le personnel est trés accueillant et trés sensible à votre bien être. Le service navette aéroport est trés pratique

Unfortunately the service in the bar at the restaurant could have been better. I was disappointed that the hotel shuttle didn't start running until 5:30 am as I had an early morning flight and needed to be at the airport at 5:15. I had to call a taxi. One of the reasons I chose to stay at the airport I was hoping to avoid having to pay taxi fare.

Good stay, only issue with service. I requested a special pillow which was not delivered on the night of request. Have filed a complaint with reception on checking out and they waved the city tax.

i wish they said in advance due to hidden charges,Supposedly a city tax. Hotel.com should be aware of that to avoid surprises. It is also a casino hotel but I did not go in due to being mistreated by the gate men. Asked me for id and weird stuff, if they do not want casino guests they should just post it.

Close to the airport - shuttle service fast and efficient to/from the airport. Room was clean, well appointed, quiet, bed was comfortable and bathroom shower was great. Breakfast was expensive for a buffet. Everyone was polite and helpful.

The Hotel is well over-due for a major update, and I can't see how it got the 5 stars rating, 4 Stars is being generous !! Staff are its best assets

Friendly staff....great location for connecting travelers....hotel close to airport with free shuttle service.....expensive if you want to take taxi to city as it cost us about 45 Swiss franc....breakfast is good at hotel....

Great location to airport Excellent value for money. Clean and quiet rooms. Unless you want to drive or take bus to dine, you have to eat at the hotel restaurant. Decent food but not worth the price. Overall great hotel.

The concierge recommeded a wonderful side trip into Annecy, France for our last hurrah in Europe...excellent recommendation. The only issue we had was that someone prior to us smoked in our bathroom and one of the towels had not been changed, so it smelled strongly of smoke. otherwise, the hotel was immaculate and we had an enjoyable stay.

Well this Hotel couldn't be closer to the airport and that is great with the Hotel Bus leaving every 15 minutes. However it's not a 5 star by any imagineation!

Excellent hotel to stay in , minutes to down town. After the remodelling of the rooms it is an excellent value for the money. You should ask for a remodelled room. Mark, Bellevue, WA, USA

The price was so right for such an nice place. My only criticism is that they do not have a spa like most 5-star hotels I have stayed in, but the room is great and the restaurants rock. great place to stay if you are catcing a flight to somewhere, superb service. Casino OK, similar in size to a cruise ship casino. Restaurant pricy but excellent. Hotel pricing in line with other hotels near airport, but a much nicer hotel.

I stayed here with my husband and two young daughters. We arrived late at night after travelling all day. The room was a good size, beds comfortable. But the room was only set up for two people even though we had registered for 4. We were given 2 single duvets and 2 sets of towels only. We told the guy at the front desk when checking out, but really apart from an offhand apology he couldn't have cared less. Convenient for airport but service not up to scratch for price we paid. This hotel pawns off their least desirable rooms on-line at cheap rates. It's a nightmare to get from the train station (across from the airport) to the hotel. No signs, and wrong information from the "official" information booth. Took us 90 minutes to get a half mile. Room was really small and uncomfortable and set up for one guest (one gless, one […] cup, one bathrobe, towels for one) Their housekeeping is prettty lame....had to call for toilet paper and facial tissue when we returned after the room had been "serviced". When I called room service for lce (no machine, of course) they wanted to charge me 10 CHF! I talked them out of it. On the positive side, the food in their "casual cafe/bar is surprisingly good and their Moevenpick ice cream is as good as it gets. Service is slow. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. After staying in a number of hotels in Europe for the previous 2 weeks, it was wonderful to see pancakes and breakfast sausages at the buffet. Hands-down, my favorite thing about the hotel was the breakfast buffet. The room is clean and adequate, but not in anyway upscale or luxurious. For a business trip, if you need to stay at the airport--or near the Geneva convention center--this is a really great hotel. It felt "fresh," the staff was very helpful and friendly, room service was good and prompt, the rates were very reasonable, and location is pretty good if you are looking for an airport hotel. It's a 5 minute walk from the tram […] downtown and has a frequent shuttle to the airport and conference center. I was very pleasantly surprised. Probably not ideal for a vacationer... I stayed at your hotel last week for the nights of Dec. 4 & 5. I stay on one of your Executive floors and apart from this last visit, my rooms have been satisfactory or good. This time I ws given Room 1204 and it was the least satisfactory of any room I have had. The bathroom was so small that exiting the shower without hitting the toilet was virtually […] impossible. The trouser press could only be used with great difficulty as the ironing board and iron prevented access. As on previous occasions, I had to ask the main desk (there was no response on the phone from housekeeping) to have the room cleaned, since by 12:00 noon on Saturday,no one had come in spite of the "please clean" sign placed on the door. Finally, re the Executive Lounge. On both Dec. 4 and 5, two plates of canapes were brought out at around 5:00. On both days there was a group of 6-8 people waiting and all canapes disappeared literally within seconds. No more food was available in spite of a dozen more individuals who arrived (and left with critical comments of Moevenpick) during the following half hour or so. To be frank, this has been my experience on virtually every visit, no matter how many people are in the Executive Lounge. Guests are informed that drinks and food are available in the lounge from 5:00p.m. This announcement and the poor provision always arouses complaints and criticisms. Lisez la suite

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Free internet in the lobby. Free shuttle bus to the airport but time table may not be liable.

乗り継ぎに一泊して、イタリア周遊後三泊しました。palexpoでの学会に使いました。乗り継ぎ前の一番安い部屋はいまいち？でしたが、メインで使用した部屋はジュニアスイートで非常に過ごしやすく、また朝食のクロワッサンは非常においしかった。最上階の角部屋で飛行機もよく見えるにもかかわらず騒音も気にならず、子供は大喜びでした。フロントの対応も良く、シャトルバスのベルクロークも非常に親切で対応も良い。

Ottima soluzione per chi ha necessità di essere vicino all'aeroporto od al Palexpo, mentre ci vogliono almeno 20 min. in auto per andare in centro città. Hotel ben organizzato, pulito, camere spaziose.

Hotelanlage und Freundlichkeit des Personals: Ueberdurchschnittlich. Lage: Genial, falls man zum oder vom Flughafen verkehrt, um die Nacht nach einer Veranstaltung in der Arena zu verbringen und/oder an einem Kongress im angrenzenden Kongresszentrum teilzunehmen. Ideale locatie voor wie met vliegtuig of trein in Zwitserland moet reizen. Het uiterlijk van het gebouw begint te dateren, net zoals de eerder duistere gangen, waar het vasttapijt zijn eer verliest en er zelfs geurhinder optreedt. Receptie vergat mijn wake-up-call om 5u30, waardoor ik dreigde mijn vliegtuig te missen. Receptie heeft echter meteen een […] chauffeur ingeschakeld om mij in allerijl naar het vliegveld te voeren. Bedankt voor deze "reparatie-service". Ruime, aangename, actuele en perfect onderhouden kamer, maar airco werkte ondermaats. When we arrived at the hotel, they had to program the keys 3 times for them to work, and in our room did not air-conditioned work, so the air in the room was terrible when we woke up. Muy conveniente su ubicación al lado del aeropuerto, el desayuno es bastante bueno y las habitaciones muy cómodad.
