étape tres agreable

Très bon hôtel si vous faites étape à Bakersfield le temps d'une soirée car ce dernier es isolé du centre ville mais du situe à l'intersection de tous les grands axes autoroutiers,

Hotel ok mais sans plus. La piscine était pas chauffé et le bain tourbillon également. La réceptionniste nous a reçu avec son cellulaire et nous sentions que nous la dérangions dans son textage. Elle a quand même été aimable mais pas très professionnelle. La chambre était moyenne mais propre. Arriving early evening the check in was easy after a little wait in line, as there was only one clerk on duty. The Non-Smoking room was clean and odor free, with a reasonably comfortable queen bed. We brought our own pillows, so the 4 overstuffed pillows provided were not a problem. The room furnishings were above average for this price point, but made […] this modest sized room feel a bit crowded. The AC/HEAT unit was quiet and worked very well. It featured a wall mounted thermostat that was easy to set and kept the room comfortable. There was a FREE breakfast in the adjacent cafe available from 6:00 am to 9:00 am which was above average with bacon, eggs and waffles along with the usual fare. At least a $10.00 per person value. The AGRAVATIONS: 1. Loud music at the adjacent lounge on Friday night until 2:30 am; 2. For a 2 night stay, the card key would not open the door on the second night; 3. NO ROOM SERVICE FOR THE SECOND NIGHT. Including: No clean towels, bed not made and NO COFFEE. I could deal with no towels and the bed, but OMG, NO COFFEE??? Lisez la suite

This hotel disappointed me start to finish. I got there late and asked for a quiet room. The woman then stuck me in a room facing a night club parking lot. I turned the fan on so I didn't have to hear the booming music. The rooms are small. Very small. No fridge. No microwave. In the morning, I noticed how dirty the whole place is. They were painting […] the pool but it was disgusting and so was the jacuzzi. The little alcoves where the ice machines were were also dirty and disgusting... and trust me, I'm not that picky for cleanliness. When we checked out, the guy was kind of a jerk too. Grounds were in rough condition and were lacking normal maintenance. Lobby was well worn and need refresh badly. Advertised HBO but was not available and TV was 4-6 years old. Room was small by any standard. There was no work area for business related activities. Pool was not in service and looked like there was being an attempt to paint but was being […] done by an amateur. Extension cords were strung across walk ways and presented a hazard. This had no movie channels . Left my son in room to get the contental breakfast and they would not let me leave the area to take my son something to eat . It was very poor. Will not recommend hotel

Difficult to find at night; poor neighborhood and SMALL room.

All the comforts necessary at a reasonable price.

This is one of the best and cleanest rooms my girl and I have ever had. Sadly two of my credit cards were changed for incidentals. One charge was cleared and removed. the romm is clean and comfortable. continental breakfast is great. you don't need to other restaurant to have some food for breakfast. they have everything for breakfast to eat. i am not expecting even to have eggs and bacons beside the pastries, cereals, milk and juice. the breakfast is well fill you up. i had dinner in there restaurant, they serve […] a excellent hamburger. it's very good and i can recommend whoever to have a delicious food and a bootle or beer. My fault for not researching the area better. The hotel is in an industrial business park with some strip clubs, biker gear outlets, etc. We took our kids to a childrens themed concert at Rabobank Theatre and as a Choice Privileges member thought it would be a good choice. I was told after checking in that my stay was not eligible for my reward points. […] Not happy about that! I could have stayed closer to the venue and paid the same. The room was clean but very cold despite putting the heat up to 75. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but choices and food was limited and beverages were non-existent unless you count the cereal milk or the coffee which was not ideal for our kids. The breakfast was located in a sports bar located in the parking lot. You had to bus your own table and the staff would simply stare at you while you ate without offering assistance. This was a stopping point on our trip to Vegas from Sacramento. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was filling and there was decent variety. Check in and check out were easy and quick and the staff was very friendly.

Needed a quick and cheap one night stay. This hotel fit the bill. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. The first room I attempted to enter had a broken electronic lock and would not grant me access. The neighborhood is industrial, so not many ammenities around. However, the next exit down on the 99 has plenty of ammenities.

We checked in late at night and the service was quick and good-natured. Only issue was coffee pot did not work in room and no coffee pack was supplied. No do Not Disturb sign in room for the door. Restaurant next door for breakfast was OK - pretty good choices and again, good service.

There were people making noise all night not a good place to stay if you want to sleep

Service was good. I loved the room and the digital room environmental control unit. Service was great and friendly.

The hotel staff was friendly and the room clean. However, we had difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel as the southbound freeway exit and approach to the hotel is odd. There are few popular restaurants nearby.

Overall not too bad for the money. Had some plumbing issues (toilet and pressure). Lights were on automatic switches that were annoying. Beds were ok and as clean as one would expect.

Our room smelled musty. The girl at the registration desk didn't know what see was doing. Took us 30 minutes to check with only two people in front of us.

This hotel was very inexpensive, so I wasn't sure what to really exepct. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was updated and well kept. The service was fine, the breakfast was what you'd expect, there was plenty of parking, and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a little firm for my taste, and we had a loud rattle in our air conditioner […] that woke me a few times. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. Lisez la suite

great place to stay, staff very friendly, pool very clean. very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to others. i WILL STAY HERE AGAIN.

This was the cheapest hotel near the expressway so I took it. Slightly upgraded but old, cracking paint, pleasant but very slow staff. The breakfast is served at a strange restaurant in the parking lot. I wouldn't stay here again; I'd just pay more. But I probably won't be back to Bakersfield ever again.

suprisingly new and modern, rooms, were clean and staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is pretty much what you would expect, not much to write home about but sufficient and included. Very quiet and conveniently close to all I wanted to do... Very good value for your buck... I definitely recommend it and will stay here again...

I had booked a room for the Marriott but when I got there they wanted a 350 dollar deposit. I didn't have it. I was stuck in bakersfield. I went online and got the quality inn and stayed Thursday night. Friday morning I booked Friday through Sunday and front desk allowed me to keep my stuff in the same room. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had to go back to the office more than once to get our key card to work again which was pretty inconvenient. The room has big comfortable beds and a nice table, but it is a lot of furniture for a small room. We didn't have hardly any toilet paper (the roll had about 20 sheets when we checked in and no extra rolls […] were left in our room) or enough towels for 4 guests, so between that and the key card issue, we felt like we were going to the lobby a lot. The room was quiet and the AC worked well, so that was a perk. The breakfast was a joke....we arrived at about 8:30, to find that there were no clean plates, no yogurt, no milk, and a huge line for the waffle maker. It is a bus your own table deal which would have been fine except that the tables were not cleaned off and left very dirty. On the second morning, we opted to skip the breakfast and hit Denny's down the road. I would say it was overall a satisfactory (but not great) experience. Lisez la suite

The staff was friendly, but that's about all I can say for this place. The room was missing a remote for the t.v., and there were pieces of Ramen noodle on the floor left over from a previous guest. What a deal! This worked perfect for us as we traveled through Bakersfield. Very nice hotel, clean, new, nice pool, internet in room & even free breakfast! I will remember this spot any time we're in Bakersfield.

I had two room with 8 adults and everyone was very happy with their stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would all stay there again. Thank you.

Found the hotel to be satisfactory, rooms a bit small for the amount of furniture. would recomend to friends.

The place is clean, nice & quiet. It is pretty much ok for our stay except that the shower only got hot water. When I complained, the housekeeping personnel said he will come right away, after 30 minutes of waiting I called again, he said he was so busy that morning hence, he forgot about my call. Then someone came but was not able to fix it. I tried […] to just ask for a discount refund on check-out because of the inconvinience but the lady on the front desk can not make decision hence, she said she will just tell the manager to call me but never did. MORAL LESSON- Better Check First the shower if ok before you settle for the room not only for this hotel but anywhere! Lisez la suite

The room is comfortable, clean and soft sheets and the bathroom is newly renovated. The Hot Breakfast is phenomenal with a full buffet. We are so impressed. Thank you!

The Staff was very congenial. Everything was clean & neat. We were 85% satisfied. The only issue was the fold-away bed. The mattress definately needs to be changed. It was very uncomfortable. Lots of choice for eating in the immediate area.

When I checked into the hotel there were many teenagers there for a socker match. They were running all over and screeming until 10 at night . I planned on starting out early so I didn't much sleep The last time I stayed there we had the same thing with a big wedding party. It is the last time I will stay there

The hot tub wasn't working. They had to send us to a differnet room across the other side of the property b/c the keycards weren't working. The desk clerk was nice and friendly. He said they were rekeying all the rooms and many weren't working. A big pain when it was late a night, with two small kids to be jerked around. Location was perfect, the room […] was clean and the breakfast was fine. Just wished the hot tub was working and the key situation was different.
