I didn't not think it was clean. It needs to be updated. Also had a strange smell

The room looked ok at first, but there were other peoples hairs on the bed, and chair. There was mold on the sink faucet in the bathroom and in the fridge door. There was also what looked like died fecal material, and blood clots in the shower. Needless to say I will not be staying there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Horrible experience. I got in late about 11PM from across country trip. The night clerk said to come back in 15 minutes before I could check in. He said he was running some administrative numbers. Really? I finally, got checked into my room. The room was so small the queen size bed barely fit in the space. The open closet was apart of the bathroom. […] Yikes! I asked for a 7AM wake up call. The noisy water hammer and paper thin walls woke me from above @ 6AM. I tried the deluxe continental breakfast. The only thing available was pre-packaged plain bagels, blueberry muffins, apples, and bad coffee. Nothing else. Deluxe, really? Motel 6 has better accommodations than this place Lisez la suite

Suite was spacious and overall average. The front desk staff friendly and helpful.

IT Was a great place to stay would stay here again

The pictures of the hotel rooms on the web were much better then the actual room I was given. Most likely will pick another close by hotel next time.

The hotel is real close to Airport & International Mall. Big Rooms & I love the swivel TV

We had a wonderful stay. Even though we were close to the airport the noise wasnt that bad at all. The rooms were very comfy, and enjoyed our stay

Upon my arrival after indicating it would be a late arrival, I found out that they had given my room away. I requested a room close to the elevator because I have a heart device (defibrillator) and can't catch my breath when walking to far. I was at the end of the hall! I asked for a double room because I was visiting my daughter and wanted her to stay […] one night in the hotel with me. I was unable to stay with her b/c she lives on a 3rd floor apt. The person at the desk made several calls to make sure I had a room, so for that I am grateful for, but my room was paid for in full so that should not have been an issue. My room was smelly and not very clean, but at the age of 80 I didn't have the strength to change after walking down the hall. I was disappointed with the room and if it were not for my family activities it would have ruined my trip. My family walked me to my room each time to make sure I was not under any duress. Next time I will send my medical paper work to assure I have what I need to accommodate my disability. Lisez la suite

the smoking rooms are overwhelmingly smelly. we booked online and were offered no other accommodation other than the smoking rooms. nasty.

Great value in Tampa. I am a frequent visitor to the area and my "usual" hotel was sold-out. I was a little put off by the gentlemen's club next door but it in no way impacted my stay. Good value, spacious clean room, free internet and parking, conveniently located in Westshore.

Nice hotel, close by airport and provide shuttle services. Could use new carpet and the walls are thin. No major complaints and I enjoyed my stay

I was skeptical of the quality because of what I paid and some mixed reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. Although it was close to the airport, I didn't hear any planes. The woman at the front desk, Teddy, was nice and attentive. Room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. kitchen area was filthy. Food was left in refriderator and freezer. Entire room smelled. Bed smelled. The only clean area was the bathroom. Would not recommend to anyone.

This hotel is not only a bit grubby, the walls are paper thin and I had to listen all night long to my neighbor making business calls. The sheets are the cheapest thinnest cotton money can buy and the towels were pretty much worn out. The breakfast was reasonable coffee with lousy prepacked bagels and packaged muffins that are extremely unhealthy. […] No jam, just cream cheese. The staff were polite and helpful. The motel was close to the airport and had lots of space and thats about all we liked about it. It said it had free shuttle but what they didnt tell you is that it doesnt start till 5am. We had taken our rental car back so unless we took a cab we had no way to get to the airport because our plane flew out at 6am. We took the chance and made our plane […] by 5 minutes. When we got to our room I pulled the bed spread back to have a rest and discovered a large yellow stain on the spread. Looked like pee to me. The front desk brought us a new one and told us a story about the person who had the room before us had children and was spilling things everywhere so she was sure it was juice. I was not sure the sheets were even changed. Most motels give you little shampoos but if you wanted any you had to ask. There is only housekeeping once a week but you can ask for clean sheets and towels at the front desk. Next time we will not be staying here. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We requested a room with 2 queens and discovered we'd received only one bed! We returned to the desk and was told that we would have to pay an additional fee! 1am was not the hour for an all out fight and so we accepted an alteranate room. When we entered the second room, the smell of unwashed bodies was overwhelming! The aircondition unit was off and […] so the lack of air circulation in the room magnified the smell! We were quite simply too exhausted from a loooong drive and stressed travel to return once again to the front desk! Never Again!!!! Lisez la suite

On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful in all areas, and the common areas seemed cared for. I have stayed at this property at in the past, and have never had any problems. The room was dated and not well cared for. Large hole in the kitchen wall with a screw in it--as if something were missing. The carpets were stained, and appeared […] as if they had not been vacuumed in a long time, let alone cleaned. There were marks on the walls, which I thought were dirt. Now I believe those were marks from roaches being killed, yet never addressed off by the cleaning crew. The ironing board was missing, but one was delivered quickly. When I walked into the room and turned on the light, I noticed roaches in the kitchen, and bathroom. In the middle of the night, I turned on a light, and there were more roaches on the wall between the bed and nightstand. Needless to say, I didn't sleep much I attempted to talk with the manager, who was not on property. I wrote to the manager, yet have had no response. Lisez la suite

friendly staff, large clean rooms, and 2min to airport...huge mall 5 min walk away with 16 restaurants....the cheapest hotel we stayed at during our vacation, yet one of the nicest :)...smelled nice too

Me and my boyfriend went to tampa for party at Blue Martini and wanted something close to there. It was perfect! Price, close to the big nice mall, full kitchen and small breakfast, clean room but noisy a/c. I would come back for sure!!!

Loved location near everything you could want

Location to malls was great Lots of nice dinning Shuttle was a great help Rooms were average.

The hotel is very old and outdated- felt dirty and had a bad smell in and out of the room. The furniture was very old and scratched up. Rooms are cramped- only comfortable for 1 person in the room.

We choose this hotel because it was so close to the airport. We had an early flight out the next am. Would not wnat to stay here for a vacation

I was very dissatisfied with my room at the Extended Stay- Airport Location. The AC did not work well, the tub was filthy, and the bathroom sink had a slow drain. The only good thing was the location because its very close to the airport. I will not be staying there again.

Although my one-night stay was cheap, it was not particularly pleasant. The carpets were dirty, as was the bathtub. Old and stained furniture, with odd placements of the television and sink. Generally unimpressed. I spent the minimum amount of time necessary in the room.

I traveled with a pet and just about all the rooms carpet do have a lot of bad stains. At extended stay the service was excellent, staff very attentive, i will stay there again in the future.

Very Satisfied with the hotel, room.

The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. I didn't notice a noise problem as others have complained about. The bathtub was a bit nasty...I don't know if it was dirt they carelessly missed while cleaning or something orange-colored that was permanently discoloring the tub. Hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport; the hotel shuttle van was already waiting for me at baggage claim as it was after 11pm on a weekday when I arrived. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel clerk was helpful and gave me toothpaste, toothbrush, and a razor as I forgot to pack these items. Breakfast was very simple, coffee and fruits. Stayed here recently to attend MacDill Air Force Base's annual airshow. It was quite honestly more hotel than I expected for the money. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, staff was extremely polite, and the location was okay. There is however a "gentleman's" club right in front of the place which was my only quirk. Other than that club out […] front you are surrounded with a plethora of choices for food and entertainment within a minutes drive (Ruth's Chris right across the street). The room was rather tight, while it had a full kitchen I would have perferred something diiffferent. The hotel itself smelled like smoke, and it is located right behind a gentlemans club. I went to walk to the gas station and saw a lady of the night and her pimp. Would not recommend for a family or single woman.

The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I found wrong was the carpet in the room I stayed in was dirty. Had to wear my shoes at aall times, was afraid to walk on floor in my socks

This is an excellent hotel. It is well kept, its close to everything, the room is very comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

This is a good place if you like to sleep next to a strip club. Very noise, uncomfortable and unclean.
