"halls and elevator not clean"
the biggest thing was the bathroom shower was too small. Also, the big tub in the bedroom was not clean.

"Lovely stay"
After reading the numerous great reviews, I was convinced the hotel would do for our two night stay. No hassles, clean, and quiet. Will stay here again. No complaints =] Next time will try the jacuzzi rooms.

Right off the hwy on 76 - very easy for getting on and off I65 without hitting all the traffic. Very Large bathroom, comfortable beds. Good breakfast - well staffed. Helpful friendly front desk staff. Hotel could use a "freshening up". The stairway carpet and walls were in desparate need of an upgrade. The pool is tiny, and the hot tub is boarded up. […] Not alot of outlets - so if you have a family of 4 with many electronics to charge bring an extension cord! Nothing fancy, but everything you need. We'd stay here again. Lisez la suite

took forever to get towels to take a shower they took only 2 hours and called them alot, was not pleased

we booked the hotel because it had an indoor pool and whirlpool. The whirlpool was closed the entire time and the pool was closed for some of the days also. Also, the whirlpool tub in the room did not work. The rooms are extremely loud and we did not sleep well. Would not book again.
Had a very pleasent visit. Will return soon for another stay. thank you..
"Weekend Getaway"
Had a great experiance there, the hotel staff was nice and my wife and I got the King Suite with the Jacuzzi in it. Was so glad it worked that was the first thing we checked before we unpacked, had a bad experiance of one not working in Vegas. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, close to all the action. The rooms were very reasoably priced and given that it is the "off" season in January, should be. The staff was friendly and the noise level was very low.

Branson Baymount on the 76 strip great location for access to the local attractions. The staff has excellent customer service! Ms Mary and her assistant at the breakfast bar are super nice, very helpful and will even fix your waffles for you! The pool area is nice as well. Room prices are good. We got to the hotel and checked in and everything went well. Front desk was nice and our room was nice. We had a room with the jetted tub in there and that was nice as well. I cant say anything bad about this hotel because I left happy and while I stayed I was happy. I would stay there again.
"Perfect Weekend Getaway!"
My husband and I spent New Year's weekend in Branson for a mini vacation. Not wanting to spend a ton of cash on a room, we chose the Baymont because of previous stays in other properties and the price was amazing! It is an older hotel, but still very well kept and very clean. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were a dream! Our room had a jetted […] tub and nice, hot shower with great water pressure (always a concern of mine). The staff was more than friendly and breakfast was awesome for being a hotel breakfast. We will be staying here again as we go to Branson quite a bit and I have always forgotten about this hidden bit of peace and quiet! The hotel and the room was clean, staff very helpful with directions and places to see. Breakfast was exceptional and would stay there again. The hotel is situated kind of center Branson, close to strip and Branson Landing. VERY ENJOYABLE STAY.

"Baymont Inn on Branson Strip"
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We were put in a room on the 3rd floor. The very first night, the elevator broke down!! My daughter was with me and she has a broken heel. I went down to the desk to ask how long the elevator would be broken and explained my daughters situation and that she couldn't get up and down 3 flights of stairs on her own. […] The management shrugged me off and would not let us change . I was simply told "it would be fixed soon". The elevator was NOT fixed until the last night of our stay. We had to cut our return stops out on our trip due to her foot being so swollen and painful from being forced to climb stairs due to the hotels maintenance issues!!! Customer service was poor! A simple room change would have kept my daughter from this horrible inconveince and saved the rest of our trip from having to be cancelled!! Lisez la suite

Went for a girls weekend - such a great hotel choice. They accommodated our request for adjacent rooms and near elevator d/t health reasons, desk staff were so helpful! Location lived up to other reviews --- able to utilize blue and red line to avoid traffic, near to the Landing - all very important during peaks. Pool and hot tub areas great. Particularly […] loved the pillows - fluffy. Tubs are jetted; therefore a smaller space, but no biggy showering. "Air quality and controls are terrible."
At first we thought this hotel would work just fine for our 5 night stay. The first dissapointment was the lack of any bathroom fan. The second was the heater/air conditioner. It was virtually impossible to keep the room temperature at a comfortable level. It kept changing the temp setting on it's own and did not have a "fan only" setting which would […] have certainly helped the situation. The result? Five nights of fighting "too hot" or "too cold". Unfortunately, it was an advanced payment reservation and couldn't be cancelled...or we would have! Lisez la suite
Hotel was okay for the price. It needs updating, the workout room equipment needs repaired and cleaned. Clerk was friendaly. The room was outdated and the bathroom was small. Probably will not stay there again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We had to change rooms because the air conditioner was leaking in the first room. Both rooms smelled damp and we had allergy problems when we left.

This hotel was awesome. Located right right off the highway and close to the time saving color coded "Routes" that keep you off the traffic clogged strip. All staff were super friendly, even the maintenace man who turned up the heat in the pool for us! Clean hotel with nice beds. Breakfast was good as well. Would stay again!!

The hotel was clean and conviently located. Had a nice complimentary breakfast, area was kept up, stocked and clean. The room was smaller and had a weird layout. Bathtub was very small, the noise from the stool pipes practically shook the walls everytime it was flushed. You could hear every noise from other rooms also. So not real peaceful. "Not bad for the price"
This hotel was not too shabby. It is right on the strip, close too the landing as well as the highway. The jacuzzi is on the small side but I am a big guy. Clean place all no smoking so it even smelled nice. Good bed and nice furniture... Overall not too shabby!
"Our Stay"
When we first got there the pool was nice and warm. The second night it was cold. I did not like that. My grandson was so cold we couldn't play in the water very long. The continental breakfast should have something other than waffles. Possibly hard boiled eggs or something better for diabetics.

I loved the hotel, It was very nice and clean. The bathroom was big, But the shower was so little I could bearly turn around in it and I am a small person, But other than that it was really nice.

My wife and I had a great time! The motel was in the perfect location. Right off freeway, in pretty much the middle of the 76 strip. Easy place to come and go just about anywhere

"A night at the Baymont"
First off the people are the best, they could not have been more helpful or friendly. The location was right where we needed to be but a little close to the main road. We where up on the top floor still got some highway noise. I'm sure the rain added to the noise factor. The jacussi was a nice touch but the bed was a little uncomfortable for me. But […] I have a bad back and that may have had more to do with it. I've never seen such a small shower in my live. RV showers are bigger. The listing did not show free breakfast so that was a suprise. But when we went to breakfast and took a look around we decided to just grab some coffee and go. Not much into waffles as the only hot part of breakfast. I haven't dun cold cereal since I was ten and learned how to cook for myself. Still for the price not bad, I'd say good to a little above average. Next time if we stay there we'll ask for a room on the back of the building away from the street. Lisez la suite

Everyone who worked at the hotel was wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helped everyone have a great experience. The sweet lady who works the breakfast room was the best. Give her a raise, she was so fantastice to all the guests, every day!!! Only complaint - issues with hot water for the entire hotel for 2 different days. "Best Hotel Experience"
I was completely satisfied with this hotel. It was a great value for the price. The people were friendly and the check-in/out process was quick and without hassle due to booking online. The gym facilities were just what I needed for my cardio workouts. The continental breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. I found the room clean and the shower […] had a strong spray. "Great trip with the kids"
We stayed over Christmas break and loved it. We finally found a Branson hotel we'll go back to. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and not crowded. The rooms were nice and breakfast was very nice. We got a bargain.

We were disappointed that the whirlpool was not working. The good thing is that the pool is nice and open all of the time. The room was nice, but the tub is very small. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious, but the shower was very small and the shower head was too low. This made it very uncomfortable to take a shower. Overall, it was a good experience and would recommend the hotel for the price.

Check-in was very pleasant. Desk people were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a King room with a jacuzzi, it looked just like the pictures. One of the jets on the Jacuzzi was broken but it did not affect its performance.
