Hotel vieillot mais relativement propre. Personnel agréable à la disposition des clients. Emplacement idéal à promité des différentes lignes de métro , de la Vème avenue, de Times SQuare. Pensez à réclamer des serviettes de bain qui sont distribuées au nombre de brosse à dents présenté dans la salle de bain.

Hôtel agréable, petit déjeuner servit de 6h30 à 9h30 correcte (ne pas arriver trop tard), station de métro ( 39 Av ) à 3min à pieds qui vous mène en 9min à la 5ème Avenue. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée.

Nous recommandons fortement cet hotel. Super vue sur manhattan, terrasse exceptionnelle sur les toits..fabuleux !!! les chambres sont très cosy, propres, vraiment rien à redire. C'était parfait. les alentours de l'hotel sont effectivement surprenants (zone industrielle) mais peu importe la qualité, le service, la vue nous font, tout de suite, oublier les environs. Même si nous ne sommes dans manhattan même, aucun souci de transport.....en 10 minutes grand max nous y sommes. c'est très bien desservi et en plus il y a une navette qui peut nous amener au centre de manhattan. Vriament nous recoomandons vivement cet hotel et si c'était à refaire nous y retournerons sans problème! c'est fabuleux !!!!

Hôtel agréable très bien placé pour visiter à pied. Le métro n'est pas très loin. La chambre est très propre et confortable. Idéal pour découvrir Manhattan.

emplacement parfait (20mn en bus pour time square), vue sur la skyline, resto, bar et dépanneur... pour un prix plus que raisonnable.

Ce n'est pas la meilleur hôtel en ville, mais pour qualité/prix, ceci est bien. Il y a peut-être un aspect que j'ai moins aimé ! J'ai acheté pour déjeuner inclus 4 personnes et rendu à l'hôtel le service m'a dit que j'avais seulement payer pour deux personnes... alors faire attention !!!
"Beware of Car Theft"
Hotel is pretty nice. Pros - nice bar, nice Restaurant (no vegetarian dishes though), nice rooms; However, parking is slightly away from hotel. I had an attempted break-in on my rental car (someone tried to pry open both passenger and driver side doors, leaving dents and scratches all over the car)...

"Sufficient"
My church and I stayed here for one night for an event that took place at IZOD CENTER. The location of the hotel is very convenient to IZOD as well as to find places to get food and COFFEE. The breakfast buffet was great as we as the courtesy of the staff. The facility is a little outdated but well kept.

This hotel was so disgusting I thought somebody was playing a joke. We walked into the lobby and that was not to bad then we got to the elevators( I think late 70s style very slow and noisey.We got off the elevator and turned the corner and the wall paper was hanging off the walls with what look like black electrial tape holding it up. We had no wash […] cloths and were told they did not have any to give us. The next day we got to our room at 6 pm and the room was not cleaned yet. The tv sucked and I asked for three days to have them take a look at it they must be understaffed or going out of business because I never got anybody to look at it. We checked out two days early and tried to get a refund but were told because we booked thru a third party we were unable. There are nicer hotels in the same area look there first. Lisez la suite

Filthy glasses with drinks inside still! bathroom floor has dried stains....it makes me wonder about the hygiene regarding everthing else!....everytime i need the internet, i need to be connected to the tech people and everytime they work on it for 20 mins each to get me on-line! a local cell phone call they consider as "long distance"....ding me for […] $6.75 for a 30second call !! not happy at all...will stay clear of this hotel in the future! "Happy 40th Birthday"
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of things to do nearby. Perfect location to enjoy NYC on a budget.

The hotel Is clean but the comfort of the room was terrible. The heat was so hot and it was like I couldn't turn it down and the air was so dry and the beds work like sleeping on rocks. I couldn't sleep all night. I think I only got an hour and a half of sleep all night

Bus that takes you to Time Square is 1 block away. In 15 you are in the city! Really clean room, friendly personnel, very helpful. I do recommend it!

"They don't respect my reservation preferences"
I made my reservation for a non-smoking room and one queen bed but as soon as I arrived there they gave me a room completely different. They assigned me a room in a smoker floor with 2 beds because according to them the hotel was full. I didn't like that. I couldn't sleep properly because of the intensive smell to cigarette all the time. Regarding […] the location is very hard to find him the first time and also the NJ public transportation frequency is not the best. "CROWN PLAZA"
We asked to have our room changed because our room was ajoined to the room next door.The people in the room were playing loud music and shouting above it....the sounds carried thru thr adjoining doors because there is no insulation between the rooms where the doors are. The hotel said they were "filled" which we know was not true....barely any cars […] in the designated parking and we seldom saw more than a handfull of people at breakfast or in the evenings. so we were stuck with this room. I was surprised by how nice my room turned out. I was in the top floor and was more than worth the price for the service. I would recommend staying there.

This hotel had a convenient location but the walls were kind of thin & the elevators were slow. Plus the Starbucks downstairs was sub-par quality. Overall it was ok but I feel like I could've gotten a better deal for less money somehwhere else

"Uncomfortable"
Room services like cleaning the room + bathroom was not performed throughout my stay. I have to complain to the frontdesk and although they sent a lady to do it, she claimed the morning shift was supposed to do that. Really unsatisfied.

Hotel room and hallway had a mildew smell. Room was warm though thermostat was on cooler temperature. One elevator was out of order and we had to wait for long periods of time for the one that wasn't broke. There was no airport shuttle to hotel.
"Hotel noise"
the only thing I can say is that the room doors make a lot of noise when they close - its the design if you are staying with a major group on the same floor and you have kids running in out of the rooms it becomes annoying other than that it if very quiet, safe, clean, good service, excellent location. the parking lot for guest is great except for […] the stairs, someone can get killed on those rusty, deteriorating steps, they should be fixed, they have not painted, or repaired them for 20 years Lisez la suite
