The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate. Very clean on the outside and inside as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The king suite was perfect for our overnight stay with our newborn. Refrigerator a microwave came in very handy. The hotel is very quiet and well decorate. We take about 10 mini vacations/weekend get-a-ways a year. We usually stay with a different locally owned chain in St. Louis. They were booked up so we took a chance with the Fenton Holiday Inn Express after reading the reviews. We booked a family suite for 2 nights at about 2/3 of the price we are used to paying for a suite. Needless to say, this will […] be our regular hotel when staying in St. Louis from now on. This was a great place to stay overnight after a long day on the road. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable with a refrig & microwave. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super. Will stay there again when traveling through the area.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The dining room had a good selection of food and the hostess greeted everyone. She even came by our table to see if she could bring something else to us.

Great hotel! Very clean and great staff. I had a pair of dirty socks from the previous guest in the nightstand. Let the desk clerk know and they came to remove them right away. Would stay here again!

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, we had a poor maid who insisted on cleaning the bathroom on our first morning at 8AM while we were still in the room. Not to worry, Sunday we got no room service, had to ask for towels at the front desk. Our friends on another floor had the opposite experience, their maid greeted them in the hallways by name […] and was extremely good. It was very nice. However my wife and I thought that the bed was a tad bit to soft, not in the worn out sense, but it wasn't firm enough for us.We did however get a very good nights sleep'And the cookies at the front desk.......nice touch.

Good location, with easy access to highway. Only trouble was the lack of parking spaces during late nights.

We were in the Saint Louis area because of a Death in the family. The last thing We had to concern our selfs with was the hotel room. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We had no problems at this facility.

We always stay here when visiting my grandma 1 to 3 times a month. It is always a very clean room with the most comfortable beds. My 6 yr old loves the big jacuzzi tubs and we got a great deal on suite 222. Best room ever. We will try to get that room or one just like it from now on of we can get the same great rate!

we went to a cardinals game one of the hottest days in July, The comfort and cleanliness when we returned were so much appreciated. the staff were as friendly and helpful as can be. My husband is a little picky and he thought the hot breakfast was great. If and when we are in the area again we will be sure to stay at the hotel. cant do better in this […] whole area.
