walking distance or a cheap cab ride away. Only downside was the amount charged for hotel parking, but that's Boston.

"No free internet? Come on, it's 2012!"
Decent hotel room, very clean. The shower had a terrible leak and there is no free internet or any sort of continental breakfast. When we complained about the lack of internet, the answer was something to the tune of "well, we normally get business travelers and they always pay for it." Nice.

"Overall the Hilton is fine...but..."
The reason I would recommend is I think people could really enjoy the hotel if they're visiting Boston for a few nights. It's near the Rose Kennedy Greenway. The doorman was gracious on arrival as was the front desk help. However, the day we left we got home and noticed our (BIG) golf umbrella was left in the room. I called and spoke with a young man […] at the front who said he'd call me back. Then, unpacking another bag we noticed that my daughter's two stuffed animals she brought for the trip were NOT there. Again I called. Talked with another person and mentioned those were left. I was told I'd get a call back and again, no call. Three days later (I had to travel to the West Coast on business) I called again...they had no record of finding anything in our room nor a record of my call(s). The only other bad part is that they placed my wife, daughter and I in a nice room but facing the street - no problem until we arrived back at the hotel after our night out at a C's game and the nightclubs on the street and around the corner were LOUD - like crazy frat house party LOUD. We should've been given a room facing inside...not on the street for this reason - and we were on the fifth floor. The rooms were clean/nice and the doorman/concierge were great. Housekeeping's lack of looking for our items and the front desks ineptitude in getting back the items and putting us in the middle of Studio 54 circa 1978 may be overstated but that's how I feel. High quality service and rooms. Close walk to waterfront and Quincy Market. Not too far to T and Government Center. Some scaffolding was in place over about half of the building (Jan 25), so make sure that you ask for a room that is not entirely covered if that is an issue for you. This hotel was excellent. Great service, close proximity to all the great bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend the Hilton the only downfall is the amount they charge for daily parking... $38, but that's Boston!

"Fire Alarm"
Everything was nice except for on Sunday at 9am the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate. Everyone was in the lobby for about an hour. I know it is not the hotel's fault, but they didn't offer anything due to the inconvenience. The least they could have done was have some coffee as many were in the lobby with bathrobes on and were woken […] up. Here checkout wasn't until 12pm so of course people would want to sleep in. "Great Front Desk Staff"
I stayed here while attending the Boston Wine Expo as an exhibitor. Chris at the front desk was patient and kind when I called to ask directions for the second time. I had become totally lost in Boston. He stayed on the phone with me, and talked to me turn by turn until I was literally at the front door!! He checked me in, and said he was giving me […] a big room, since I had a rough day. The room was huge and beautiful- great sound proofing too. He was also kind enough to direct me to a reasonably priced public parking facility- valet was not in my budget! Downside was fire alarm sounding, shutting down the elevators on Check out morning- had to walk down 12 flights to get to the lobby, but that isn't the hotels fault. That's a safety precaution.
