Pour nous c'était le luxe! L'hotel est une succession de grandes maisons de 3 niveaux, chacun ayant sa terrasse privée avec vue sur le Golf et la végétation tropicale. Un vrai appartement décoré comme dans les magazines (entrée, cuisine américaine électro kitchen aid, grand salon)la baie vitrée donne accès à la terrasse privée. 2 salles de bain (tous les produits sont fournis:dentifrice gel douche shampoing après shampoing et lait hydratant) et une immense chambre. La piscine à côté de la réception est grande avec de multiples chaises longues et jacuzzi(les serviettes sont fournies). Le restaurant de l'hotel est très bon, le menu enfant est très bien).Le Spa et la salle de sport en haut de la réception sont très luxueux. Attention cependant, nous sommes à 20 min en voiture de Miami beach, et à côté de l'aéroport (mais on n'entend pas du tout les avions)

Satisfait de tout, sauf peut être de la superficie de la chambre et du lit, qui sont vraiment minuscules

Nous y avons passé deux nuits au début de notre autotour. Hôtel calme, propre. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Petit-déjeuner complet. A proximité de l'US 1 pour rejoindre les principales attractions de Miami. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.
Situation
A North Miami, l'établissement Best Western Plus Windsor Inn se trouve en banlieue, tout près de Museum of Contemporary Art, Oleta River State Park et Haulover Park Marina. Aventura Mall se trouve également à proximité.
Caractéristiques de l'établissement

"Situation intéressante"
Situé au nord de Miami cet hôtel est à mi-chemin de miami Beach et de Lauderdade. Ecellent rapport qualité/prix. Personnel aimable. Seul bémol: pas de petit déjeuner. Par contre beaucoup de restos dans le coin. C'est un bon deal.

Cet hôtel a été notre premier contact avec Miami. Autant dire immédiatement que nous avons été très satisfaits. La qualité de l'entretien, la gentillesse du personnel - en particulier de Pete - ont participé à la réussite de notre séjour dans cette ville. Seuls bémols : la restauration n'est pas assurée par l'hôtel, mais par une société privée. Si la […] qualité de la nourriture est tout bonnement excellente, ce n'est pas le cas de la rapidité du service. Nous avons attendu très (trop) longtemps un simple petit-déjeûner, alors que nous n'étions que 2 dans la salle. Par contre le prix était bien en rapport avec la qualité des produits proposés. Notre séjour a été très agréable, nous sommes arrivés à 04 h du matin, et nous avons été très bien recu. J'en profite pour vous signaler que je crois avoir oublié une montre en acier dans la 213, si vous l'avez gardz là et MR PHILOGENE Raymond la récupérer à son prochain passage. Tous nos remerciements

"Best Western Windsor Inn Miami: very convenient"
We wanted to do some shopping and this hotel is very conveniently situated: Walmart, Target, Kmart, Home Depot, Saw Grass Mills... everything is easily accessible with a car. No traffic jam from there. There is even a good restaurant just in front of the hotel where we have had our breakfast and a reduction as guests of the hotel.

"GOOD VALUE IN MIAMI"
BEST WESTERN PLUS WINDSOR ON BISCAYNE IS MAIMI IS A GOOD VALUE, CLEAN HOTEL IN AN ACCEPTABLE AREA. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING FOR THE TWO NIGHTS WE WERE THERE AND WE WOULD CERTAINLY STAY THERE AGAIN

The hallway had a terrible smell which carried into my room. The door to my room would stick and I had to bump it with my shoulder to open it everytime. I bought a bottle of febreeze for the room and that helped. I would not recommend this hotel for any reason.

I stayed in quite a few best western hotels and this has been the best so far. I am very germaphobic but this hotel was incredibly clean and renovated; it surpassed all of my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close lots of restaurants and not far from aventura mall. I would recommend staying there! :)

"Very Satisfied"
Was in Miami for Market America.Com's International Convention held at the American Airlines Arena. Easy commute to Downtown. Stayed three nights. Comfortable, clean, great service, at a reasonable price. Will stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for a conference in Miami. 20+ minutes to Arena depending on traffic. Rooms were better than expected. Room svc keep room tidy and straight each day. Area around hotel is a little questionable but manageable. Only a couple of chain resturants close by.

This was our first trip to Miami so finding a hotel with needed accommodations (and within our budget) was imperative. The Best Western on Biscayne Blvd turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. The room was perfect for my husband's needs (roll-in shower) and was even on the first floor. Numerous other restaurants/businesses are in the area; however, wouldn't recommend trying to cross six lanes of traffic on foot to get to Denny's across the street. "Best Western Plus Windsor Inn - OK"
This hotel is OK. We chose it because it was the closest to a relative's place and didn't spend much time in it (did use the pool though and it was nice enough). While it "has" a restaurant you'll probably want to go to one of the many options nearby. WiFi and parking are free and the staff is helpful (although we didn't have any special request).

Hotel was in a great location, 10 minutes from -95,night time security. We only had 1 issue, we checked in and then our card key quit working, they advised us that the lock was broken and we would have to move to another room because they couldnt fix it until the next day. They moved us right away. The rooms were clean although the maid missed a couple […] of pieces of paper on the floor both days as well as left the light on. There is no complimentary breakfast so we ate in the brand new hotel cafe which let me order something not on their menu and their prices were quite reasonable. The room was very clean and confortable. We were very satisfied, however, the neighborhood is one that we would prefer not to stay in. The restaurant breakfast food was very good, however, one lady was doing the cooking, waittressing and cashiering. She did a great job but needs help.

The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and accommodating. Gave us a room we specified which we found to be clean, spacious, and appeared to be recently refurbished. It was full of amenities including a flat screen TV which we didn't expect, a ref and a micro. I thought the room was comparable to ones at the Hampton Inn or Hilton Inn but at a […] value price.
