Chambre très propre et confortable , personnel accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. L'Hotel est à deux pas du métro et il y a également un arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport (très pratique est pas cher). Notre voyage à Seoul date du mois de septembre le 1er jour il a plu énormément et nous avons été heureux de trouver des restaurants sympas pas loin de l'hôtel et également plusieurs coffee shop

Entre deux entrees de metro mais tt de meme a 1,5/2 km de gangnam station.. Les taxis ne connaissent le lieu ( demander gangnam station). Chauffage a 26 dans les chambres non reglable, pas de reel service mais petits appart sympa et assez grand pour le prix

Sorry to say, we only have tea and coffee free for the 1st day then nothing. Otherwise everything is perfect. Airport bus stop right in front of hotel, (no. 6001 bus), then not far, the underground metro station within a sportive shoppîng center, (door no.17). Several tiny restaurant just round the corner of the hotel, and a market just accross the road. One can do a little bit of cooking if you like.

"3 nights in a closet"
This was my second and probably last time I stayed at this hotel in downtown Seoul. The facilities are very decent and the hotel does have rooms that are very nice (as I saw before) but they are not accessible to Hotels.com customers. What bothered me more than anything else is the inattentive service at the front desk. I and my wife used this hotel for a night before taking an early morning flight out of Seoul. The location is very good: close to all the downtown palaces and Seoul tower, and the limousine to the airport stops right across the road from the hotel. The staff was pleasant and well-informed. "Convenient location for airport"
This was a convenient hotel for getting back to the airport by 7:00 a.m. for an early flight because it is located near the freeway entrance. However, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel is rather boring. I do wish the hotel staff had been clear on where the airport bus stop was. I nearly missed the airport bus because I was waiting at the bus stop/station. […] I saw the airport bus on the other side of the road and I had to run to catch it. The staff told me the bus stop was across the street (and I assumed that meant the bus stop/station that was directly in front of the hotel--across the street). We were disappointed when we arrived at the hotel in the morning after our flight arrived at 6am as we were told that there was no rooms available for us to check in. Later after breakfastat abolut 10.30am there were rooms available & we were able to check in but we were told that there were only smoking rooms available. "Disappointing with Korean hospitality"
Hotel room is extremely small. The building and lobby looks very nice and spacious, but rooms are entirely different. I can almost touch one side of wall to other if I open my arms (about 18 inch space left) They should post the room size on the web so travelers will not be surprised. Staff is not friendly at all. They treat you like "I am busy with […] my smart phone!" Good location for easy assess to subway system. Few good restaurant at the back streets of this hotel. I had two large luggage plus a small handheld ones that I need to drag them across the street to take the bus to Inchon airport. The hotel front office saw my situation, and just looked away. The room was much smaller than expected, smelled of stale cigarettes although it stated it was non-smoking, and was located above a VERY noisy patio. However, the bed was super comfortable and the coffee, though weak, was not that instant concoction served in most Korean hotels. The neighborhood didn't have much in the way of shopping but was very convenient […] to the subway and bus systems. The Express bus to the airport picked up right across the street and there was a 7-11 and a Starbucks practically next door. The front desk staff was less than helpful in every matter that was brought to them. For instance, when asked if the bus to the airport would be running (THEY were selling me the ticket) due to the current Typhoon, they told ME to check the internet. "Great value hotel"
This was the first time I've stayed in this hotel.(most major hotels were sold out). Know that this is not like Hilton or Marriott. However, this hotel is MUCH better thatn the Best Western in USA. Staffs were all professional, very friendly and helpful. Room are on the smaller side but not small at all - Bed were comfortable and linens are very fresh […] and crispy. Room/bathroom don't look anything fancy (kind of dull and dated) but efficient/clean. (think of rooms at Holiday Inn). Location wise, you pretty much have to take the taxi almost everywhere. However, everything is pretty close by on either North or South side of the Han river. It cost about $6-$10 (dependitng on the traffic condition) taxi ride for most of the attractions and businesses in Seoul area. KAL limousin bus from Inchun airport stops right in front of the hotel. There is McDonald across the street and about 3 coffee shops (including Starbucks) within half block from the hotel. There are lots of local restaurants behind the hotel. In room wired and wireless high speed internets in the lobby area are FREE. There isn't any tourist attraction in walking distance from the hotel. In overall, for the price I've paid for this hotel, there isn't anything I can complain. This is super valued but efficient hotel. Convenient location with lots of good value & nice Korean food along streets behind the hotel & just 2 minutes walk to MAPO Subway station, & about 15 minutes taxi ride to business area eg : Seoul Finance Centre. it is close to the business district and therefore if you are not high on luxury stay this is a good ok business hotel to be in. The rooms are though very unorganized. No Wi-Fi service in the rooms means you are stuck on the desk while doing your work. the chairs given are not comfortable. The House Keeping staff was a serious let down. I left the […] remote on the bed in the night while going to sleep. next day the room was made and the remote was still there under the sheets. Practically very few in the staff speaks english and it can be a bit of struggle. though the bell boys and the room service staff is good and try best to make you comfortable. The AC was broke or something, it simply never got to the temperature i was setting it too. it had mind of its own. but since i was out a lot so did not bother me much. Plus the rooms are very noisy, you can practically hear every one on the floor if they open or close their doors. I could hear every thing the next door neighbors were doing or watching on TV. "Christmas in Seoul"
I think for this price everything is decent. Close to MTR station, just that the station is far a bit far away from other tourist stations. Not much stuff you can do around this area. Very nice, large hotel 300 m from Mapo subway station, 10 min by taxi from central rail station. The hotel was very clean, very friendly, with helpful service/personnel. "The name said it all"
If it from the West, you know it's the best and it's true. This hotel situate 2 minutes walk from the subway which would take you around Seoul. It is also in front of Limousine Bus would take you to or from Incheon Seoul airport which would cost you around $15 AUD. There are convenient shops and banks surrounding the hotel as well as McDonalds. Myeodong […] market is 5 minutes away if catch the taxi and 20 minutes for walking. The only dissapoint moment I had with the hotel is they speak very limit of English at the counter and gave us wrong information about the check out time which they denied. Stayed here for 2 nights after F1 race - nice hotel, especially compared to the love hotels near the F1 track. Reasonable price, near to 2 subway stations and an airport bus stop over the road, so easy to get around. Mildly awkward to get there from Seoul station with luggage by subway, but doable. I cheated and took a taxi which was also quite reasonable. "Good enough for your budget"
Good hotel for a budget. Single room nothing special but was clean and AC worked. Had some restaurants and lounges in the lobby area. Staff was pretty helpful and most of them spoke english. I mainly picked this hotel because I thought the airport limo bus dropped me off in front of the hotel. It didn't. But I think that's the bus driver and services […] fault. There was nothing over the loudspeaker in english that told what stops/hotels are approaching. etc. Also the driver should have known. I've taken the limo bus in Japan and it was much more organized. I took the same limo bus for my departure but you have to cross the street. But the walk is not far. Just remember that if you choose the limo bus. Overall the hotel and service was above average. "Needs a serious renovation. Not worth the price."
My boyfriend and I decided to book a room at this hotel because we were going to a party that was hosted in one of the hotel's event rooms. Even though we got a greatly discounted price off of hotels.com it was HARDLY worth the price. The room (single) was TINY even though it is advertised as appropriate for 2 guests (their double rooms were all booked). […] My room was the width of my boyfriend's arm span, literally. He could touch his fingertips to both ends of the wall when standing in the middle. The first time we tried to turn off the lights by pushing in the button, the entire light switch went through the wall! The air conditioning was barely working, and we asked for someone to come and look at it. The hotel worker said "I'm sorry, it is working at maximum power, however this building is very old. I will bring you a fan". It was very kind of him to bring us a fan, but a hotel like this shouldn't be resorting to that kind of temporary fix. The location is a business area, and so it is not suited if you are on vacation or looking for any type of entertainment. There are no restaurants in the area, which was very inconvenient. All in all, the staff were VERY kind and helpful, however this couldn't make up for the lack of air conditioning, size of the room, location or price. I would NOT recommend this hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable and i managed to get great rates from Hotels.com. Transfer from Incheon is convenient as it is within the airport limousine bus route(No. 6015). A few local coffee joint and Starbucks are just a few doors away. Next to the hotel there is a convenience store and a pharmacy is just around the corner. Quite a number of […] restaurants behind the hotel and across the main road but i didn't manage to try any. Breakfast was not included with the room rates. I did try the buffet breakfast, the spread was adequate but a bit costly. They have the american breakfast(toast, beans, bacon,sausage, eggs), local fare(rice, seaweed soup, kimchi), japanese(miso soup), porridge and cereal and fruits. However, the hotel staff were aloof and not very friendly. I informed the hotel in advance that my check in will be late evening. Upon arrival we settled for meal at the hotel bar. We were informed that it close at midnight and since it was only 10.30pm we could still order our food. The waiters and manager were not friendly and infact they were impatient. We were too tired having just arrive to go out for food. A band was playing and there were 3 other tables occupied. We quickly finished our meal and retired to our rooms. Needless to say we did not go to the bar again. The service really needs improvement. Also if you are planning for a shopping trip, this hotel is not in a convenient location for you. Not the newest, but well located. THis is an older, 80's or 70's hotel. But it is maintained and they are refurbishing the rooms. The greeting was polite and the lobby was bright. The room was small. It reminded me of a single room with a twin bed thrown in against the wall. Pick-up point for airport limousine bus service is also located right outside the hotel, making commuting to and from the airport very convenient (you can use both the metro and the limousine bus).
